If the trees stay its beauty and welcoming feeling will stay but it’ll be a nightmare if more buildings are put in. Maintenance gets done but it’s only in a it’ll get you by fix. If your neighbors play loud music it sounds like they’re in your own apartment playing it even at lower volume and frequencies.
Okay so far. Not the best apartment complex but definitely not the worst. It’s located in a convenient area with lots of big retails around, but in terms of facilities and the overall conditions, it’s a bit out of date. However, I truly appreciate they replaced all the HVAC systems earlier this year. It really helps combating the heat during the summer and lowering the energy bills.

I have been here coming on my 4th lease. As far as access, I love my unit up front. The unit is great. Only thing I would change is the carpet. Any time there is an issue, I send in the request via the website and within a few days it’s taken care of. The maintenance guys are all really fun to work with. They come in focused on the task at hand and they always do the repair quickly and then explain to me how I can fix it if it happens in the future. I do like it here. Only reason I would go somewhere else is if I were to buy a place of my own, or if rent went through the roof. I don’t expect either any time soon.

I love living here. Except for a couple of recent issues with my dryer replacement & an ongoing issue with my gutter, it’s been wonderful. It’s quiet & I feel safe!

Enjoy the community. The property is well maintained astetically and structurally. The neighbors are friendly and the surroundings over-all feel safe. Good communication from management.
My move in was smooth. I had lived at this property over 25yrs ago and came back. Luis was fantastic showing me many options as I didn't know what I wanted exactly. The property grounds looks amazing just like it did years ago. They take pride in making this property beautiful, modern and nice place to live.
My experience has been ok. Maintenance has really slacked which is disappointing because I was going to move elsewhere but they convinced me to stay but ever since then maintenance has been terrible.
Great apartments! Management and Maitenance repond quickly to any request. Property is clean, quiet, and everyone is really friendly. Amenaties are great as well!
Love it here. Staff in the office is really helpful and the maintenance staff is always fun to work with. Only complaint is my carpet. It was worn when I moved in 3 yrs ago and I am not exactly easy on it. I asked to have it replaced and they said to wait another year. Hope I get it! Lol

Legends at Chase Oaks is a wonderful place to live. The staff is responsive to your needs and very friendly. The campus is usually well maintained and the area is relatively quiet most times.
Beautiful place . I have been here for about a month and one thing I love is the peace and quietness . The complex is so huge that we can take walks within our environment . Very clean and management is very good at maintaining their standards .
Overall good. Pool on the weekends and holidays is out of control with disregard for rules/hours. Gym equipment needs updating. Apartments, maintenance, neighbors, and staff are very good.
My experience has been pretty good here. i think maintenance has gotten a little better with requests and coming quickly. It's a nice and quiet community.

Terrible Service and Negligent Management I am extremely frustrated with the service and maintenance provided by my apartment's management. Despite multiple requests and follow-ups, they have consistently failed to address several critical issues in my apartment. Water Leakage: My apartment has water leaking and flooding all over the room. As a result, my laptop and iPhone got wet, causing potential damage to my valuable electronics. Despite reporting this issue multiple times, management has not taken any action to resolve it. Unresolved Light Fixture: I reported a malfunctioning light fixture over three weeks ago. Despite my repeated requests, it still hasn't been fixed. Living in a poorly lit apartment is uncomfortable and unacceptable, especially when the issue has been acknowledged but ignored by management. Electric Stove Not Working: My electric stove is not functioning, making it impossible to cook meals at home. This issue has also been reported multiple times without any resolution. Noisy Refrigerator: The refrigerator in my apartment is making a loud noise constantly. This issue has been reported, but no action has been taken to fix or replace the unit. Noisy AC Unit: The air conditioning unit is also making a loud noise, which is extremely disruptive and affects my ability to relax and sleep. Despite informing management more than five times, they have not addressed this problem. The lack of responsiveness and action from the management team is unacceptable. These are basic maintenance issues that should have been addressed promptly to ensure a habitable living environment. The ongoing water leakage, unresolved lighting problem, non-functional stove, and noisy appliances demonstrate a clear neglect of tenant needs. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a well-maintained and professionally managed living space. The terrible service and negligent maintenance have made my living experience here extremely disappointing.
I love living here! Just renewed my lease for another 12 months. The office & maintenance staff are wonderful. I have been very pleased so far, especially with the way my work orders are handled in an expeditious manner.
Maintenance staff kept up with their work from time to time, the apartment complex itself is kinda old but for what it is, I think it’s a fair enough choice, if you are looking for a comfy and quiet neighborhood with lots of shopping plazas around.
No hot water, no screens, electric stove didn't work so I couldn't cook, boiler room door was falling off and dangerous, room had a strong chemical smell. It was a terrible experience.
Fence repairs get great compliments from visitors. Kudos to maintenance crew for trash pickup. We had some extraordinary trash left behind when two families moved out on same day.
Been here 7 months and we made the right choice in moving to Legends at Chase Oaks. Great apartment community with friendly neighbors, spacious grounds, and attentive management. Can't beat the location. We love it here!
Overall, it has been a great experience living here. I don't have many complaints other than when we went under new management, maintenance has slacked a little.
Easy, no stress, thorough and pleasant working with Kristina. Good follow-up in a timely fashion. Appreciate all the help and patience in answering all the questions and concerns we had with care.
Everyone is very professional and a pleasure to deal with. The property is clean and well maintained. The silence by the golf course is wonderful.
We've been here almost 2 years, staff has changed a little but they are all pretty nice. Work orders don't get completed as fast as we like, but they still get done.

We love the view of the golf course and our surroundings are quiet. We love that our location is central to so much; like shopping, movie theater, restaurants and parks.

From the moment I filled out the application, everyone at the leasing office has gone above and beyond to make sure my moving went smoothly and I had everything I needed, the complex is very quite neighbors keep to themselves, and are respectful, green areas are well maintained and is enjoyable to walk around with my dog, maintenance team is very efficient and respectful when I need any repairs done, overall I’m very happy I chose to live here :)
I love the area. Only thing that is a problem is the fact that there isn't a recycling bin at all on the complex for me to dispose my recyclables.

Love the property but not the new management. I had a billing issue they they were just not willing to address or resolve and I ended up paying something I did not agree with. I have decided not to renew my lease due to the lack of their willingness and just lack of concern to the issue.
Quiet neighborhood, even when the kids are out playing. Staff is always friendly. Maintenence usually responds quickly, just remember not to leave the deadbolt locked because they may forget about you if they don't get in the first time. Pet-friendly, but be warned that there are sprinklers in the dog park, so pets may get muddy.
It has been my pleasure to live at Legends at Chase Oaks. I love the property, residential options, employees and service options. I love my apartment and the community at large and am thankful that the area is quiet. Service requests are responded to in a timely basis. I would recommend anyone to live here.
Move in was great, and office staff was very helpful. Any issues I found were resolved in a quick manner. Community is clean and well maintained.
Maintenance crew is PHENOMENAL!!! Don't have a lot of issues with our apartment but whenever we do, they handle it! Rent increases are hard to justify because no improvements are being made to our apartment or complex. The security gate (which provides NO security) will not open periodically OR remains open for days-which is what I prefer. Security gates are a joke.
The property has changed ownership 3 times since I have been here. It has improved with picking up trash on the property. I hope not to be here next summer because the AC does not work properly. Needs upgrades to all the units not listed as "quartz"

Love the atmosphere and peaceful neighborhood. The staff is very friendly and helps answer questions. The interior in my unit is amazing and works well for my needs.
Been here for 3 years and just renewed my lease for another year and I love these apartments. They are kid friends and love the community. It’s very quiet and people are very friendly and neighbors are nice. Great parking and love that these apartments have a closing gate for security.
