South Nashville is a sprawling district covering just over 15 square miles. The community extends from the southern edge of Downtown Nashville to the Nashville Zoo at Grassmere. South Nashville contains an array of diverse, established communities, including Wedgewood-Houston, Woodycrest, Woodbine, Hill-n-Dale, Radnor, Raymond Heights, Patricia Heights, Napier, Glencliff, Glencliff Estates, and Chestnut Hill.
The rental options are just as diverse as the region itself, with plenty of apartments, condos, townhomes, and houses available for rent in every style and budget. Residents often choose this area for its largely affordable rent prices and its central location. Commuting and traveling is simple with access to several major highways and Nashville International Airport.

Property Ratings at Lenox Village
We have been living here for over a year, and I wish we had chosen to live somewhere else. The units are nice enough, but the constant fire alarms are the main issue. They go off at least once a month (usually more). We had one last week that went off at 10 PM, and it took an hour for them to turn it off. One went off again today. The property managers were notified by some of my neighbors a few times, but nothing has been done to resolve the issue. On top of the fire alarm problem, we had cars get broken into and you can hear ambulances and fire trucks drive down the road at every hour of the day. Also, if you don't live on the top floor, you'll definitely hear your neighbors stomping around above you.

We have been living here for over a year, and this place just keeps getting worse. The units are nice, but there are so many issues. The fire alarm goes off at least once a month if not more. The fire department can’t turn it off, so you have to wait up to a hour or more for staff to get on site to turn it off. Management has been contacted several times, and they have done nothing about it. Cars have been broken into several times and nothing has been done about that issue. Pretty sure the maintenance staff are the only ones that actually get anything done around here. Don't live here.

Not bad, but not great. Desk staff are excellent, but much improvement needed with management, maintenance process, resident portal, and more. Hallways are dim, smelly and creepy. Stairwells are dirty, parking garage disturbs residents consistently with exhaust-modified cars, and mailroom/lobby has alarm blaring for hours to days all the time. Elevator sounds dangerous, but property won’t communicate that it’s safe or explain shuddering. Maintenance request process and resident portal is poor, which creates problems. Fixtures/hardware in kitchen and bathrooms are half ok, and half replaced with mis-matched, chrome-colored plastic parts - cheap! Surely you get do better for your money.

Very convenient property and location, however property general manager is extremely unprofessional and rude.

Wesley was so helpful throughout the whole application process. Nothing but great things to say about the property besides wishing there was access to a pool and ceiling fans installed in the bedrooms. Very safe and safe XVIII ha environment.

Thank you for taking a moment to recognize Wesley for his helpful service! We have noted your comments for a pool and bedroom ceiling fans, and we invite you to call or visit the office if there is anything more we could do to add to your daily comfort.
This is an Ok place, overrated with variety of different comforts than a normal apartment but also priced as a luxurious town homes but not exactly. Cheaply made with very thin walls you are able to clearly hear the neighbors business. The hallways smelling like dogs all around it. Loud people around, they have families with kids running around the thin hallways and that does cause disturbances Dog barking aggravates the neighborhood due to the thin walls Lots of less clientele, it’s location is on Nolensville road next to Antioch the most dangerous area in Nashville. Staff is Ok the Manger can be understanding for the most part and that makes it much better.
Beautiful new apartment in a great little community on the wooded outskirts of the city. The only issue is the area you must drive through to get to Lenox Village -- some rough neighborhoods. LVIII is gated and seems to be safe despite its vicinity to some of the more crime-laden areas in Nashville.
Lenox Village an amazing place to live. It is right in the middle of the Cool Springs/Franklin area and Downtown Nashville. It is a charming little village with all the right conveniences. There are many great restaurants here and some great bars also. There are many great services that are in the village also. You can get a haircut, go to the chiropractor, get your teeth cleaned, shop for books, learn to cook, or drink and paint. This place has more than what your looking for, all within walking distance.
Lenox Village Town Center is a fantastic place to live! "Convenient" is the word that comes to mind. Everything you could possible want is located steps from your door. The apartment building is surrounded by numerous restaurants, bars, retail, and offices. The office staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The maintanence staff is prompt and efficient at handling any issue. I love apartment living!
