Property Ratings at Lehigh Square
On top of the roach infestation I endured, they took my security deposit without written explanation, and just kept it. (I left the place spotless). They ignore my phone calls, emails. I went IN PERSON, and was told they are waiting for a reply from regional manager because they messed up on my security deposit. But instead of refunding me, it’s been 3 more weeks and not a PEEP out of anyone!! I will be taking legal action! I moved out in March. It is august. Save your time, money and energy, RENT ELSEWHERE! -sincerely a Harding working MOM & NURSE having to put up with this BULLCRAP!
I currently live here and the management is very rude. After already signing the lease they told me the the other tenants did not want to move out so I had to pay an upcharge to get a "renovated" apartment. It was not renovated at all, within a week I had to have maintenance come and replace my microwave and they still have yet to fix my closet door. Maintenance takes weeks to actually respond to issues. The neighbors are rude with no concern for others and the children who live here are terrible, smashing bottles in the parking lot and spray painting the buildings. Paying way too much for such poor living conditions.

I went for a tour that lasted about 2 minutes. The apt is nice but their customer service sucks! The lady was just rude & not welcoming at all! Just careless & definitely not helpful. It was such an awkward experience. Never again
I never even got to finish the application, and still have not been refunded my 200.00. The woman who answered the phone when we had questions literally hung up on my husband. They want people living there for the money but don't want to do anything to help the people.
I moved in June 2021 and it has been a nightmare… It is an extremely expensive place for what it offers and for the conditions in which the apartments are. They gave me the apartment dirty and with the items broken or in very bad condition. I have had little mice in my apartment, the neighbors are very noisy and troublesome. The garbage is out of the containers all the time the pool they charge you a seasonal fee and also the maintenance is terrible it is always dirty. If you make a maintenance report they take a long time to respond. In short, it is not worth living here, do not waste your money.
DON'T even THINK to move here, They don't care about anything but their Money.

The overall experience in the neighborhood is terrible. The apartment complex is full of loud people who don't care about anyone but themselves; this means they will play loud music at any hour of the night and dance outside to that loud music on weeknights when people have to work in the morning. The apartment is cheaply constructed, so you will hear every one of your neighbors. When they're arguing, you will hear everything from who started the problem to who apologized. It's absolutely ridiculous. Do not expect to have quiet time, because that does not exist. Also, the one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments are in the same building, so if people across from you in the two-bedroom apartments have little kids, you will hear them screaming as well. When you report problems like people grilling next to your car unattended, the staff sends out an email, but of course, the people doing it do not stop. That's the case for anything in this neighborhood. If you have an issue with people living here, do not expect it to be resolved; this isn't necessarily the staff's fault, but it reflects the type of people in the neighborhood. People will do things like leave an old, 60-inch television in the stairwell, put trash anywhere except the dumpster, and drop off non-working, beat up cars to sit for months. People in this neighborhood drive like they're on a race track, which is scary considering the amount of kids who play outside in the street. You pay a monthly fee to use the exercise room; however, we cancelled our payment for the weight room after someone stole weights and they were never replaced. What are we paying for? Overall, if you don't mind noisy people, foolish behavior, poorly designed and cheap apartments, you'll be fine.

I just moved out due to me having to move back to NY. I lived here for three years I had no problems with my neighbors or staff they were very helpful. The complex is quiet clean place to live not to mention plenty of parking.

We wish you the best of luck in New York and please let us know if there is anything we can help you with in the future. Thanks again!
I have resided at Lehigh Square for the past 3 years. My apartment is very comfortable for my daughter and I. I currently rent a second floor 2 bedroom unit with a balcony in the N building. The building is always clean and quiet. First, the leasing staff at Lehigh Square is very commendable. They go above and beyond to resolve any issues that arise. When I call the office, I am always greeted with kind demeanor and the leasing team is always pleasant. Second, the maintenance staff is quick and efficient. Emergency maintenance is also handled effortlessly in a timely manner. Most recently, my refrigerator stopped working and within about 1 & 1/2 hr, maintenance was able to get it replaced. This all took place on a Sunday. Lastly, due to relocation for work, I have decided not to renew my lease. However, I highly recommend this community to my friends as well as family. If you are seeking a caring staff, along with comfortable living arrangements, this is the place to be!

Hi, Thank you for your five-star rating of Lehigh Square! We appreciate your kind words about our staff members. We are dedicated to providing the best community for all of our residents and we're happy it shows. We are happy that you are enjoying your stay in our community and look forward to living and working with you for many years!
First off maintenance do not come fix your problems unless you call them everyday to complain and threaten to leave. After the first year of living here the rent goes up almost $300 and nothing gets better. They promised us that we wouldn't have to pay more than $25 for water usage this month alone it was double that. They are constantly changing management so paying rent is ALWAYS a run around. Look somewhere else if I was you. This place isn't worth your money.
I have lived here for about 16 months. The apartment is worth what you pay for it. Compared to other apartments in the area it is a lot better. The washer and dryer and remodeled kitchens are nice features. At times the neighbors can get loud but the management typically keeps it under control. If you pay your rent on time and are polite you will never have an issue. The maitenance crew is fast.
