The Grande

Living here has been great! Pool is great and staff is very inviting! I use the workout room all the time and is great temp with good weights and machines.

i love it! This is a nice place to live in and I completely recommended it to anyone that is interested. You will have fun and everything you need in one place!

The Grande property is conveniently located near UTRGV and eateries and stores. Friendly and professional management team. Security guard is attentive to the safety and concerns of the residents. Maintenance team are courteous prompt to resolve issues.

I think the apartments are great however, I just wished that the hallways along with the doors were much cleaner. Other than that I’m having a good time.

Been pretty good and chill there’s been no real issues and any issues we have we always get them fixed fairly quickly. The staff is friendly and they set up events for their residents which is very nice

Like the environment, quite a lot of activities , has everything I need like gym, pool, place to study and know new people. You can run in the front park morning or afternoon feeling safety

I like it so far because it is a nice place with nice People and nice facilities so I am enjoying my time in here and I recommend People to live here

LOVEEEEE IT HEREEEE the amenities and the way they handle situations is perfect. I had an issue and they fixed it the next day with no hesitation.

Great atmosphere for students of all to feel safe and welcomed with school years, released from stress along with their social events and lovely workers on the job who support each individual!

So far it has been pretty good. The staff was very understanding and they are amazing. The maintenance people are able to fix any cosmetic real quick.

One of the things I appreciate most is how well-maintained everything is. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the building is clean. There’s also this incredible sense of security, which gives me peace of mind. Living here has been such a positive experience, and I genuinely enjoy returning to this space daily. It’s more than just an apartment; it’s a place that truly makes me happy!

This place is great if you’re a college student. It has a nice study room to get work done, and also has a small gym for easy access! Everyone here is friendly and you can make friends easily.

I really enjoy living here it’s super relaxing. I enjoy how inexpensive it is and also all of the events the office does! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family

Chill community, convenient location, staff is super helpful, events are often and fun to attend. I live near the dog park and never have problems with noise. Its pretty peaceful, if you have friends on the property its a really cool place to live.

Great apartment complex for young adults attending UTRGV. East to work with staff and management. Grass could be better kept and maintained. Hard to walk around grassy areas due to bugs and frogs.

I like everything here. The apartment is really nice and I like how fast maintenance takes care of the requests. The volleyball court could be kept better.

Pretty decent. I live in the third building and don’t ever deal with loud noises, maybe cause the walls are decently thick. Sometimes I’ll hear people talking outside my window in the parking lot, but mostly only if they’re being loud. Wifi comes included and it’s good tho sometimes my shows will buffer. Appliances all work well. Pool is clean. Don’t really have complaints. Price is a little steep but that’s just renting this economy I guess

Nice place to live in. My favorite part are the amenities. Management has also been very helpful so far with any issues i’ve had. Rent is very affordable as well.

I love my experience at The Grande. Like every apartment sometimes there are maintenance issues but as soon as you submit a request they are the fastest to help you.

Community has everything you need. Staff did really well pairing roomates (clean, quiet, etc.) Perfect for anyone with an extremely strict budget so that people can have a fresh start without too much stress.

Beautiful apartment that is well kept and clean. Has everything you need including in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave and is even fully furnished. Has additional bonuses including swimming pool, gym, vending machines, dog park, and study room. The management and staff are super friendly and helpful and treat you like family.

Nice study rooms. Low level of noise and accommodating environment irrespective of race or colour. Timely maintenance service and regular maintenance. I've been living here for three years, and I've noticed significant improvements in management over the past year. There have been many positive changes to the apartments, making them some of the best-managed in the area. They're pet-friendly, host events, and even offer freebies. The leasing manager, Litzy, is fantastic, and the entire office team is great as well.

Crappy sign for visitor parking that is completely false in identifying visitor parking. You will get towed even though you are following what the sign identifies. If the sign condition is an indication of the quality of management, it shows a sorry state of management so good luck in getting things taken care of correctly. Absolutely would give no stars but review system would not allow.

Have good response to maintenance requests as well as resident issues. Good working team and ready to assist when the need arises. Its an amazing place to live and I will recommend anyone looking for a new apartment to choose legends apartment for an amazing experience and stay.

The area is clean and in good condition. There are big roaches occasionally. The parking could use shared visitor and residents spots so that visitors don’t have to park so far.

My review of the grande is great! It’s close to my school and it’s very welcoming. The clubhouse is my favorite part of the grande cause that’s where me and my friends play ping pong.

Very pleasant and welcoming people love how easy and close everything is, the only problem is the responding they take way to long or not at all when we call the office

Calming so far won't complain better than the Rio but other than that minor things just like a squeaky bed frame but it's nice looking the kitchen n room was nice and clean as well

Overall this has been an amazing apartment to live in. There have been some noise complaints I have had but my apartment itself is very homie!

So far so good. Maintenance team are always prompt and the staffs are so amazing. They take their time to make sure all concerns are addressed

The place is great, it's a good walking distance from the university and it's next to a walking trail. The only problem would be when neighbors bang on the walls, it is kind of loud

My experience here at The Grande has been pretty great everybody is so nice and welcoming and very supportive. If i need help they are always open to helping me out.

It’s been a good experience so far. Other than the internet issues that I have had here it’s been good. We have had issues with people leaving their trash bags just near the stair cases or outside their door.

Going on my second lease, things have been okay, did stumble upon some issues but management was able to help me through them, and no other issues have came

I just moved in like 2 days ago. This is my first time moving so it was a stressful thought, but moving into the grande has been pretty fun. I moved in with three friends and for the most part have set everything up and stacked up on food and believe we are ready for uni. My biggest problem moving in has been my broken fan light that I reported the first day I moved in and so far has not been fixed. But I was told they would fix it when they get a supply of light bulbs, and I hope that’s true.

Amazing moving in experience. They are great in helping out. The rooms are really nice and the overall enjoyment is very homey. Very nice people very friendly and my roommate is amazing. Great place to live at

I’ve had a good experience! I love the staff (me) & the unit is the perfect size! The amenities are such a plus and I love bringing my friends along with me to enjoy The Grande

I have yet to live here but overall customer service has been great help ever since I started signing my lease , just a lack of communication on some parts but overall great!

Good place to live if you get the two bedroom with someone you know. Maintenance is quick to service any request. Management could be better.

Introduction: I'm excited to share my initial thoughts on Grande Edinburg Apartment, where I'll be living soon. Although I haven't moved in yet, I wanted to provide feedback on my experience so far. - Initial contact and communication with the staff - Touring the apartment and amenities - Lease signing process. - Any concerns or questions I had Conclusion: So far, my experience with Grande Edinburg Apartment has been positive. I'm excited to move in and start this new chapter. I'll be sure to update my review once I've settled in

The door lock system is ridiculous considering how they go out at least every month and it took 3 or 4 attempts for my first key to correctly open the doors. Then I have been locked out because the lock died. The utilities tend to get patch jobs trying to keep old machines running just enough rather than replacing machines that go out every other week anyway.
