Property Ratings at Leisure Park Towers
Where to begin with this one. Got an apartment here in ‘21. Apartment they rented to me was band aid fixed to quickly rent again. Carpet was laid (the square cut carpet) no batting not installed properly. Water leaked on my ceiling sewer back up in kitchen sink. They’ve had numerous problems with plumbing and bed bugs. If you have bed bugs you haveto get rid of furniture. My heater tore up. The heater I had in my apartment was old dial turned hotel type heating and cooling. It started smoking and almost caught fire. It was not fixed right away. This was winter and and management loaned me a space heater but never properly fixed the one I had or replaced. Ended up going to courthouse to have my heater fixed. Management has favorites. Tenets gain favoritism by buying management trinkets and cooking for them etc. management and tenets need to be professionally separated because tenets constantly gossip and tattle tale in which management feeds into. Management can not be professional enough to make decisions. People get treated unfairly because of favoritism. Please be cautious if applying here to live. Not professional management. Cliques and silly petty behavior. 2nd and 3rd floor is a mess. 4th floor and above is maintained. Below is a picture of 2nd floor hallway window with what appears to be blood.
