Maintenance is always helpful and quick to finish any task or issue, I love the hot chocolate in the leasing office even when I don’t need anything, and the staff is genuine about the job they do to help I’m grateful for the community I reside in.

My girls and I have been saying "we're happy, " since we moved in. The trees that create a canopy on the street, to the pools, the apartment is perfectly located, upgraded, and cozy. Quite neighborhood, and we love walking to the surrounding restaurants. I know I made the right choice moving to LYV at Six Fork's.

It is taking long times for some maintenance request. The office staff is ok.I wish they would do updates to old apartments. It takes an act of god to get something painted.

Let’s start off with how you can call the office at anytime during the day and no one will answer the phone. They will say the things you want to hear but trust me when I say they don’t care. From the time you move in they will somehow rack up additional fees at a moments notice. Your apartment probably won’t be ready when you move in so additional maintenance will be required. I also applied on July 3, after I put in my deposit i couldn’t get in touch with them again. I called 5-6 times leaving multiple voicemails and nobody even tried to reach out. I finally heard back on July 14 but by then I’ve already moved on. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

The new management has been great. I moved in 2 years ago with the old ownership group, because of a bargain movein cost, that I could afford as a retired former homeowner. My neighbors are nice, and the new group takes care of the complex very well.
Professional staff, quiet area, and is close by to major attractions and shopping center. When I first moved in, the apartment manager was flexible when it came to my move in schedule and assisted to ensure that i was moved into an apartment that was safe and comfortable to my liking.

Unfortunately, there were many issues in my unit upon move-in. Toilet leaked and was running. Its been fixed. Dryer vent was not connected to the dryer. Bathroom sink was clogged. A/C is still not working after 11 days. Finish is peeling from the bathroom mirror. Paint splotches on the side of the kitchen cabinet. Vendor repaired on 5/20/25. Tub Drain was disgusting. Covered in rust and paint. LVP in the kitchen has deep scratches in it. Refrigerator has rust on the exterior and was not clean on the inside. Oven light and hood range vent fan weren't working. Dishwasher was not working. It has been replaced. Shower head was not fully spraying. Refrigerator not closing properly and it was sweating. They replaced the seal. Toe kick was missing from one of the kitchen cabinets. There were other issues as well. Onsite management is professional and courteous and things are slowly getting fixed. But this is too much for them to fix for me to be comfortable. I'm disappointed.

I fell for the great location, price, and amenities. Do NOT do the same. My unit is not habitable due to mold, a broken toilet that leaks, no A/C, and the list goes on. While some things have been fixed, the main issue MOLD AND A LEAKING TOILET have yet to be resolved. Run fast people. You have other options.

It’s fine overall but I do have a few maintenance request that haven’t been worked on. My area is quiet and I appreciate that. I think the price is fine for what I’m receiving. I do wish the rooms came with lights installed I had to buy lights.

My experience living here with my neighbors and community has been very pleasant. There are a variety of restaurants to choose from. Grocery stores within walking distance.

I love the complex and apartment itself, I just wish the model and virtual tours reflected the actual units. They are still nice units, just not the same as the models, which led to a bit of disappointment when we got to see our unit.

The new management company is much more responsive when it comes to getting repairs done. As such, I must commend the maintenance team and the maintenance supervisor. The responsiveness mentioned above is being overshadowed by the rude office staff. They talk to people in a very disrespectful tone is is often times very wrong about the point that they are trying to make. When they realize they are wrong, they just dismiss the issue as if it never happened. The front office staff needs training in basic customer service.

I'm very impressed with the new management here! The property manager and maintenance staff have been super responsive. I put a ticket in for my washer at 8pm on a Wednesday and it was fixed by 10am on Thursday!

I've had an excellent experience living at LYV Six Forks. The apartment is spacious, well-lit, and features modern appliances. The building offers convenient amenities like a gym, laundry facilities, and secure entry. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The move-in process was easy and smooth. The only issues we’ve had in the apartment is some cosmetic issues like paint peeling off surface incredibly easily.

We had a great experience with the repairing of the patio doors. The staff was super nice and was able to get the doors to close and will come back to get them to roll better. The resident home issues tracking system for it all is very helpful in making sure our issues get resolved.

The service is terrible. They came to take off the storage closet door after I complained 15 times about the mold, mildew and spiders inside and then they never came back to replace the door. Under the carpet in one of my bedrooms is a giant ant trail and there is a whole in the corner where the 2 walls meet. The cabinets are poorly placed and the bathroom and bedroom doors keep coming off the hinges. It’s a terrible place to stay. The laundry rooms flood and half of the exercise equipment is broken. There are wasp nest hanging above my front door and no one in the office seems to care. It took them 6 months to get trash cans for tenants for the “valet trash “ that we’re all paying for only for the company not to even come out and pick up the trash.

We appreciate your feedback and support but we do have to follow the policies and procedures listed in your lease agreement. Towing is enforced to help allow parking for all our valued residents as well as maintain our community. the staff is amazing. They are very responsive and helpful. Anytime there is an issue of any kind they take care of it immediately. The amenities are wonderful! The pool area is so nice! It is always clean and maintained.

New management is much better than last people who are in. I really enjoy how fast people respond to maintenance requests and how our garbage is actually taken out.

We enjoy living here very much. Everything is convenient in our surroundings we don't have to travel too far for entertainment to purchase grocery items or to find somewhere to eat out. The staff is very friendly and there are plenty of jobs within this area.

No one answered the phone when you call the office, also work orders never get complete. Also your charged for trash ballet and it never gets picked up and you can not opt out of it, rent is too high for the amount of space in the apartments they are not luxury the are old and outdated

Legacy of Six forks is a great to live. It's pretty peaceful, clean and management is always helpful. I had an issue with my heat and management handled it right away.

In the building where I live lately there are very scandalous neighbors, with loud music and with natural gas grills on the balconies that scares me a lot.

Nice neighborhood, very calm and always up to date. I will say that I’m not too happy with the service. Maintenance doesn’t always show up when I put in a request. The office doesn’t answer phone calls, not sure why.
