The Legends Apartment is such a wonderful place to live. I have lived here for 2 years now and never have any issues. Maintenance is always so quick to respond to any issues you may have and keep the grounds well maintained! The ladies in the office are always so welcoming and make you feel right at home. They also host fun things through out the year! Examples: paint parties, trunk or treats for the kiddos, they even host a end of the year pool party that's catered with delicious food of their choosing and have a one man band with amazing music. It is definitely a family friendly community and I'm proud to call this place my home! If you have any questions or concerns about anything Amanda and Sarah in the office with gladly help!

My husband and I rented an apartment at Legends Terrace for eleven years. The grounds and the buildings are always very well maintained. Any maintenance issue we had was taken care of in 24 hours. Legends Terrace is a very quiet, friendly and safe place to live.
The apartments are clean. The grounds are clean. The staff is professional and nice. Can't say enough about our neighbors (now our life-long friends). We are fortunate to have found this pleasant spot in Eureka to stay for 13 months while on the jobsite in Pacific. LOVE LOVE LOVE!
I lived in the Legends Terrace Apartments for 2 years. They respond so quickly to any request and fix things right away. Safe community, great space, and good accommodations.
I've lived at Legends Terrace Apartments (LTA) for just about (3) years now. My overall experience has been excellent. I've found the management very responsive to the minimal # of service requests that I have filed. Most of my requests are taken care of the day of the request. The owner also takes a keen interest in keeping the property safe and even drives through property every morning to make sure things are in order. It is also located right across the street from the police & fire station so, in case of emergency, response would be very fast. The Timbers Rec Center is located right behind the complex and Eureka has recently added a mountain bike trail back there as well. The apartment swimming pool is always crystal clear & nice in the summer time. I would definitely recommend LTA to all my friends & acquaintances. The complex is such a nice peaceful place to live. It has great amenities and is located very close to the highway, grocery stores, and multiple restaurants. The staff here is top notch and professional and are on top of any request you might have. I have no complaints after living here
I just left a home I’d lived in 59 years and wasn’t sure how I’d feel about an apartment. But then I found the Legends Terrace Apartments, and they seemed to “fit”. I have a ground floor apartment with a garage that leads right into my kitchen which is a safety plus as far as I’m concerned. I have 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a living room, and kitchen; and they are pretty spacious! There’s a breezeway that leads to 3 front doors, one of which is mine. I have sliding glass doors that open to a patio where I have made a flower garden that faces a hillside with a gorgeous tree rather than the parking lot. It’s a welcoming place to sit and read or sip your morning coffee. The Legends complex has architecture conducive to Missouri’s rolling hills, with a meandering drive to the various sections. If maintenance is required, it is done quickly and well. So, if you’re looking to downsize, this is a fantastic place to linger and learn to love as your own.

Quiet and very nice apartments. Very responsive management and maintenance staff. Dog friendly and great location by the community center. Pool and gym an added bonus! I lived here for 2.5 years and had a great experience.
Everyone here is so friendly. It is a great location. The layout of my apartment is great and for a great price! And Pam is AHHMAZING! If you need anything she is on it! I love this community!

The Legends Terrace Apartments are a great place to live in Eureka, the apartments come as advertised and the price for rent is reasonable. The few maintenance issues I had throughout the year and a half that I've lived at the apartment were minor and fixed within 24 hours of submitting a maintenance request. Apartment staff will never enter the apartment without advance notice so they do value your privacy. All apartment staff are friendly and willing to help you in any way they can as well as being very friendly when answering any questions. I would recommend the Legends Terrace Apartments to you anyone who may be looking for a place to live in Eureka!
We absolutely love it here!!! We moved to The Legends Terrace Apartments about 5 months ago. Management is top notch—professional, super friendly, responsive, easy to communicate with, and go out of their way to help you. The complex is beautiful, quiet and the grounds are very well-maintained. We feel very safe and secure. We have the best neighbors, and everyone is super friendly and helpful. We moved in a couple years ago and we are renewing our lease for a third year. We are so happy here with the pool and work out room, convenient to get on hwy 44 and right next to the eureka rec ctr...makes it easy to attend work out classes or have my kids up to the timbers rec ctr. Walking to the fro yo shop at night and great neighbors makes for a relaxing atmosphere. Lots of nice families in transition. We are very comfortable and happy here. Great great schools. Love the MGMT. Professional and kind. Great place to call home.
My partner and I moved into the Legends Terrace Apartments about 6 months ago, and we have only great things to say about it! The units themselves are gorgeous- the open-style floorpans make the apartments feel a lot roomier and more spacious than a lot of other apartments in comparable price ranges (and we saw a -lot- of them before choosing). We LOVE the big windows and natural light, and look forward to growing veggies and flowers on the deck in spring. Our place upon moving in was very well kept, clean and felt modern. The amenities (gym, pool, etc) are very nice to have on-site as well (thought I admittedly don’t use them as often as I should), as are the washer and dryer hookups right off the kitchen! Though we brought our own washer and dryer rather than renting them monthly from the complex, maintenance was still kind enough to get them all hooked up and running well for us. Speaking of which, another awesome thing I have to share is how on-top-of-it management and maintenance are. In more than one previous apartment, we often had problems with slow responses from landlords and lots of time spent waiting on repairs. However, any time there has been a small problem to address here, it’s always promptly taken care of- by the very next morning! They are so quick that I sent an email about a leaky faucet well-past midnight one night, and the guys were there by 10:30 the next morning- it was fixed in less than five minutes! Even beyond repairs, maintenance is willing to help you with your own installations- for example, I had mentioned that I’d bought my own curtains to replace some blinds, and they told me to let them know when I planned on installing so they could come remove the old blinds. I feel like that’s great customer(renter) service and above and beyond. The leasing process was also a breeze and went quicker than expected. Everyone involved was super knowledgeable and helpful, and are also just pleasant people, which is refreshing in general. My mother is also renting an apartment here a few buildings down and feels the same way that we do! Looking forward to more years here and recommend this place to anyone who's looking in the area.
We are happy we moved here 4 years ago. We love our apartment! The office staff, maintenance crew and owner are friendly and eager to help if you have an issue. The owner is on premises every day. The apartments have great floor plans and greater finishes than I’ve seen in other apartments. The buildings, the grounds, pool and pool area and workout facility are clean and well kept. There are parks and walking trails close by. We are in the Rockwood School District. Great small town feel wonderful community.
I have lived at the Legends Terrace Apartments for a year and a half and have never had a problem. The entire staff is helpful, kind and considerate. The apartment itself is awesome! The pool and fitness center are always clean. I am so very glad that I have moved here from my home. Its nice to have a worry free apartment, and a new home!!
I have lived in a couple of different apartments in the past and this is by far the best. The maintenance and office staff are great to deal with. The community is pet friendly, which is very important for me and my dog. I plan on being here quite a while! Love it!
I moved here from out of state for my job. I like that Eureka has that smaller town feel, but has everything that you need. I also like how it is centrally located to so many different communities, which makes it easy to do a lot of things. I work out and I like that I have 24/7 access to the gym in the clubhouse and there is also the Timbers in walking distance that has a gym facility as well. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a decent, safe place to live.
Legends Terrace Apartments is a great place to live. We love that there is on-site management and maintenance. If you have a maintenance issue, the staff is great and they take care of your problem quickly. It is a very safe area and the other residents are usually so friendly. We love being here!
The legends is a very clean, spacious living complex. The grounds a beautifully decorated. The owner is on site everyday, very involved with his tenants, making sure their accommodations and met. The apts are pet and children friendly, pool, walking area. Very close to restaurants , and my favorite, a frozen yogurt - all within walking area. Has pool, tanning bed, workout - very friendly. I've referred many people and all have been happy living there. Apts are very spacious, everything you need .
