The property is amazing, I really love the floor plan and layout with spacious rooms and closets, & I love the fact that I’m so close to dining and shopping
It was fine when I moved here in 2020. But after time, things are different. I have put in requests about my rinse aid cap still leaks the rinse aid. My neighbors are constantly blasting their surround sound after quiet hours, the spit in the hallway, the dog urine in the hallway, food spillage in the hallway. I don't know about other bldgs but this is in bldg 5!

I am sorry to hear that you had had some issues over the years. I am not sure what the rinse aid cap is . If you would contact the office and ask for the manager - we will figure it out and get that resolved for you. Neighbors are luck of the draw - but you deserve to be able to enjoy your home. I will send out a friendly reminder specifically to building 5 (unless you know the specific neighbor - then I can address directly to them) about the noise levels and respectfulness. I have also spoken to the maintenance supervisor about the issues raised in the corridors and those will be resolved quickly. Thank you for your feedback and we look forward to hearing from you

Few items Trash compactor is an issue here When you live on a lower level neighbors above here, don’t care how loud they are even when you’ve talked to him about it. Their comments are you chose to live on the bottom to me that’s just rude. The neighbors who live above us should be considerate that people live below them

We typically do not tell people that \"you choose to live on the bottom\" as everyone deserves a certain level of comfort in their home. Excessive noise is not ok. If you are experiencing excessive levels of noise or during inappropriate hours please contact the office so we can look further into the matter.
This place is amazing. The staff are very nice and lovely. I love waving on my way to the gym which is always clean and never broken. The pool area is like a retreat at my own home. My apartment is absolutely gorgeous! I want to express my many thanks to the staff, neighbour's and everyone here who has made this place home. This place is top notch!

The 2nd time around with renewal & I Like being here, Minimal Noise, Appliances work well, Outdoors always clean with grass trimmed on time. Only minor thing to complain is for parking, cause from time to time there is none.

Leasing office staff has been nothing short of amazing. Very prompt and sweet when communicating. Some of the appliances break easily or have to be replaced soon after moving in. This has happened for myself and a few of my neighbors and friends that stay here. For example, my dryer broke 3 months into me being here and it’s been a full month and hasn’t been fixed due them having to constantly order different parts for it. The links blinking, locks loose. Small things but inconvenient at times. However the do communicate when you reach out regarding these issues.

Although I will be moving, I have enjoyed the past 2 years at this property. There isn’t too much chaos, the residents are fairly friendly, and the staff is welcoming.

It’s a good place to live with family. Trash collection / management and common area cleaning are the areas which needs lot of improvement. I changed my rating from 5 to 4 due to the challenges we are facing due to irregular trash collection and missing common area cleanliness.

Lots of people take their dogs out and don’t pick up their poop. The noise level is loud after 10, and when you complain about noise and stomping no one does anything. I have has struggles with maintenance as well .

I absolutely love living here! The apartment is spacious, well-maintained, and filled with natural light. The management team is extremely responsive and always goes the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. The amenities are fantastic – the pool and gym are always clean and well-kept, and the common areas have a great community vibe.

I honestly regret resigning here. The security is lackluster, the dumpsters are always overflowing, but if you leave your trashcan outside a minute past the allotted time you’re fined. They’re more worried about letting your dogs out in the yard all day than they are all the above issues and forget about maintenance issues being taken seriously, I’ve had two disgusting mildew stench washers in our time here and this most recent one makes horrible noises but anytime anything needs fixing we’re told to wait until it breaks for it to be replaced. The amenities are always a mess we haven’t used the pool once since living here because of the trash and constant partying there. The bbq pits never work and the dog cleaning room is always disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move in here.

We do have multiple areas with cameras as well as limited access gates. I will gladly look into your work order history and review with the maintenance supervisor. All of our amenities are deep cleaned on Mondays and touched up throughout the week. It is very frustrating that not all the residents appreciate the community and treat it with respect. We are always working on policing activity that does not follow the rules and guidelines set forth by the lease and the signage in the common areas. We appreciate any feedback helping us provide our residents with the best experience and use of the community as possible
Lenorx Reserve is an amazing place to live. I'm here for more than one year and everything is good/perfect. I strongly recomend this property for the ones are looking for a place to live.

I like living here, everything is so close to me. Peaceful neighbors which is really relaxing. The pool, is always relaxing i really enjoy the game room.

Quiet little community, with great amenities! We had a nice yard, I have never seen such a big yard at an apartment complex. I have enjoyed living here and look forward to living here for at least the next year.

I've been here a week, and while the apartment itself is nice, several issues have affected my experience. I've had two separate incidents where cockroaches crawled on me at night, even though I keep a clean space and we pay monthly for pest control. It's unsettling and makes me question the effectiveness of their service. I've also submitted three maintenance requests: the first for a broken dryer was handled promptly, but the next two regarding flickering lights have gone unanswered for five days now. The front desk rarely answers the phone, and even in person, they struggle to help. Additionally, the property grounds could use more attention. There's pet waste left around, the doggie bag stations are often empty, and the trash cans are usually overflowing. For the price we pay, I expected better maintenance and service. Improvements in pest control, maintenance responsiveness, and general cleanliness would really help elevate the resident experience here.

I’ve been here a few months and can honestly say I’m happy with the decision of moving here. So far it’s nice and quiet. I never have trouble looking for parking and the complex is close to a lot of restaurants, shopping and parks. We never have to leave the area.

Close to my job, decent food selections, and cool amenities. I like that I’m far away enough to enjoy a quiet town, but can still drive to the city to enjoy downtown.

Great Apartments, They look just like the photos and are kept up well, the office team was very nice & updated me as they stated, manager was kind of out the office a lot but overall the team was very helpful & nice responding to me and keeping my updated with the application process.

Dirty clothes (tshirts, shirts, pants) in hallways, abandoned furniture in hallways/stairwells, left over trash in hallways/stairwells, hallways/stairwells need to be washed down. Left over stains in hallways/stairwells. Trash compactor broke, for over 1.5 months, valet services is limited (but want full $25.00 payment monthly for services), smells like stinky hot garbage in the parking lot & apt. Get it together LENOX RESERVE!! I pay to much to live in these nasty conditions.

I apologize for the inconvenience of the compactor being down. Unfortunately some things are out of our control and this was one of those cases. We worked with several vendors to have the issues resolved as quickly as possible and it has been. Our community is on a regular pressure washing schedule to address stairwells and corridors. As for clothing in hallways and abandoned furniture in halls or stairwells - I have never seen this nor had it reported to the office - please contact the office with specifics so that we may address.
Excellent residential complex for dogs or pets. There is a person who picks up the waste of the animals every day that their owners do not pick up. Amazing!

I like to live at Lenox reserve it is quiet area, I love the dog park and the staff is friendly and helpful We been living here for 3 years and so far everything has been great!

Even trash compactor is fixed the trash area is still backed up and even the overflow container is overflowing into the parking lot! Pool hours on Friday and Saturday nights are ridiculous being set at 9PM. Dog noise is horrendous at night bc dogs are being left in their yards to just constantly bark for hours into the early morning hours. I always see people re-keying vehicles that are dropped off by towing trucks with no company names. Vehicles have been found in the morning with their wheels completely off and sitting on cinderblocks! I’m counting the months until my lease is up to get out of here.

Dear Anonymous - I am sorry that you are not currently happy in your apartment home. I, myself question why folks cannot put their trash into compactor or open top. The Lenox Reserve Team comes into the community 7 days a week and picks up the bags left on the ground by residents. We've adjusted the pool hours due to residents or their guest not respecting the pool rules and getting out of hand. Unfortunately, the many suffer due to the actions of the few. We are like most communities in the city that at one time or another have been victimized by criminal activity. We take many precautions, work with sister/area communities, local law enforcement and our residents to try and prevent as much as we can. I appreciate your feedback and just want you to know that strive to do our best and provide the best experience we can.
front staff responds pretty fast with any issues. Quiet complex. My only issue so far has been trash not being picked up as I pay for it in my lease agreement. I don’t mind taking my own trash, but it’s too hot to leave trash outside causing a smell and not being notified of trash cancellations
