I have only been living here for a month and my apartment is terrible. There is so man broken things. My stove was broken when I moved it they ‘fixed’ it and I went to use it and it’s sparking at me requested help still waiting. My heater doesn’t work properly and they had someone ‘fix’ it and my house is cold no matter how high I put it. So cold that my Pyrex busted in my sink. I called maintenance to make sure no glass in still in sink and I’m still waiting on that too. My door to patio is held together by foam. I’ve been to the office with no help

If you want repairs done in a timely manner this is not for you. My AC went out during a heat wave last summer it took 2 months to repair. My fridge was making ghastly noises like it was dying that took 3 weeks. Water heater shot 3 months. Now I put a repair request for my washer Monday, it's Friday and nothing has happened. Combine that with 2 sets of neighbors who host parties at late hours on any given night of the week....

When I moved here 4 years ago it was a nice building. Now it's garbage. We have 3 cars and 2 we're broken into, they take forever to fix anything, the leasing office people are the worst - no customer service. When you call they act like they care, but in reality they don't. I've been complaining to them about my washer for over a month, 3 different maintenance guy have seen the washer, yet no one can't find what's wrong with it. There's been shooting in the complex. Someone tried to steal one of the neighbors gas from his car, in the process messed up his car. There's so much bad things with this complex. There are times that the gate works, and most of the time it doesn't work. Since I've been complaining so much they decided to raise my rent $200. I'm happy to say I won't be renewing my lease.

If you’re planning on moving here... BEFORE you sign papers and give money please please please make sure you see your unit first. Don’t make the same mistake we did. I felt extremely led on by their model unit. Nothing like that and tell you everything is pretty much the same when in fact it’s not. Since day one not even an hour being in Denver we had horrible experiences from before even opening the front door to our “ready to move in” apt.. we were lied to over the phone four days prior to our 1200+ mile drive here saying it was ready for us. When we move out here. shortly I’ll try to update this with everything that’s crap about our experience here. But mainly just want to say recently I’ve never been so frustrated in my life with this place our AC hasn’t been working correctly since June I’ve called several times (6-7 times) to put work orders in they’ve come four times two of which I was never notified they were coming.. I want to be home And they know that.. I don’t like having someone in my apartment especially without my knowledge first. If they call and I don’t answer don’t just walk in especially when I gave times of when I’ll be available and will be home. Disrespectful and really upsets me this happened twice.! Anyhow they’ve said they fixed it.. how?! If you did it wouldn’t be hotter in our apt than it is outside. Or 83 when it’s 90+ degrees out and they’ve yet to get a vendor out to at least look at it. My electricity bill for a one bedroom apt shouldmt ever be over 100$ let alone 140$ last month. There’s only so much our personal portable AC can do. Thats one of our biggest issues right now.. I was told twice by the office this is considered a emergency maintenance since it’s summer and in the 90’s!! Going into the office this past week was the last straw! I don’t deserve to be treated as if nothing is wrong.. or I’m wasting their time. Again view the unit first make sure it’s up to your standards. I’m not telling someone not to live here.. but just warning that they may be led on thinking it’s a great property over all. It hasn’t been for us and I’d hate to see more people experience the same or similar situations.
I have lived here for almost 2 years now. Last year when I moved in it was a Wonderful place to live. Now as of about 9 months ago and has just gone completely downhill. They let people put trash all over the complex. They shut down the pool at least once a week because they let a bunch of people throw parties there. They never fix up the dog park and let it get piled up with poop. You pay a $55 maintenance fee included with your with the utilities (that is 100 for 1 single person) to keep the grounds nice but if you walk around there’s broken trees everywhere dog poop and tons of trash. The apartment complex is full of broken down cars and trailers so you have nowhere to park at night. The newest is condoms and broken beer bottles. The maintenance here is Absolutely horrible if you have anything wrong expect to wait 2 to 3 weeks. My dishwasher stopped working eight months ago and it took him one whole month to fix. Now my dishwasher stopped working eight months ago and it took them one whole month to fix after calling 5 times and my kitchen flooding. Now my sink disposal is broken and has been for 20 days. I have called four times for maintenance and it each time they said they completed the job when they have it. So the maintenance here even lies to the apartment complex and they believe it so don’t expect to get anything fixed anytime soon. Go anywhere else but here it’s not work the money!!

We really enjoy living in this apartment complex till today that we found out they did a hard credit inquiry on us when we moved in, which shows on our credit report. We have lived in 4 different apartment complexes before and they all did a soft credit inquiries, which non of theirs shows on our credit reports. The landlord first told us that they only do a soft credit inquiries which won't hurt our credit, then today one of us were applying for an auto loan, and we pulled our credit report that shows an inquiry from this apartment complex listed, why???

Do NOT MOVE HERE. Rent WIlL BE $250 more than they will ever tell you. There are HORRIBLE parents who are training their kids to be HORRIBLE ALL OVER THE PLACE. This place is PROFOUNDLY overpriced...and the price changes EVERY month... It feels like you live in a trashy daycare with trashy kids and their super trashy parents and you actually pay money for this- what makes it really painful is that you pay SOOOOOOO much more than to live somewhere actually nice. Horrible mistake living here. NOTHING is done to fix the horrible parents and horrible kids running all over the place (never together though, because NONE of the kids, ages 3-10 are monitered in ANY way by ANY parents, EVER, of course). Thereis no explanation for the ever-changing monthly costs that they DID NOT dislcose when you signed the lease... GO SOMEPLACE ELSE.

my apartment has a real grand ambiance, grand high ceiling that make the place roomy. love the wood flooring in the kitchen and the bathroom.
Overall good. Maintenance and front office good. Been here 6 yrs but rent is doable. A little loud during the weekdays (always doing maintenance outside). I like my neighbors and the neighborhood.
My apartments are not bad it's the people that live here
love this apartment complex. The people are great and very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone. The only down side is that it is expensive. But very nice big apartment.
this is a great place. Mimi was so helpful when we were moving in. all of the office staff is really friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself is awesome, somewhat small but everything looks good and all the appliances worked. Overall a really great place to live.
