Property Ratings at Lenox Park
I've lived at Lenox Park since 2019, when the complex had a different name. It's quiet here even on weekends. The maintenance team usually respond to work order requests quickly. I've enjoyed living here and, I haven't had any major problems, issues or concerns.
This place has the worst maintenance ever. It took 5 messages and calls before someone came to fix my washer and dryer. Manager will charge you an arm and a leg after moving out for unnecessary charges.
I’ve lived here for 15 months. When we moved in they were owned by another company. We usually always pay extra on the rent, well when the new company took over the extra $500 that I paid on my rent mysteriously disappeared and no one could tell me what happened. We chalked up to the old company taking it and moved on. Well when we me and my boyfriend moved in we signed the lease for 14 months together. We recently went to renew for another 6 months and they did not have him on the lease at all they had no clue what happened to our lease and said that he would have to fill out an application bring his social and paystubs to be added to the lease. I’ve been have been putting in numerous request for them to do something with the mold that has started forming in our bathroom but each time it magically gets overlooked just like me constantly calling./emailing the office for them to refinish our bathtub that was painted over and now it peals making it extremely difficult to keep clean. The office is usually very polite but are extremely clueless and unhelpful. Needless to say this will be our last 6 months here.
Pay 450$ deposit. They put on the system just $300 and refused to pay 150 left even we brought to them the move-in receipt because we didnot keep the money order receipt. Remember to keep all your receipts with them, even the money order receipts. Sometimes there is extra fees come out from nowhere!
Magnolia Grove is a great place to live, great neighborhood, and wonderful property manager Roshauna. I've had some rough times but Mrs. Roshauna always call herself to make things better and to make your stay longer she will do anything to make you satisfied from that rough time. I'm very pleased with that these apartments are very peaceful only thing I would add to the units are ceiling fans but very nice, comfortable, and affordable definitely worth a try.
They are very nice apartments. The renovation that was done is Great. The floors and black appliances love it. It's quite not a lot of noise and the community is well kept.
I moved in about 2 weeks ago and everything has been good overall. Luella was excellent in her customer service. I like my apartment, it's a nice size for a decent price. There is few cosmetic things that need to be fixed but that's expected. The area is quiet for the most part, only downside I can see in the future is the parking.
Management has changed twice since we've been here and this place used to be called Fairfield creek. I overall have had a good experience living here. The maintenance staff does a good job to getting to emergency services as quickly as possible, front office staff listens to your complaints and offer solutions as best as they can. Only thing I don't agree with are the prices... these apartments need to be updated a lot more if they want to start charging $800-900 for a one bedroom and $1300 for a two bedroom. There is only one pool and no play ground or park area for you to walk dogs in without disturbing they "dog afraid" neighbors. The parking is terrible, especially for guests... currently there are only 11 spots for them, so if you want guests either pick them up or they risk their cars being towed. But hey, beggars can't be choosers and this place is not bad overall. You may just want to consider what you are looking for before you pay prices for a "luxury apartment", like good parking. On the plus side, they are right next to 45 and close to the beltway, which is why their prices are going up I'm told.
