Not to par.
My girlfriend lives in the Levi Landing, and I say it needs work. They have individual drive ways, which towe truck companies pull from. Her unit does not meet with the foundation, meaning from the floor board and boarder, you can see from the inside out. Maintainance is not the best. I believe it's a great attempt, but lacks the relationship with it's tenants.
