I couldn’t be happier with my decision! From the moment I toured the property, I was impressed by the trees on the property, well maintained amenities, and welcoming atmosphere. The management team is incredibly friendly and responsive, making the entire move in process smooth and hassle free. Any questions or minor maintenance requests I’ve had were addressed promptly, which speaks volumes about their commitment to resident satisfaction. The apartment itself is spacious, with a great layout that feels both cozy and functional. The kitchen is well-equipped, the appliances are modern, and the natural lighting is fantastic. Plus, the community spaces like the fitness center, lounge, and outdoor areas are clean and well-kept, making it easy to enjoy both relaxation and social time. The location is another major plus!

had a decent experience so far, complex is close to everything you need. Maintenance response is good and overall office staff is "polite". Wish they appreciated long term residents by offering lower increases to rent or occasionally none at all. I asked one time and they wouldn't even consider it, all the while they have 70-80 open units

You DON'T get what you pay for
I’ve lived here for the past year, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The rent is ridiculously high for what’s offered. Cars are frequently broken into, and apartments are often vandalized. When reporting these issues, some of the staff in the office are dismissive and unhelpful, making it even more frustrating to deal with these problems. Maintenance is also very slow to address service requests, which adds to the dissatisfaction. On top of that, the amenities are lacking. One of the gyms is so small and the other gym has very old, broken equipment that hasn’t been updated or repaired in ages. For the price they’re charging, I expected a much better living experience. I would not recommend this complex to anyone looking for a safe and responsive community with decent amenities.

So far my experience as a resident of Legends on the Green has been more than satisfactory. My one bedroom is the perfect size and my balcony is huge. The amenities are great and well maintained, and the added bonus of the pool being surrounded by trees is a nice touch. I have loved living here for the past 7 years. Maintenance has been a reason we stay and everything being so close to this location. Recently, management has changed again but the management prior let a lot of people move in around the same time that have caused so many issues. It is now a safety concern and I don’t feel this is being taken seriously.

I love this complex! the only issue is, it seems as though my work orders aren't getting done since getting the new assistant manager. They keep getting marked as complete, but no one comes in to fix any of the orders. If they can't fix it, there isn't any communication to us. Still love all the staff!

Living here has been okay the community is pretty quiet, we keep to ourselves I like the amenities, and the events they do every now and then especially for the kids. However lately they have been closing the pool almost every weekend which is not very cool. Apparently packages have been getting stolen as well so that's a concern. And office management still needs some improvement with communication and answering calls or responding to emails.

Absolutely love living here. I have lived here for the past 6 1/2 to 7 years and I have been happy. The maintenance is amazing and fix issues quick. Love our new club house. It is quiet and that is what I like. Only complaint is neighbors filing false reports on my dog barking but that isn’t anything the staff can do about that.

Generally a peaceful place to live but a lot of inconsiderate neighbors. That has been our main issue. For the most part the office staff have helped us out but there is only so much they can do and neighbors go back to their old crap. Lots of cars appear and take up all the parking spots and I'm pretty sure it's people that don't live here.

I have lived here since 2017. I have not had any negative experiences. Maintenance is wonderful and takes care of things quickly. Staff is friendly. I love the new gym and office center. I also love living so close to the highway and everything I need is within 5 minutes from me. I just signed my lease for another 15 months because I am happy here.

All maintenance requests are handled promptly. However, there is no feedback or updates as to what was done or if any follow up visits are needed. Unless you happen to be home when maintenance stops by, you have no idea what is actually going on.

Noise level has increased, and the smell of Marijuana seeping into our apartment is becoming a big issue. No response to my email and it's hard to get someone to answer the phone. Still a beautiful property and I do love my home, we are just experiencing a lot of issues.

While the apartment complex is very nice and clean, the actual apartment I live in constantly has problems from the day I moved in. I experience a new problem every week. Not to mention the security in the parking areas isn’t very good since multiple cars have been broken into and stolen just around my building alone. I’d expect more from such an expensive and gated community with so many rules for us to follow.

I have lived here since 2017. Staff has always been super helpful and the maintenance team is amazing. Our fitness center and club house was recently updated and I absolutely love it. Living so close to the highway is what I need for my commute to work. Everything I need is in the area.
