Jake was great and super helpful. Everyone in the office has been very sweet and we love our new home! The community is nice and we have already been welcomed by several neighbors.
Nice apartment complex with a great maintenance team! The amenities are very nice. Some of the residents do not follow certain community policies, such as picking up their dogs waste or keeping thei dogs on a leash. However, I understand that is hard to enforce!

We drove from Charlotte to see these and if it would be a good fit. Sometimes the pictures don't support the website or the consultants are very engaged. We'll this wad so different. The consultants were Awesome the facility gave what it's supposed to give. Absolutely loved Skylar and Joy the top tier team! Great! I love the neighborhood and staff. Very friendly all around and responsive to any issues. I do wish the apartment was a bit better maintained as some appliances are worn down and flooring is coming up in certain spaces. I am very happy because the whole complex is very nice, it is very well organized and the maintenance is very effective and efficient, the neighbors are very friendly, the security is high, and the office staff are very professional.

The overall customer service of the leasing office is not the best. It’s extremely hard to speak with someone who knows what is going on. The staff in the leasing office fail to follow up with residents on maintenance issues and other serious matters. There have been several issues using the resident portal, key fobs to amenities, submitting maintenance request, etc. While the community is very nice and quiet, the issues are with the staff of the leasing office. Inspections are not thorough and can lead to unsafe living conditions or out residents in life-threatening situations. The staff fails to send out written correspondence to residents when necessary and places residents in situations that can cause unrest. Ultimately, the customer service must improve exponentially to improve customer satisfaction.

The Valet trash is too expensive and just results in bags of trash being left outside everyone's doors all weekend. I would prefer it to go back to the way it was before where you had to take your trash to the compactor yourself.

The apartments are clean and well taken care of. Staff is very receptive. The community is safe, welcoming, and quiet. The only downside is the amount of additional fees on top of rent.

OK place. Apartments are updated but still old. Roaches here and there during summer. Staff is friendly and maintenance is prompt usually.

My reasons for rating it a 3 are the following: -Cockroaches. They are persistent in the summer and have been coming through little holes in the walls, pipes, vents, etc despite pest control coming. -Drafty windows that are also difficult to open and close. -Windows get mold easily. -I have found my mailbox fully ajar on a few occasions. -Old or oddly dysfunctional appliances (sloped stove, seal of fridge is weak, etc) Pros: -Communicative staff, creates mini activities for the community -Quick maintenance (usually comes within 2-3 business days if it’s not an emergency) and they are friendly -Neighborhood feels decently safe and welcoming -Non-carpet living room floor -Office area has nice hangout spots. Not really sure I’d label this apartment as luxury as it does not differ much from other “regular” apartments I have lived in that were cheaper and larger, but it is comfortable.

Maintenance is very quick and helpful. Those in the office are very helpful and kind but staff are rotated frequently so they are not always the same folks. Apartments are well kept up and have a nice large layout for a good price compared to others of the same size. Very close to grocery stores and shops and commercial areas as well as highways (all less than five min driving). Family friendly so not extremely quiet, but no noise in the evenings or at odd hours.

Staff and maintenance are friendly and quick to respond. I like the text updates for goings on around the community. Amenities are nice and mostly well kept. The car wash area has been missing a second hose for a while. It would be nice to have a second hose, one for each stall. I wish the landscaping looked nicer around the 7000 building. New grass desperately needs to be planted out front, making it not look as nice as some of the other buildings. I wish they would enforce the no garbage outside except during pick up times because it makes the breezeways smell and attracts bugs. Not sure if roaches are just a common thing around here or what but we see one in our apartment once every few months despite it being cleaned and regularly sprayed by exterminators according to their recommendations.
