Legacy on O'Connor Road

Not enough 2br apartments for the open market. Two of the twelve have been turned into mailrooms. No means to know when a 2br is available. Was told to check the resident portal to check on 2br availability; nothing in portal period on the subject!

Been here over 10 years and I would recommend to my friends. Great staff and maintenance.

Good location and reasonable rent.

Can't seem to keep management & office personnel. Takes forever to get anything fixed.

Everything we have experienced while living here is great with exception of the AC in need of repair. It has been an on going issue. But seems like it being addressed now. The staff has made great effort in getting this resolved. Everything else is fixed right away and I would recommend living here to everyone I know.

Price is decent, amenities are wonderful, and I like my neighbors. :-)

People are allowed to store sofas in the common areas for 4 plus months causing the community to look trashy and undignified. If I wanted that I could leave in a different area of town and save $300/month.

I feel safe and previous management was friendly and caring and very personable. We have new help now which I do not know yet but the complex is always been taken care of as far as landscaping.

Kudos! I have been here for 10 years ( in April). Neighbors are friendly, staff respectful, friendly and will to help when you have problems.

All work orders are addressed when there is an issue in my mother’s apt.

Professional staff, clean complex, nice apartments, centrally located, up to standard

It looks nice from the outside but it could use some work on the inside breezeways like paint, ceiling fans fixed, lights replaced. Postal area needs work. There are a couple of postal box doors that are broke and lights that need fixed. We need a porter to clean up around here

After almost 7 yrs, I am still happy to be here.

It is quiet here. Everyone is friendly. I have not heard any complaints.

Unbelievable price for what you get and location great for groceries, eateries,stores

So far three weeks, the apartments are clean, everyone seems content and security is good. The staff is nice.

The friendliness of management and people here is excellent. So I would recommend this place to other people.

People who are on a fixed income will struggle with the increase of rent and the management of financial requirements for daily needs

It is near our drs, grocers,restaurants, hospital, is why I would.

I would recommend these apartments to anyone, Charlotte in the office was very helpful also the grounds are kept up nicely.

I've always recommended this community to others. Everyone here is fantastic. I've been here going on 5 yrs; this is my second time to live here; I love it here very much!

this has to be the only apt. complex around that allows cats to be fed at the front door.walking through cat food to get in the door, especially can food with flies in summer swarming is disgusting.empty food containers used as water dishes also brings wild animals up at night.If they have to feed them why can't they be required to feed them only out by the dumpsters.but actually enforce it! With 150 apts. we should have a full time porter,believe me there's enough work to keep one busy if done properly.I used to think young people were the trashy ones but living here I have discovered us old people are worse!

The rent is affordable; the services and options are great; the free lunches are good; and I just love it here.

inside building repairs have not been addressed in quite some time. inside building/ hallways are not clean. the elevator is very dirty and sometimes smells. air vents in building are close to black. hall fans covered in black. first floor hallway walks are very bad. hopefully one of these years they will get around to taking care of these issues. there is only 1 maint. tech. and 1 "cleaner". the staff is stretched way too thin. that's not enough for even daily cleaning maint.

I love my apartment. It has crown molding, a big bathroom, washer, dryer connections and all other rooms are sufficient for a single person. I like my balcony and the storage closet out there. The staff is great!

It's a peaceful atmosphere and restaurants,shops and H.E.B. are close by.

The apartment location gives a numerous amount of multidimensional outside services.

I fell in love with this place. I hope to live here for a very long time.

Everyone that knows me has heard me speak so highly of The Legacy. I would recommend this complex to anyone that needs a GREAT place to live. I've never had issues that weren't resolved. That's hard to say about most apt complexes in a large city like ours.

The Legacy at the O'Connor is one of the apartments that I've simply enjoyed, recently moving in using apartments.com to fine a reasonable place to live on my budget and that has accessibility for the elderly and handicapped. I'm fine that apartments.com has help me and my family to find the right apartment in The Legacy at the O'Connor apartment which we enjoyed very much, we find no fault with this apartment complex and the managers are wonderful people, great help too, the maintenances are always taking care of the maintenance need for are the residents at Legacy , and all residents are helpful and act like we are a family to one another. The Owners of the Legacy at O'Connor truly cared in building an apartment for the elderly and for the physically challenged that are on a low budget. Thy made it even a fun place to live with games for the residents on a weekly basis and with lunches every day of the week from Monday to Friday , even church services on the apartment complex on Sunday , an exercise gym on the third floor with a library books and videos , allowing the residents to have a happy filled life at The Legacy at the O'Connor .
