Legacy Ridge

Please find somewhere else to live! I have mold in my apartment that has ruined my sofa, clothes, shoes and other personal items. I have started developing headaches and management has done nothing to alleviate the situation

Property is beautiful, great amenities…. But, with that being said office staff is terrible. They are dishonest and lackadaisical. Gate has been inoperable since 2023, I’ve personally experienced my vehicle broken into three different times . Staff always says we are working on it . Then gives an advertised deadline which is never true. Communication with them better have a paper trail or you will have a different story every time you speak with someone . Property as a whole has a lot of potential but hasn’t been managed properly in a while and the new acting property manager is a Ghetto mess. Horrible attitude and isn’t knowledgeable about anything concerning the property. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK , once you sign your on your own .

I inquired about a one-bedroom unit. I spoke with Mrs. Sherryl and she provided the details I needed. I came out and she took me on a tour. The model unit was everything. I will be following up with her in February when I submit application.

The gates have been open/ inoperable for much of 2023 which has caused an uptick in crime. Car windows have been broken and tires have been stolen and management continues to lie about when the gates will be closed. The gym is not available. We are paying for amenities that we cannot even use. The trash has been overflowing in disgust for well over a year. When I call the office; I literally have to call 8 to 10 times back to back to back in order to get someone on the line that will tell you lie after lie after lie.

i'll have to agree with the negative reviews. the apartments are pretty good quality if not often smaller than advertised. the management though are as unprofessional as they say, but it's probably the leadership. management has changed often over the years, but not sure why. i couldn't recommend at least not with current management.

My experience was great! Sheryl is so helpful and kind. She kept me in the loop on any new updates and is very professional to work with during the leasing process. 10 out of 10!

Professionalism is important. Non existent here on any level. The property manager is supposed to represent the company's interests. Not so here. The property manager has their own interests in their heart. That means that they will do anything shady in conducting their company's business. SHADY COMPANY OR PROPERTY MANAGER? You decide.

My husband and I have lived here for 3 years, and Ms. Sherryl has made us feel so welcome through her spirit and professionalism.

The community is up to date, clean AND QUIET! Thanks to leasing associate Sheryl, I was able to move with a quick and easy process. All questions were answered and the customer service went over and beyond. Being a resident here has been great so far with no complaints. Usually after moving into an apartment there is a checklist of things still needing to be fixed or cleaned.. NOT HERE! Glad to be able to call this place home.

Absolutely love my new community! Blake took wonderful care of me and made sure I felt at home! Definitely recommend this community!

Mrs.Cheryl is so friendly & so helpful. She was able to place me in a unit quickly that also fit all my needs. The moment I stepped foot in the office , it felt like home from their warm welcomes to walking through my front door.

I just moved on Apr 1st. After MONTHS of searching and getting denied this complex was so friendly and helpful got me approved in 48 hours and moved in the next week! Ms. Irene was my leasing agent and she’s awesome! I haven’t had any problems what do ever. The neighborhood is so quiet day and night , clean and convenient location. I love it here !!

For the moment I walked in I was greeted with Great Customer service. Both of the leasing agents was amazing Mrs Irene and Mrs Shirley I can’t wait to call this place my home

I love the peace and quiet that I have here Luxury Apartments with awesome people. Now that school is back into session my son is 5 years old and does not know when he suppose to get off the bus. the manager was kind enough to help me locate my son, without her I'll would have been in a rage panic attack kindness is so little everywhere I am grateful to be living where I have a manager with such a big heart .?

I cannot make this up. I have been sitting with a hole in my patio ceiling for two years. One year was because of the Shelter in Place Ordinance, Covid-19. But the year before was "No One was available" 'We Going to Get right ON It", still No Repair. I emailed the Property Assistant Manager Alexandra on March 22, 21 at 11:42 am about this problem. At 12:08 pm March 22nd; Alexandra scheduled a vendor to repair. The next morning the vendor was at my door at 10:00am and repaired by noon. The was Great Service that Alexandra gave. Thank you so much for the speedy response and repair.

They try to get you because it is a nice looking apartment from the outside until you actually move in. This apartment is poorly ran and I solely blame the property manager. They moved us into an apartment that was not done and had missing drawers, holes in the wall, bugs everywhere and plumbing issues. The plumbing was so bad that it caused mold to be everywhere and they tried to blame us for it. The apartment tested positive for mold and they still will not move us into another unit. Don’t move here. Management is poor and VERY RUDE and I’m sure will change because they’ve changed management multiple times already. Apartments look nice from the outside but are bad maintenance after months moving in.

I moved in a few weeks ago. Q and the other staff are wonderful and friendly. I had no issues so far. Keep up the great job.

This apartment complex had towed my vehicle because I had an expired tags even though it was renewed by the date needed online and I was waiting for the tag in the mail. I was traveling for work and didn't know my car was towed so I had to pay almost $500 to get it back from the impound lot. They will tow your car to an impound lot almost an hour away because I'm guessing they have a deal where they get a kick back of the money. The whole thing felt very predatory to me. The dumpsters are regularly over flowing and leaking into the side walk. I have found roaches in my apartment on several occasions and had to buy my own traps because the pest service they use does not do a good enough job. There is a lot of noise around the property and there is some crime. Amazon packages will be stolen and sometimes someone smashes the windows of cars for no reason. It's not the safest place to live. The rent is higher than what you can find in other places because they show an appearance of premium property but the actual work they do to the apartments is poorly done. There are paint blemishes everywhere because they did not care about how it looked. They painted over the tiles in the bathroom so that chips away over time from steam, and the garbage disposal fell out of my sink after 3 months of living there. I would not recommend living here unless they really lower the price of rent.

New management is unprofessional. Bug infestation. Mold all over my apartment and management told us to clean it ourselves. Maintenance is low. I do not recommend this apartment

I moved here Oct 2016. Fell in love with the complex, mgmt team, and maintenance was always on point. And there was never any roaches. BUT now since June of 2018 when all the mgmt team switch, there had been an infestation of roaches! So far at least 3 buildings in different areas of the complex. They send pest control out on wednesdays ONLY if u request it. And they just come to your unit. I would think if multiple residents have complained, they would get a routine quarterly pest inspection/ maintenance for the entire complex. If I get my unit sprayed and the neighbors below, above and next to me all have the same issue, it defeats the purpose. Aside from that, the apartments are okay. Nice features. Pricing is standard for today's market. Just have a roach, water bug issue. THEY'RE EVERYWHERE! There are a few break ins, last summer there were a lot of car breakins. Happened twice to me. It's becoming more of a younger crowd which leads to teenage/ early 20's hanging around at night a lot. And the tailgating thru the gate is annoying. The bar stays open too long. And also, before the mgmt swap, the secutuse to drive around all day and night. Now he doesnt anymore

Management does not care about the issues regarding their tenants , maintenance have no clue on how to fix anything and are most likely involved in the break-ins, but the apartments themselves are okay..

I've been living at these apartments for a couple of year, and I am very impressed with the new managment this year. They have been so flexible and professional with me and my needs as a resident. I felt like I had to renew. Ellis

My cars were vandalized and my apartment was broken in to. They stole flat screens laptops and jewelry!

Been here since 2013 and haven't found another complex that can compare to these. We have changed companies three times and every company has brought consistent processes and standards to the complex. The only downfall is that the rent continues to rise and people with tenure doesn't get any rates discounted. Other than that I really don't want to move!

I am coming up on 3 years here at Legacy Ridge in July and I can honestly say I am so glad I am able to call this place my home. The grounds are clean and very appealing to the eye. Management and the maintenance staff are very awesome. They respond to your concerns in a professional and timely manner. I wish I could give them 10 stars but I can't...because there are only 5. :)

I've been living in this complex for 2years and I'm getting ready to renew my lease for a 3rd year. The management of this complex is like family and they really cares about the community and the people that lives here.

I have been comfortable since I moved into Legacy ridge Apartments a year ago. Well kept grounds, maintenance team takes care of issues in a timely manner. Great people in the leasing office.

I just moved to atlanta about 3 months ago. When we were searching for apartments, legacy ridge were the first ones we looked at and we instantly fell in love. The apartments are really nice and has a roommate floor plan. Neighbors are nice and it is very quiet out here. Oh, and let's not forget the staff. They are super friendly, fun and very helpful. I love it here!!!

Legacy Ridge is one of the best apartments I have lived at since I have been in Atlanta. I am moving because I have a new job And will be too far to drive. The price is very reasonable, clean, spacious, and the staff/maintenence are really understanding and very helpful. Also, the outside is kept very clean and you will be satisfied with the amenities.

I have lived at Legacy Ridge for almost 5 years and it has been an absolute pleasure. I have even recommended 2 friends to move in (they did). Legacy Ridge does and amazing job upkeeping the grounds and making sure that any complaints that the residents have are promptly adderessed. Beyond the beauty of the community, you are only a short 15 mins from the heart of downtown. I couldn't imagine living in any other community.

I would like to start by stating I have lived in several apartment communities. This by far has been the worst. Since the first day I moved in I have had plumbing issues they always send someone out immediately but the issue is NEVER resolved. As a result I have paid water bills that are 3 times the size of other residents and my furniture has been completely ruined. The fitness center often has broken equiptment and maintence moves very slow to repair. The management company appears to change often but no matter who is in management this development seems to run very poorly!!! If you are not facing sleeping under a bridge and you actually have options I would suggest that you FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO CALL HOME!!
