I moved here in 2022 and have been here for a year. I have had roach issues since I moved in. My place has been sprayed so many times and nothing has worked, clearly infested. I have wasp issues. Two nests were removed upon moving but I kept getting them in my apartment. I think they have nests in the vents. I’ve had bees in my place and a few salamanders. No one ever answers the phone in leasing. Work orders go unanswered. Constant construction and noise. The apartments look nice but the issues aren’t being fixed. They are just painting over all the ugly so that you don’t see it. The mail center is horrible. Please avoid this place if you can.
Would never recommend this place. Worst staff I have experienced of any apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. I have submitted maintenance requests for numerous problems and not a single one was addressed. 1) there are wasp nests inside the buildings air vents. As a result there’s been 6-7+ wasps in my house over the last couple weeks. 2) the mail system is broken and doesn’t give you the barcode required to actually retrieve your package. As a result have lost hundreds of dollars worth of mail 3) staff is extremely rude. I have submitted requests about these problems, even went to the office in person to politely ask if these problems could be resolved. Got zero help and just got rude snarkish comments. 4) there is CONSTANT construction going on for the last 9 months now. And while this is out of everyone’s control, the hours this is performed is in unacceptable. By 7am every morning there’s loud noises from the unit above us and outside our building etc. wakes us up almost daily. Not to mention it goes on PAST MIDNIGHT into the middle of the night. I could go on and on about how terrible this apartment complex is. Go see for yourself and compare to one of the other, much nicer complexes that are all within a 10 mile radius from this crap hole.
Poorly kept, very dirty. Awful overlapping paint splatter. Cracked foundation. Trash everywhere. Concrete dirty and stained from leaking crash bags. It reeks of rotting meat juice. Parking is terrible. Closet shelf’s constantly falling off the wall. Zero room for storage. Perfect if you’re a minimalist. Units aren’t cleaned when you get them. If you want to feel a poor while paying luxury prices come on in.

I was so stressed about finding a new apartment in the middle of a pandemic that I overlooked the negative reviews (all very very true). Staff has the WORST communication. They’ll tell you they’re going to send some paperwork to you and never do till you call them. Then they’ll say that they were just about to look at your files right when you called. I miss my previous apartment. I didn’t know how good I had it till I moved here. The unit itself LOOKS nice and spacious but when you actually live in it for 1 day, you will see all the issues/defects. Floor lifting from bathtub leaking water. Dryer not drying clothes. Dishwasher rusted. Cabinets not closing fully. Dirty windows, fans, vents. Balcony literally falling apart. TRASH ALL. OVER. THE. COMPLEX. No matter how much you complain, email, talk to them in person - NOTHING WILL GET ADDRESSED. We moved in and we’re given the wrong keys twice. Come to find out, our keys were never made. We weren’t given the gate code or the access key fob to any of the amenities. We signed our lease months before so I’m. It exactly sure why NONE of this was prepared. Bottom line: PLEASE BELIEVE ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. THEY ARE TRUE! I’ve only lived here for 1 week, and I already can’t wait to find a new place.

RUN FAR AND FAST. I moved into this nightmare over 2 weeks ago. The upstairs neighbor is an absolute inconsiderate jerk who stomps hard, slams, and purposely pounds on my ceiling. I HAVE complained almost daily. I had to call the police the first weekend and he wouldn't answer the door. I've emailed management nearly daily, and have been living in sheer anxiety for these weeks. I dont sleep because they stomp through the night. I have to leave my apartment on the past 2 weekends and take my dogs out because it's so bad, they tremble vomit and hide under the bed, let alone I dont get any rest. The management said "we talked to them and they assured us they would try not to disturb you" except it hasn't stopped, and its not going to. The management said if I break my lease I'm still responsible for 60 day notice plus 2 months additional rent....where are my rights to live in quiet enjoyment per the attorney general?? The management has not done a thing to take care of this, no reason I should be going into my 3rd week of this. Thankfully I have a lawyer, this will be resolved. I'm a single woman, a US veteran, law abiding, tax payer....I have rights too, and you all should be honoring them. RUN RUN RUN

Manger is horrible mean and amnioulates everything. You can never get anything fixed cuz the manager does not care and the staff (made up of one very mean, unprofessional fake woman) who is been caught many times talking trash about residents with her boss and the maintenance guys is a troll. Plumbing issues, electrical problems, water leaks etc etc with no courtesy to get take care or any work orders and if you continue to bring to their attention they start to harass you one way or another. Extremely disgusted by people who work for this apartment community. I think the company who owns these apartments need to step it up and replace apartment manager and staff . Everyone is sick of them

1. I have been living here quite a good amount of time, last two batch of office stuff is just horrible. They are behaving like an attack on you. I am just afraid when I go to the office. I started even keeping safe my billing papers because of asking them. Don't ask why I am still living there, I have a big reason for it and waiting to sort that out. 2. Maintenance is a nightmare. It takes several weeks and if you visit the office and ask, the answer will be they don't know when it will be done. 3. Office stuff sits in the office with their electronic cigarette and not sure they smoke there or not. There are two current office stuff there, I don't know how are they working without the minimum of manner. I know they will post a counter review with five star which just a lie.

Ariel was truly a blessing. She made our move easy, had our keys ready, papers, walked me through the Pay Lease setup. I was having a panic attack from all the stress. She was able to put me at ease, thank you. We love our new home.
This used to be a GREAT place to live. I suspect in the last year or two they began accepting Section 8 housing vouchers. The quality of people living here has become very VERY sketchy. The entire staff was the same for the first 4-5 years. Since then, it is a new staff every couple of months. Sad! The maintenance is a joke. The apartments have black mold. Building 7 has confirmed black mold. STAY VERY FAR AWAY

BY FAR THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF EVER. I set up the automatic bill pay recently bc I have on multiple times forgotten that rent is due bc I get so tied up with work. I received an eviction notice after I had set up the bill pay next to my garbage (thankfully I realized the sheet of paper with my apt number on it the day before I was supposed to be “evicted”) and paid that night online bc supposedly it didn’t work. I contacted the office the next morning to make sure everything was squared and they clarified that everything is squared and paid for the month which is this month. A week later I receive yet another eviction notice at my door again saying that I have til this Sunday to pay my rent again plus another $250 in late fees or I will be evicted. I received no call, no notice saying that I owe anything and just a week ago the office said I owed nothing as well. I even went as far to check my online portal and they say owe nothing as well. They let late fees stack up on me without any notice that I owed and without calling or email they decide to leave another eviction. So I’m voluntarily moving out on my own and will be breaking this lease because of the unprofessionalism here.
No stars!! Worst apartment complex ever!!! Days before move-in, I continually asked to view the apartment I was leasing. Without showing me the apartment, they wanted me to sign the lease. This should have been my first warning of what I going to experience. Move in day came. The apartment was not ready. What was I supposed to do without a place to stay and huge moving truck? I signed the lease with a promise to fix the items identified in my inspection. What was supposed to be a 4 month lease, I found a mistake in lease indicating that this was a year lease. When I brought it to the attention of the apartment, they told me ( and provided it in writing ) that they would honor my 4 month term. A year later I am being charged for a "reletting" fee for "BREAKING" my 1 year lease. They refused to resolve this matter in person as it was forwarded to a 3rd party for resolution. Terrible!!! I was looking for a apartment in a nice area so when I came across Legends at Legacy I knew that I would love them. They have a personal trainer which is awesome, the gym is great and they have a game room dedicated to the cowboys. I chose the 2 bedroom floor plan which is huge. I love the layout and couldn't be happier. The office is was very helpful and knowledgeable.
They have their own good review posted here the tenants will not give them good reviews based on the fact that they are a lousy apartment management they do not take care of repair requests not even water leaks. The new manager they have is pretty mean and she has rude people working in the front office. They are only nice when you are looking to lease so they can make their commission after you move in they treat you like dirt. The apartments are overpriced and not worth it.
Our air conditioning went out on 2/15/16. We contacted the front office and did not hear back until that Friday. They came out, said we needed a new compressor for our unit and they would order the part and get everything fixed on Monday. On Monday they contacted my husband and said they would be in the apartment that afternoon and we needed to have our dogs put up. He left work, drove home, put the dogs on the patio and went back to work. The air conditioned was not fixed when I came home that afternoon. We put our dogs on the patio EVERY DAY that week but they still did not come and fix the air conditioning. On that Friday afternoon, I was at home with the patio door open to try and cool down the apartment. I heard a voice outside saying "Hello? Hello?". When I got to the patio, I saw Hank*(name changed) driving off on his golf cart. I assumed that he was talking to someone else. Once I talked with my husband, I found out that Hank told the front office he had come by the apartment and knocked on the door, but was unable to fix the air conditioning because the dogs were inside. He didn't even leave his golf cart or wait the 30 seconds it took for me to come outside before he drove off! We emailed and called the front office AGAIN on Monday, and still no response. Just in case, we kept our dogs on the patio every day on the off chance that they would come by while we were at work. No such luck. We even told them that without a response from them, that we would be contacting the TAA. By Thursday, my husband was fed up. He called the office and was told that the fact that the air conditioning was OUR fault for not having our dogs put up so they could enter the apartment. I was home sick and the maintenance manager, Gary*(name changed), came by to tell me to my face that once again it is OUR fault that the air conditioning was not fixed. We had not put the dogs up and they were unable to come into the apartment. He said "I could do it right now, but the temperature is too low. If you really want it fixed, I can do it today incorrectly and you'll end up spending more money, is that what you want? Because according to your husband, you really need to have it fixed today." I told him that it was his job to install our air conditioning correctly and the fact that it wasn't fixed before was entirely his fault, and was no fault of ours. Now it's Monday, 3/14/16, and we STILL don't have air conditioning in our apartment.
I really appreciate that they are doing every possible ways to keep their costumers happy, specially the most attractive thing is that they are providing a personal trainer.the main reason why I am not gonna leave this apartment is that I got a dedicated personal trainer.I have been working out with Cliff since 2 months and lost around 12 lbs..I am glad and would like to continue with him.I really recommend everyone to take this opportunity to stay here and do a favor for yourself to work with Cliff.
I moved in April 2014. The main reasons for choosing an apartment here was the great floor plan, the attached garage, and the way it feels like a small house. The apartment itself and the attached garage have been the positives of living here. The negatives of this property is the rent increases and delays and issues when placing maintenance requests. I moved into a 2 bedroom at a rent of $1305. When it was time for renewal in April 2015, there was an increase of $95 to $1400. I then saw that the posted rent on my apt for new residents was up to $1705. Then in June 2015 I received a letter from the apt office, offering me a chance to transfer to another renovated apt at the new market rent. So they wanted me to move during my current lease so that I could start paying them much more on monthly rent, and start obtaining a higher rent on my current apt. The letter also offered me the choice to terminate my lease all together and to move away, to leave them the opportunity to at least get in a new resident in my current apt at a higher rent. When it comes to maintenance requests, I have had to follow up multiple times for most of the requests which I have submitted. Examples: 1) When I renewed my lease in April 2015, I was given a complimentary carpet cleaning. I scheduled it during May 2015. On the day it should have been cleaned, it had not been completed. The staff member checked the work order, and saw that it had been marked as being completed. 2) Over the summer I submitted a maintenance request which took over 6 weeks to be completed. I contacted the office 5 times - twice by phone, then twice in person, and then once by email. . It amazes me how much they push on rent increases and getting so much more money from the residents, and how much we have to go through to get maintenance requests completed, the weeks of delays, and the multiple times that we have to follow up and contact them. When I read the reviews on this property before moving here, there were many reviews about the problems with getting repairs completed, with the delays on getting things taken care of. I thought the reviews may be exaggerated. I was so very wrong. You can read those reviews under the property's old name of "Vintage at Legacy," with the same address.
I love the apartment itself. The floor plan is spacious and it is really close to restaurants and shopping areas. The downside is I have put in some pretty serious work order requests with no response from the office. When I moved in there were lightbulbs out in main areas, the carpet was still wet from being shampooed, I found that fact out the hard way. There is also water damage that has not been repaired for over a month, walls are visible damaged from ceiling to floor. I've even spoken to the office about it multiple times. These are not all the problems gone unresolved.
