Awesome experience and stay when we needed it. We moved here because we were waiting for our house to be built. We went with a 14 month lease and break option as it saved almost $2000 and since the house was delayed, we were not stuck trying to find a new place to live. Nathan and Johanna in the front office are amazing; well, all of the staff has been amazing. Every question I have had, they have been able to help with and are very responsive - but email is the best for a quick response. We had a 3 bedroom with an attached garage - it was perfect. The very few times we had an issue, maintenance was there within a day and got it fixed immediately. I've hard the stories about bad apartment management, and this is not, I repeat, not one of them. The move out process was just as easy - sent an email 60 days in advance, paid for the express cleaning service so I did not have to, and was out in plenty of time. Bets of all, there was no surprises on move out. Got the final water bill a few days later and all is good. 100% recommended as a place to rent/lease from.

Finding a parking spot was an everyday hassle, unless you pay for a near by cover parking spot or a garage. Unless I got lucky I would have to park far away from my apartment, I am not a lazy person so when I say far away I mean an unreasonable distance away from your building. Like most apartments I've lived in, the walls are thin and you can hear everything your neighbor is doing and saying and they can hear you I imagen.

Good experience except on occasion the trash receptacles are... well trashy.
Love living at Legends! The office staff is always friendly. Maintenance requests are filled very quickly. Other residents are great, too!
Nice enough. Friendly staff and I always got any maintenance taken care of quick. Only negative is the constant price increases every year. Rent went up about $70-100 every year, not worth it at that point.
We haven?t had any issues with the property itself. We have some issues with the tenants and them not helping to keep the property clean. My dog has gotten sick a few times since we?ve lived here because of the poop that is left in the grass and not picked up. And there are always trash bags left beside the dumpster and not inside of it. So animals tear them up and there ends up being trash scattered throughout the parking lot. It?s the little inconsiderate things that make us want to relocate. But the staff and property itself have been fantastic for us as newlyweds.
I am very happy living at the property.
Overall, I enjoy living there. My only concern is residents that have pets RARELY don't clean up after them, which is very annoying!! It makes the property look bad when you see grass full of crap!
My living experience has been good overall. The property, amenities, grounds and staff are excellent. My only reservation is noise due to neighbors and their disturbing behavior patterns which cannot be foreseen by the company.
The apartment complex is modern with amenities including a pool and gym. The apartment itself is well laid out, the one issue is the carpet, it is not the best quality and I don't believe they do a good job of cleaning/replacing between tenants.

I love the floorplan for my apartment and the huge garage with enough room for storage.
I live on the bottom level, so I have neighbors above me. Often times they are using the vacuum cleaner at 1AM - 2AM in the morning. I'm not sure if they have small children but the walking, stumping, and many times sounds like jumping is very unbearable especially when I have to get up at 5AM to get ready for work. The Staff is very friendly and professional. The one time I have put a maintenance request, it was done pretty quickly. They are not very good at following up on promises made but this is an ok place to live.
I have not lived in an apartment for at least 10 years, my experience here has been very pleasant. The office staff are always very friendly and helpful. All maintenance issues have been completed in a friendly and timely manner, all if this I appreciate.

my biggest complaint is the parking issues for guest. guest have to park outside of the gate and walk to their friends/family apartment. that can become an issue for renter because if someone lives in the back of the complex and does not have reserved parking once they drive to the front to pick up their guest their parking spot can be taken. the complex sent out an email almost one year ago stating they are looking into parking throughout the complex for guest but nothing has been done yet. simple solution-parking right in front of the buildings should go to the renters and the parking spots away from the buildings can be for guest..parking on the fence line (which there are multiple spots) a number of them can be for guest. another solution is to use a parking app to where guest have to register their vehicle is they are going to be there for x-amount of hours. I know of a complex that does this. If it is parked in a particular spot after their time has expired then it could be towed. also this complex need to power wash the buildings at least once every quarter. there are multiple spider webs and dead bugs on the walls and that can be a deterant for potential renters. Both of these issues need to be addressed.
I haven’t even moved in yet and I feel like I’ve made a huge 14 month mistake. The communication is dismal and you can forget about any accommodations. I literally am looking for something else as I type this and it’s probably worth it to pay whatever it is I need to to get out of this lease of living there is going to be ANYTHING like I’ve experienced so far. I was warned but didn’t listen.

I been staying here for over a year now and just recently signed a 14 month lease. The reason I decided to stay here is because of the great community and Clyde. If you looking to move to a nice area please move to Legend At Lowes and speak with Clyde. Any time I have any questions or need help with something he’s always there to assist me. The apartments are well kept up and very quiet area. I also like that everything you need such as food places, stores, movie theater and Mall is all within 10 miles from me. I can’t ask for a better place to stay.

he apartments are beautiful! But the management here is very very poor. We should have listened to the reviews before moving in. Adding to my post. Tonight at around 10:45 we arrived back at our apartment to find there was NO PARKING SPOTS AVAILABLE. But one.. yes one one parking spot in the INTIRE apartment complex. Yes we videoed so we have documentation of this. Honestly ready to move out of this place.

Moved here in January of 2017 when the management was better and the maintence team was better. Was a good apartment complex until they changed the staff and maintence. After 5 service requests to have my dishwasher fixed, they still have no fixed it and I've given up. I have an emotional support animal and they're giving me a hard time about her even though I have paperwork for her. The rent is expensive, the stove is outdated, the dishwashers don't work, the staff is uneducated and unknowledgable and the Manager or head of staff is unprofessional. Don't waster your time here when you could spend your money elsewhere in a better complex, the quality of people they allow to live here has gone down.. there's never parking and I've seen people drinking and smoking outside. Don't do it.. not worth it...

The apartment management is not ethical. I moved and cleaned the entire apartment, requested a walk through prior to leaving the keys. I was advised that everything was okay. Approximately, 2 weeks later, I received a bill in the mail stating the apartment was not cleaned and they would be keeping the deposit. I disputed the bill and they sent pictures of a apartment and stated we left food in the sink and the carpet was damaged. This was completely false, however they were threatening collections, only after having the final bill for a few days, so my husband and I paid the bill. After confirming receipt of the final payment, they held my payment for almost a month before applying it to my charges to intentionally allow the bill to be reported to a collections agency. I contacted the regional manager and she continues to side with the apartment management, never admitting fault. If you move to this property, prior to move out....clean, take photos, and require a walk through with sign off in writing that your good. You CANNOT trust these people and they have a history of finding a way NOT to return deposits and charging people for irroneous bills. If you do not have proof, they get away with this and it's not ethical.

I've lived here for a year and thankfully we are moving out in a few weeks. It wasn't too bad when we first moved in, although ridiculously overpriced. After the front office people changed though, it's gone downhill fast. They completely ignore emails and voicemails left with concerns. They've noticeably allowed the caliber of people moving in to decline. Kids run free at all hours and on more than one occasion I've had to slam on brakes to keep from hitting them. My neighbor's car has been keyed twice, and someone keeps putting large rocks behind the tires of my husband's car. I don't take my kids to the pool anymore because it's over run with people blaring obscene music and cursing every other word. The last time we were there, I heard commotion behind me and two adults were chasing a young man. One of the adults had a gun drawn. This place has turned into a dump and is not at all worth the crazy high rent prices they charge. Yesterday at noon the kitchen sink started leaking. It was all over the floor so we called the office (as instructed to do for emergencies) and were told someone would come to fix it. By 5:00 nobody had showed so we again put in a work order. 9PM rolled around and still nobody had come. I again called and left a message. In the meantime we've had towels down on the floor and our apartment stinks from the sink water sitting. Our kitchen has been completely unusable. It's now 11:00 AM the next day and my husband contacted them for a FOURTH time. The lady was nonchalant and acted like it was no big deal that we've been dealing with this for 24 hours with no help. She stated that she would "try" to get someone there to fix it. MAA you need to fire everyone who works at this complex. They are useless and completely incompetent. I've never been so fed up with a place in my life. STAY AWAY.

Community is very welcoming, safe and quiet. Great location with access to major highways. Beautiful interiors with modern touches such as two tone paint, kitchen island, garden tubs. Facilities are well maintained and kept in great shape. Pool area is very nice and kept neat and clean. Very nice place to live.
The area is nice and up coming. Been a pleasure living over here the last two years. Look forward to moving into new townhome soon!
