Terrible Quality of life. Company does not care about tenants.
The cheap price guarantees that they will do absolutely no maintenance without some serious motivation. No online portal for requesting it so unless you print a list it is conveniently undocumented. Management is nice to your face, and surely are good people but as soon as you leave the office it's like your requests are thrown in the trash. By FAR delview is the worst company to rent from in auburn. The cheap rent/month comes at the cost of quality of life. (no AC for weeks, leaks in your ceilings, horrible run down and smelly exteriors and Washer/Dryer room.)

The staff has been so helpful since day one of me applying for my application. Holley and I think Jennifer is her name has been so helpful during my first time renting process. I definitely hope my application gets approved! They made me feel so comfortable:)

Great Place
Great place to stay for cheap. Nice grounds, pool, laundry room. Feel safe. Nice Staff, very helpful when needed. Been here for years.
