I'm really enjoying it, really clean and incredible energy. But I miss playground for the children to play, it's for Pet, but it's not for children.
It’s a good place to live with family. Trash collection / management and common area cleaning are the areas which needs lot of improvement. I changed my rating from 5 to 4 due to the challenges we are facing due to irregular trash collection and missing common area cleanliness.

Lots of people take their dogs out and don’t pick up their poop. The noise level is loud after 10, and when you complain about noise and stomping no one does anything. I have has struggles with maintenance as well .

I absolutely love living here! The apartment is spacious, well-maintained, and filled with natural light. The management team is extremely responsive and always goes the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. I honestly regret resigning here. The security is lackluster, the dumpsters are always overflowing, but if you leave your trashcan outside a minute past the allotted time you’re fined. They’re more worried about letting your dogs out in the yard all day than they are all the above issues and forget about maintenance issues being taken seriously, I’ve had two disgusting mildew stench washers in our time here and this most recent one makes horrible noises but anytime anything needs fixing we’re told to wait until it breaks for it to be replaced. The amenities are always a mess we haven’t used the pool once since living here because of the trash and constant partying there. The bbq pits never work and the dog cleaning room is always disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move in here.

Thank you for your feedback Camryn. I am sorry to hear that you have not enjoyed your experience thus far. I hope that we can change that. We do not provide security at the community. We do have multiple areas with cameras as well as limited access gates. I will gladly look into your work order history and review with the maintenance supervisor. All of our amenities are deep cleaned on Mondays and touched up throughout the week. It is very frustrating that not all the residents appreciate the community and treat it with respect. We are always working on policing activity that does not follow the rules and guidelines set forth by the lease and the signage in the common areas. We appreciate any feedback helping us provide our residents with the best experience and use of the community as possible
Lenorx Reserve is an amazing place to live. I'm here for more than one year and everything is good/perfect. I strongly recomend this property for the ones are looking for a place to live.

I like living here, everything is so close to me. Peaceful neighbors which is really relaxing. The pool, is always relaxing i really enjoy the game room.

Quiet little community, with great amenities! We had a nice yard, I have never seen such a big yard at an apartment complex. I have enjoyed living here and look forward to living here for at least the next year.

I've been here a week, and while the apartment itself is nice, several issues have affected my experience. I've had two separate incidents where cockroaches crawled on me at night, even though I keep a clean space and we pay monthly for pest control. It's unsettling and makes me question the effectiveness of their service. I've also submitted three maintenance requests: the first for a broken dryer was handled promptly, but the next two regarding flickering lights have gone unanswered for five days now. The front desk rarely answers the phone, and even in person, they struggle to help. Additionally, the property grounds could use more attention. There's pet waste left around, the doggie bag stations are often empty, and the trash cans are usually overflowing. For the price we pay, I expected better maintenance and service. Improvements in pest control, maintenance responsiveness, and general cleanliness would really help elevate the resident experience here.

I’ve been here a few months and can honestly say I’m happy with the decision of moving here. So far it’s nice and quiet. I never have trouble looking for parking and the complex is close to a lot of restaurants, shopping and parks. We never have to leave the area.

Close to my job, decent food selections, and cool amenities. I like that I’m far away enough to enjoy a quiet town, but can still drive to the city to enjoy downtown.

Dirty clothes (tshirts, shirts, pants) in hallways, abandoned furniture in hallways/stairwells, left over trash in hallways/stairwells, hallways/stairwells need to be washed down. Left over stains in hallways/stairwells. Trash compactor broke, for over 1.5 months, valet services is limited (but want full $25.00 payment monthly for services), smells like stinky hot garbage in the parking lot & apt. Get it together LENOX RESERVE!! I pay to much to live in these nasty conditions.

I apologize for the inconvenience of the compactor being down. Unfortunately some things are out of our control and this was one of those cases. We worked with several vendors to have the issues resolved as quickly as possible and it has been. Our community is on a regular pressure washing schedule to address stairwells and corridors. As for clothing in hallways and abandoned furniture in halls or stairwells - I have never seen this nor had it reported to the office - please contact the office with specifics so that we may address.
Excellent residential complex for dogs or pets. There is a person who picks up the waste of the animals every day that their owners do not pick up. Amazing!

Even trash compactor is fixed the trash area is still backed up and even the overflow container is overflowing into the parking lot! Pool hours on Friday and Saturday nights are ridiculous being set at 9PM. Dog noise is horrendous at night bc dogs are being left in their yards to just constantly bark for hours into the early morning hours. I always see people re-keying vehicles that are dropped off by towing trucks with no company names. Vehicles have been found in the morning with their wheels completely off and sitting on cinderblocks! I’m counting the months until my lease is up to get out of here.

Dear Anonymous - I am sorry that you are not currently happy in your apartment home. I, myself question why folks cannot put their trash into compactor or open top. The Lenox Reserve Team comes into the community 7 days a week and picks up the bags left on the ground by residents. We've adjusted the pool hours due to residents or their guest not respecting the pool rules and getting out of hand. Unfortunately, the many suffer due to the actions of the few. We are like most communities in the city that at one time or another have been victimized by criminal activity. We take many precautions, work with sister/area communities, local law enforcement and our residents to try and prevent as much as we can. I appreciate your feedback and just want you to know that strive to do our best and provide the best experience we can.
front staff responds pretty fast with any issues. Quiet complex. My only issue so far has been trash not being picked up as I pay for it in my lease agreement. I don’t mind taking my own trash, but it’s too hot to leave trash outside causing a smell and not being notified of trash cancellations

Location and Amenities: The location of this apartment complex is fantastic, with easy access to Highway 99 and I-10, plus it's close to Katy Mills Mall and various grocery stores. The unit itself has a spacious layout, and the classic flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and appliances make it feel inviting. The amenities are also nice, and I can’t say enough good things about the maintenance team and leasing staff—they’re truly wonderful. Issues: However, the property has some significant areas that need attention. The trash situation has become increasingly problematic, especially lately. The dumpster servicing our community is often overflowing, and it gets worse on weekends, leading to trash scattered around the grounds. This definitely detracts from the overall living experience. Overall, while I appreciate many aspects of living here, I hope management addresses the cleanliness issues to enhance the community environment.

The staff is friendly and very helpful; they see to it that your every request is met and no question left unanswered. The apartments themselves are very neat and in order, I have a friend who lives here and seeing his apartment was the reason I chose to move here. The location is great! Everything is within a 20 minute drive, the area is quiet, and the other residents are very welcoming. I would HIGHLY suggest moving to The Establishment Apartments.

Amenities like dog washing station , Onemain the game room , trash pick up not any good most the time. Maintenance request is a joke , they come with no tool to start and can’t fix most of any basic thing like door draft stopper or washing machine . The front office is very dismissive and don’t actually fix issues in regards to noises tenants or not following pool rules and destroying the place so bad pool closed on Mondays . Pest control is horrible as well .

We appreciate all feedback. We encourage reviewers to read all our reviews. Our amenities are great. We have a very large and well stocked fitness facility, a beautiful clubhouse with attached gaming room, a cozy bark park with an indoor doggy wash station for any size pet you may have. Our two fantastic pools are closed every Monday for cleaning. Our pool area features grilling stations, seating and dining areas as well as water loungers and private cabanas. Maintenance is great, quick to respond and takes allot of pride in their customer service. Our front office staff is very happy and helpful ready to assist anyone. Pest control is available every Tuesday. We encourage everyone to come visit our community and take a look for yourself, we would love to have you!
Fine but I wish they would take more care of the things the community uses. For example the gates, the clickers, etc. it’s a bummer that some of us have lived here forever and continue to be punished by the actions of others

Thank you for the review. I agree it is a shame that everyone does not abide by the rules and regulations as they are simple and mostly common courtesy. We send violations and fine where we can to deter those who do not. We are always working towards making Lenox Reserve the best it can be and the home you deserve.
Everything has been great so far, great place and very cozy, everything is too nice, everything is big and clean, I love that they have a place to bathe the dogs and they also have a dog park.

My apartment is very homey ! The complex is really clean & luxurious! I love how everyone’s floor plans are so different & unique. That was an amazing touch !

Just moved in last month. The property is clean, apartments are well kept. My clothes washer was broke upon moving in. Theybreplacednitnwithba New one the next day. The golf simulator is not working correctly, I've brought it up twice and no-one has followed through with getting it fixed. We'll see...

We have every building scheduled for pressure washing the corridors and have completed many this year. We are working through each building and if we have not made it to yours, I assure we will soon.
