Legacy North Pointe Apartments

The experience here is pretty good. Not perfect, but there is probably no place that will hit that mark. The service team always comes when asked and it always considerate. The leasing team is always helpful and responds quickly. The apartment complex is kept very clean. Just a few issues with folks across the railroad track walking through the community. The value here is great.

I love living at legacy north pointe i been living here 10 years now . The staff here is the best . If u every have any questions that need to be answered they always help you . The maintenance department is the best you have any issues they fix it that same day. The complex is always clean the people here are great. Great place to live with your kids and family.

If you want a great place to live legacy north pointe neighborhood is the best place to live. The staff in the office is great you call them with any issues they get right on it and fix the issue the first time. The maintenance guys are great.

Honestly, it’s been pretty great!! There’s been a few issues with the previous front office staff but no one was ever rude or unfriendly - just high turnover so things get dropped. Rent was very reasonable and maintenance usually came within a day or two.

Staff messed up and won't admit their mistake and instead charged additional rent price. Won't cooperate or compromise. Rent here at your own risk. You were warned.

sanitation is a joke and god forbid you have to talk to the office staff. you wont get any help from them the only upside to living here is the maintence staff who is always friendly and willing to get things done behind the backs of the office if they can.

Legacy north pointe In Raleigh, north Carolina is thee best place to live n raise your family. The staff here is so amazing. The maintenance crew here are great if u have a problem they come and fix any problem you have and one day .

I love it here, my neighbors are all friendly and always looking out for one another. I enjoy the gym and swimming pool. Overall just a great experience!

I have been here 6 yrs in June no issues very safe area and close to everything. Whenever I need to speak with the office which is not often. They normally are available.

We love the staff! They alaways are able to help us and give us feedback . We love the community ! The pool , the gym, the park. Everything! We have had a great almost year here! And can't wait to continue!

I've been living at Legacy North Pointe for almost two years now. The location is very convenient to numerous shopping centers. The apartment complex is very quiet and well-maintained. It is great for families with children and pets. The maintenance staff is very prompt in answering any requests, and the staff are very friendly and supportive.

I enjoy the aesthetics of the homes. Each appartment is quiet spacious homes, makes moving in exceptionally is. The front office is very attentive and gives great resident car.

I haven’t lived here long but the community is nice. The parking could be better but the units are beautiful and the staff is helpful. Definitely would recommend living here.

Moved in about a 2 months ago and it has been a great experience. Adam from Leasing office has been so helpful from the beginning and went above and beyond ensuring we meet our application deadline. His help in showing us the tour and answering our questions is what helped us make the decision to choose Legacy. This is a great quiet community. Apartments have great layouts , Residents are respectful and friendly. A lot of families with children which is nice because the kids all get together in the playground to play. Maintenance has responded quickly when maintenance has been needed. I couldnt be more than happy with our choice to choose Legacy

I just moved in about 2 months ago. I haven't had any problems. The office staff is great. Pet friendly, and a car wash station for those that like to keep a clean car.

Neighbors are noisy.. I have seen bugs in my apartment..but other than that the apartment very spacious brand new washer and dryer in my unit plus the community itself is quiet

I think it is nice.The people are friendly and on point.The things that are available to us are a pleasure and we appreciate it.It is so relaxing when it is raining.I have so many kinds of dogs.Big,small and they seem happy to.

The apartment community is very nice and most of the people here are very nice and courteous. There are issues with people and their cars racing their engines and during burn outs. Also, there is lots of issues with roaches. Only been in the apartment for 2 months and the roaches are terrible. Pest control doesn't seem to do the trick. Management staff are very helpful and courteous as well as maintenance.

I've been living at Legacy North Pointe for one year now and I feel like I'm home away from home. The community is quiet and well kept, friendly staff, amenities are great, service requests are attended to promptly, and the proximity to schools, places of recreation, stores and pharmacies are great.

The staff has been very helpful when it comes to working things out when times are tight. They are very respectful and understanding. They actually care for you to stay versus previous complexes I have lived. They are very fast with service requests. Honestly a great place to live.

There were things we were not happy about as we were leaving. Parking is a nightmare, people leaving pets on balcony’s. Smoking in breezeways. Just not a friendly environment

I have lived here since 2017, the property is nice but really outdated. The gym equipment is so old! For the most part this property is in a great location, the rent is affordable and the neighborhood is great.

We have loved living here. The neighborhood is peaceful, the office staff are super nice and responsive, and any maintenance requests are addressed promptly.

I love this place it is very quiet and peaceful great atmosphere. Nice neighbors neighbor's and very close to everything in the city great choice for somewhere to live.

4 starts are not a bad thing. I really enjoy living in here but always there is room to improve! Specially, when comes time to park in your building area after a tiring day of work and there are some visitors parked on the spot closer to your building or the bad impression given by seeing an improvised mechanical workshop near your apartment.

Los apartamentos estan comodos y adecuados para poder vivir con la familia. Sin embargo ay residentes que se molestan por el ruido cuando tienes hijos es casi imposible mantenerlos tranquilos todo el tiempo mas cuando vives en la parte del segundo o tercer piso.

I enjoy the friendliness of everybody and t he kindness from the employers here and their understanding. I like my apartment in general. The distance to where I need to go is great.

I wish they would mow the grass more often, make the community look nicer, not let people smoke pot and cigarettes in their apartments where it reeks in the apartment up above, pick up trash and debris around the property, fix the water pressure, not have broken appliances, outlets, black mold in the old water heaters, and on the windowsills, fix the windows so they open, replace the missing window screens, replace the old hose and vacuum at the “car station”, fix the plumbing in the bathrooms and kitchen, replace the refrigerator, dishwasher and stove, have actual grass at the little filthy “dog park” instead of astroturff which is really unhealthy for dogs! I have never rented anywhere where they make more shortcuts to gain profit…..Etc, etc….I can go on. This place is not worth the money they charge! I can’t think of anything positive to say about this place. Can’t wait until my lease is up!

The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is the entrance and exit to the community. This can be challenging at times for residents and visitors. Otherwise, the community is beautiful and well manicured. The office team are always helpful and available for any issues. Wonderful place to call home.

Nice area, spacious and affordable apartments. Dog friendly. Very helpful and kind staff. Love the 24 hour Gym and can't wait to hop in the pool during the summer.

The community is beautiful and clean. The staff is warm and welcoming. I love the fact that there's private security. My family and I are enjoying the quiet family oriented atmosphere.

Our apartment is really nice. its a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom very spacious. It's almost like walking into a little house. There is a swimming pool out front and its one of the nicest in the areas. There are chairs perfect for sun bathing or just relaxing near the pool. You can use the grills outside at the pool to grill!!! WiFi is pool side and in the laundry area and club house. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The business center is available for computer use and printing 24/7. Don't have time to work out? Check out the exercise room also available 24/7. Legacy North Point is a very nice place to stay if you are moving to the Raleigh area. Its in the Center of almost all of your needs. Target, Wal-Mart, quite a few grocery and drug stores, and much more to meet your needs.

No Claustrophobia here. Spacious apartments with 9 ft ceilings & large picture windows. Plenty of closet space with pantry & walk-in closets in each bedroom. Friendly community - pet friendly. Clean and well-maintained. Decent insulation but could be better. Office staff is courteous and maintenance is tops! Mall, shopping and conveniences are close by with short trip to city life. Wish the pool was open at night, though.

Looking for a top notch apartment for a decent price? Legacy north pointe is where it's at. The leasing agents are friendly and made me feel at home within minutes of talking with them. Cookie, my agent, called me out on being a cat person, when asking about pets. I am very happy with my apartment so far; it is clean, beautiful, quiet, and in a safe neighborhood. It comes with all sorts of ammunities and in spectacular condition. If you're moving to Raleigh I would highly recommend it here.
