The vibrant traditions and culture of the south come alive in Memphis, a robust and historic Mississippi riverfront community of over 600,000 neighbors. Memphis is legendary as an incubator for American musical titans, with landmarks like Sun Studios, the Stax Museum of American Soul Music, and Graceland serving as some of the city’s most popular attractions for visitors. The city’s musical tradition continues today, with a packed roster of live music representing every conceivable genre. Just as famous as the music is the food, with Memphis-style barbecue widely available and internationally recognized as a true American delicacy.
But beyond the neon of Beale Street, Memphis offers a delightful living experience steeped in southern charm and modern flair. The cost of living is quite affordable, with apartments, condos, and houses to fit any budget. The rental market is incredibly diverse, from urban efficiency apartments to stunning historic homes on sleepy suburban streets.

Property Ratings at Legends Park Apartments
I am very elated and pleased with the office staff that’s onboard now. Ms. Stephanie and the other office staff members are so professional, kind, caring and concerned about the residents’ safety and concerns. The staff make sure that every issue is attended to in a timely manner and that all paperwork is completed on time. Ms. Stephanie, the staff member who died the recertifications and other important paperwork, does her job diligently, and thorough. I, Ruby Williams am very pleased with the staff and how comfortable, clean and quiet the office staff keep the community. They show that they are concerned and care about their residents. Thank you, Ms. Stephanie and staff.

It makes our team's day to hear this! Thank you for your kind words and positive review.
We will be moving in this weekend, the reason why we are still moving in is because the area manager (Christina)stated that we would forfeit our deposit if we don't move in at this point. My family and I have been having some hardship lately and needed to move rather expeditiously and I explained this to the young ladies at the property but there was no sense of urgency, sympathy, empathy, or concern for the matter. I went in and put in an application fee and paid our deposit on the 15th of August and thereafter I never received any correspondences or updates despite my repeated phone calls and dropping by the office. There is not just one individual leasing agent that we worked with but we worked with every young lady that was employed there at this location, which in my opinion is where a the chaos began. We have spoken to Nina, Z, Ms. Franklin( the arera manager) and Destiny these are too many people to conduct business with, this is how so much gone forgotten and or not communicated to the correct persons. I have never seen such a circus in my entire life. When I came in to inquire about the status of my application the young lady at the desk(Destiny) was on the her personal phone and said she wasn't paying attention and the other young lady Nina had no clue about what was going on at all, she said she was the person who was supposed to call me back to follow up with me from the previous day but she never did. I have spoken to the area manager several times during this tedious experience, and she said that she would give me a call and get us moved in and squared away only for me to sit in the office over an hour and her to say she was running late because she was having car issues, no one in the office seemed aware of her being late having car trouble, once she gets there she tells me it will be a minute while she open up her system, and she did open the computer system and then proceeds to call all the people in a stack of applications she had on her desk previously while I was yet siting there waiting, oh and did I already mention that I had already paid my deposit and I was physically seated in the leasing office. Well this is only the beginning of the turmoil. After days of going back and forth, making trips to the office and countless phone calls, we will be moving in this weekend and the reason we are still movin
I would not recommend no one to stay here. I lived here for over 3 years. Everything was great until they got new management over there. They don't care about their residents. The maintenance team is terrible. They don't want to fix anything in a timely manner (air, stove, alarm, tile on the floor, light bulbs, gates, trash, etc.) They just didn't have any compassion for people. They tried to charge me for a whole month of rent after putting me and my 3 children out, all of a sudden. I've never been late on paying my rent or had any issue while staying over here, until April 19,2017. It was the worst experience ever. I will be contacting them with court papers soon. I will keep you all posted.

The team is hard at work fixing air conditioning units, as well as other reported issues, as quickly as they can. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced.
The first day there we saw the security guard chasing some young thugs and very bad feeling washed over me. Soon the windows on my car were broken out in the open ungated parking lot. The property looks good but is surrounded by a lot of new housing full of section residents that bring the wrong family members with them.
Its a great neighborhood. I feel there is plenty cooperation in this community. Pest control comes every once a month. The leasing office is great because there is a fitness room and an outdoor pool. There's also even cable in the leasing office. I'd recommend these apartments/town homes to anyone! - Damani J. Ellis / Memphis TN
Don't waste your hard earned money on these apartments. At night & on the weekend this place is a disaster, kids tearing up the security access gate, standing on people's porches, throwing trash in the parking lot, putting cars on flats, setting fire to paper in breeze ways & proping apartment security doors open so they can run and hide when security or police are patrolling. It's a lot of section 8 tenants that live in this complex. You won't be able to park in the gated community due to other tenants letting there company park & it's not enough spaces. Management doesn't do anything about it. It's expensive to live here it's not worth the money. In another year this place will be a nuisance it's a high crime area.
