Good luck with moving there!!! Get ready for your new guest mice!!! Caught so many living there over 20!! Wow huh so embarrassed I didn’t even want guest over afraid one was gonna run by. Call management soooo many times they just put down traps. Really I could of done that. Happy to be gone from there!!! Rent goes up 100$ every year! Bought a house feels great!!!!!
This place is a dump mice like crazy!!!! Won’t do nothing about it!! Been here 7yrs 20 mice!!!
Cheap paint and no ventilation other than small window above shower requiring bathroom walls and ceiling to be repainted within a few weeks after moving in d/t peeling and dripping down walls. Had to deal with roaches and mice with only traps being placed by management.
I love living at this community! Very peaceful and quiet, the neighbors are very friendly. It's very clean. You can tell the managers take great pride in having the best building on the block. The people who run the community are very nice and they take care of things for you ASAP.
Hi..i recently visited this apartment unit and i was like wow!!pretty big and soo quite neighboorhood..i like this apartment but they dnt have a downstair unit and its soo expensive.if this unit is only $1500 this is gonna be great!!
I like that everything gets fixed if you have a work order and also like my neighbors. Quiet place. Wish I had 3 parking spaces. But overall, its nice to have my washer and dryer in my apartment, and have central air conditioning and a fireplace. I love my townhome!
