We rented a townhome within Lewiston at Seneca on Route 5 for over 3 years. It was the nicest place we have ever lived. The quality and care that went into construction is unmatched. Noise from neighbors is not an issue. Every room has plenty of light, the kitchens are gorgeous and the back patio is really nice to relax on. It was really hard to leave. I would highly recommend renting from them. Thanks for everything.

My Wife and I lived in Lewiston on Seneca for about a year and a half. The unit itself was lovely. We had a nice backyard and it was impressively sound proof. I never heard a peep from any neighbors. With the windows closed I could barely hear the fairly busy road near the complex. All of the appliances were extremely new and the unit itself was beautiful. Honestly though the most impressive part was how kind the management was. We didn't have any particularly large problems but at one point the fridge shut off on us. I had expected this to be a week or more turn around but we had a similar but working fridge in the unit within 8 hours of our first calling management. Overall the unit massively exceeded my expectations.

I stayed in Lewiston Townhomes in New Hartford for 5 years. What truly sets this apartment apart is the exceptional hospitality of the owner. They were incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring that my stay was as pleasant as possible. Maintenance is super fast. I stayed in several properties in several states but Lewiston is certainly the best! During winter, snow cleaning is prompt and quick. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home away from home.

As I finish out 3 years at Pheasants Run, I have to say that the experience has been very positive. The staff is professional, prompt and helpful, the grounds are well-kept and maintained, the people who live here are friendly and it is very safe. It's been a great experience overall and I am glad I landed here.

Having lived at pheasants run for two years and I honestly say this is the best property we’ve rented so far. Mike and his team do an amazing job of maintaining the well- built property and I’ve had any maintenance requests were promptly addressed. The community is quiet and safe with respectful neighbors all around.

I have lived here on Pheasants Run for 8 years and have never had a negative thing to say. My experience has been great! This area has been very peaceful and the neighborhood is quiet. I’ve been very lucky with great neighbors. Clinton has a lot to offer. I’ve never had an issue with getting in touch with maintenance and I can’t say enough about the owners/management; very personable, genuinely friendly and caring. If I ever return, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this townhouse area.

Lewiston is the best landlord I’ve ever had. Their team works hard to make sure your living conditions are the best and you are taken care of if you’re going through difficult times. Great group of people and would highly recommend.

I’ve lived at Lewiston for three years and recently only moved because I purchased my first home. If I didn’t have a growing family with the need for more space I could have lived here for a lifetime. The management team is beyond accommodating and thoughtful. The maintenance staff always greets you with a smile and will help with whatever concern you have— big or small. The community is very well maintained and communication is always good when we have annual maintenance checks. I was so beyond pleased with my experience living here. I will truly miss it and would recommend it to anyone I loved. I’ve rented from many property managers throughout my lifetime and this team is absolutely unmatched. Well worth every penny you spend!!

I move around quite a bit for work, as a result I have had several landlords. The Lewiston's by far are the best. First, I love that they have an all inclusive Lease etc. Internet, Water, Cable, Lawn Maintenance, Trash... It makes it incredibly easy to manage your bills. Second, if you ever have an issue with the property they are easy to contact and will resolve the issue right away. Aside from that, we lived in one of the newer units for three years and we have been very satisfied. *Note - if you are worried about noise, don't be. They built these units with THICK walls. We never had a noise complaint, nor was there ever a complaint about us and our kids!

I have greatly enjoyed a quiet, peaceful, and friendly 4 years at Pheasants Run. You simply won't find this quality anywhere else in the Utica/Rome area. The location is convenient, the layout of the unit truly feels like a home, and the complex is extremely well maintained year round. While the cost is higher than local alternatives, it quickly evens out with all the premium features included with your lease. Just having a garage for the winter provides a great amount of value. Both property management and maintenance go above and beyond to be accommodating, especially Mike. Although I am moving on after closing on a house, I will forever recommend Lewiston Properties to anyone who is looking for first-rate renting in the area.

My son and I called Lewiston our home for the last year but had to move for medical reasons. Our hope is to move back in the next year or so and call it our home once again. Michael was so helpful and very patient with me as I planned out move. Everyone in the office to maintenance is awesome…very professional, very clean and everyone there is so friendly. We will be back!!!! ??

I currently live in the Lewiston Townhomes. I swear that I found the perfect living situation. It's less than 5 minutes away from all that New Hartford has to offer, two bedrooms, and close to Utica. The team including Mike have all been so helpful and courteous to me during my time in the area!

I have lived at Pheasant Run for 2 1/2 years, and really can’t say enough good things about Mike, the property manager, and Matt and the other maintenance staff. Every time I have reached out to them for any reason their responses have been quick, helpful, and friendly. For instance, my stove stopped working recently so I called and left a message for maintenance before I left for work and by the time I got home that same day, I had a brand new, beautiful, perfectly working stove perfectly installed! What’s more, even though it was a wet day out, the staff had left no dirt, dampness, damage, or any other evidence of them removing and replacing a stove on the floors, walls/door, or counter top! They also had documented and reported to Mike a couple of pre-existing scratches on the stove making sure myself and any future tenants won’t be charged for that damage unnecessarily! When I expressed an interest to Mike in moving to a unit without a garage, he went out of his way to find a unit at White Street that perfectly meets my needs and to give me a tour at a time that was convenient for me and accommodated my work schedule, and is going to allow me to transfer lease agreements from one complex to the other with no fees/added security deposit/additional rent! You just don’t see that kind of attitude from complexes in most cases, but you always will when working with Mike and Lewiston Properties. You will not find better management anywhere, I promise you that, or more genuinely friendly and respectful complex staff in this entire area. These complexes and apartments are beautiful, extremely well maintained, very reasonably priced all things considered, and filled with really nice tenants. I am a real tenant who has not been compensated in any way for this review, and I plan on living at a Lewiston Properties complex forever if I can ??.

Great neighbor tenants, the maintenance guys answer and get back to you, as do the management office. They always let you know ahead of time if they need to get into your place for routine maintenance. They take great care of the property as well!! Very happy thus far!

We enjoyed living in a well maintained townhome in a quiet setting by the wooded trail area. Convenient location. Neighbors are friendly and respect privacy. Water, wireless internet and cable with 1 premium channel included. Work from home with no issues. Management is very professional. Maintenance responds quickly and efficiently. Mike and his staff are wonderful!

I’ve been living since 2017. The apartment complex is very very quiet and very well maintained. Best management and very well maintained. I will live here for ever, but have to move out because of my job. I would highly recommend for any professionals looking for place to live.

When you look at the townhouses, you see a front walkway leading to a front door and a tall thin window. It would make sense if the door and window belonged to the same townhouse, but they don’t. Your living room window, the only window in your living room and the main source of light and air circulation, looks out onto your neighbors front entry way. This means that you have no say in how they utilize that space, even if it significantly lowers the quality of your life. We have seen people put large plants, shelving units, childrens pools and play centers, chairs and tables, and wind chimes directly in front of their neighbors windows , it’s extremely common here because the owners have nothing in the leases against doing it and they refuse to address the issue if you complain. If you are unlucky enough to have inconsiderate, rude neighbors then you will have no sunlight for an extremely dark to begin with living room, no privacy when on your first floor because you and no peace and quiet because they will hear everything you do and say while sitting in their chairs inches from your window and you will hear them, even in the front upstairs bedroom directly above. We’ve had 2 kids live next to us who would scream and yell and bang on a toy drum for hours every day, and rip our screen off and throw juice on it (creating a serious ant problem in our living room), not to mention force us to put up curtains to keep them from constantly looking in the window, and we couldn’t open that window for fresh air circulation and the much needed cross breeze for for over a year. The next tenant loved to have x-rated phone conversations with his girlfriend in front of our window for hours. Come drive around and look for yourself and you will see and hear what I am saying is true. It’s common place through the whole complex, and I know many people that live here have complained and still management does nothing. Ask the tenants what it’s really like to live here if you see us, we can give you a laundry list of things wrong with this complex and the management here unfortunately.

I've been living here since 2016. The apartment complex is quiet and well maintained. The few times I've had a maintenance issue, management has responded quickly and fixed the problem. They respond quickly to any questions that come up. It's been a great place to live!

I moved to Lewiston at WhiteStreet from down south almost 5 years ago. I rented from Lewiston Properties without seeing the place and it was an easy and well done process. Lewiston Properties is a great management company that is very responsive and works with you. I definitely recommend any of their properties, if I did not buy a home I would definitely still be living there.

I lucked out 3 years ago - I did lots of research and rented site unseen by the amenties and reviews. The place and people are fantastic. Smallest problem handled right away. Very spacious town homes, with a garage, eat-in kitchen, and patio area out back. I was amused by how many things seemed in just the right place when I moved in... (eg. wanted electric here .. it was there. Cable there - voila. Under cabinet lighting? Yup). The price is similar to those of the same range in area, but worth every penny. You can't go wrong.

My review is for the units on White Street. The management was, from day one, a pleasure to work with. I remember driving for 16 hours straight from another state when I first moved in, only to realize with exhausted dread that I forgot to call with an expected arrival time so I could get my keys. Wondering if I'd just have to sleep in my car, I called management and was taken care of, falling asleep on the carpet of my new home instead. All maintenance, both inside the unit and on the grounds, was prompt and professional. For example, when my washer machine broke down I was surprised to have it fixed an hour after making a phone call! The maintenance and management are so great you never think about them- they operate so seamlessly you never end up worrying, dreading, and never have your focus shifted away from being comfortable at home. The community, location, and nearness to major shopping centers are also great benefits, all while being just secluded enough that traffic and noise is a non-issue. It is easy to get jaded at landlords and companies these days, and to be treated so thoughtfully and well during my time at Lewiston at White Street leaves a deep-seated thankfulness for a business that really does do right by its customers. They really earned 5 stars.

I recently signed my third year living here, and could not feel more at home. All management and maintenance staff are quick to respond, polite and kind. They always remember who I am when I call and ask how I'm doing or how something I'm working on is going. As someone who moved here from out of state, they made me feel safe and cared for. The town home itself is spacious and clean. There are plenty of closets and the carpets are plush and pristine. The location is perfect: quiet and safe enough to go for a walk or run at night, but still only 8 minutes from Target, the Sangertown mall, grocery stores, and many restaurants. The kitchen and bathroom fixtures at their White St property are a little older than those in some of their newer properties, but they are still clean and work great. Everything on the property is well-maintained and in two years of living there, I think I have only had to call maintenance twice. They showed up within an hour each time. I could not be happier to call Lewiston Properties my home.

I've lived in my apartment for three years and there is nothing I can complain about. My apartment was in excellent condition when I moved in, and management has made every effort to keep the properties in that excellent condition ever since. Once, I contacted maintenance regarding my garage door opener, which needed to be replaced. And they had the entire unit replaced and working by the time I returned from work two days later. I noticed a crack in my toilet once, and they replaced the toilet the day after I emailed management. During winter snow removal is prompt and thorough, not just for parking and roads, but for the walkways too. I can't possibly list all the great things about this property in one review, I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to move to the area. You will not ever be disappointed in management or maintenance - they are amazing.

The apartments and buildings are well designed and obviously created with a degree of pride. Any maintenance requests are handled promptly and by professionals. I really can't say enough good things about the apartments and the owner/management team. If you are looking for high quality apartments I would highly recommend, and have recommended, these apartments to anyone.

You won't find nicer or better managed properties. I first lived, for two years, at the White Street complex. These townhouses are squeaky clean, nicely equipped and quiet. The grounds are meticulously maintained in winter and summer alike. I've spent the most recent two years in nearby Pheasant Run, which adds an attached garage, a nice patio and higher trim (granite, stainless, crowns, recessed lighting, hardwood) while earning the same accolades as White Street. The management is awesome and, while I've not needed to make a single maintenance call in four years, neighbors have told me that response is always urgent. The convenience of living in Clinton can't be beat. All services are within ten minutes - and are accessed in the absence of anything resembling heavy traffic, while nearby highway access offers a great head start to road tripping and easily justifies a daily commute to and from Syracuse (45 minutes). Lewiston offers the best of rental quality, options and value in The Mohawk Valley, by far.

My wife and I have lived at Pheasants Run for the last several years and have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The apartment is new, well appointed, and very comfortable - and the staff is great - always friendly and courteous and ready to help in any way they can. The complex is well maintained and cared for throughout the entire year.

I can’t possibly say enough great things about living in my Lewiston Properties town-house in Clinton, NY. The entire location is kept perfectly clean year-round, the lawns are always so green, the entire development looks like a perfectly manicured high-end golf course. When winter arrives, sidewalks and driveways are promptly cleared and cleaned, making trips and travels so easy. My 2-bedroom town house is so peaceful, comfortable and quiet. I really enjoy my time here, It is really easy to peacefully sit back relax and enjoy. I must also give the highest regards to all my pleasant, kind, respectful and courteous neighbors, who are always there with a warm welcoming smile and wave. All shopping needs are conveniently located within a short drive, just minutes away. I would also like to give great praise to Mike at the front desk, he is totally dedicated to making Lewiston Properties the absolute best place to live. With in every aspect, I give Lewiston Properties the Highest Possible “5-Star Rating”.

I spent three years in the Meadow Lane townhouses and had no issues at all. The minor repairs that happened were all completed with plenty of notice and updates throughout the process and the overall upkeep of the property was definitely a high priority of every staff member. For the job I had, the location was ideal: a half-hour drive puts you within reach of Rome, Morrisville, Hamilton (Colgate), Oneida, Utica, the Thruway, and more. The only reason I'm still not there is a job change and transfer further west!

We moved to Pheasant Run in the fall of 2017 and signed a lease renewal for another year without hesitation. We love our townhome, our community and our neighbors. There is a great sense of pride living here and everyone is warm and welcoming—a true neighborhood complete with sharing of baked goods, keeping an eye on one another (but always being respectful of privacy!) and signing for packages if a neighbor isn’t home. Friendly waves are exchanged as we come and go... it’s fantastic! The grounds are spotless and both lawn care and snow removal are exceptional. Trash and recycling areas are plentiful. Mike is always just an email or phone call away—he is beyond responsive and takes excellent care of all of us! The maintenance crew is professional and swift—all requests (very minor, only) have been responded to within no more than a day. The inclusion of cable (an awesome channel lineup!), super-fast WiFi, trash/recycling removal, sewer fee and a generous water usage allotment in the monthly rent cost is outstanding. Energy efficiency results in toasty winters and cool summers—and a very reasonable monthly National Grid bill all year. Our oversized attached garage offers ample storage for all of our “stuff,” as well as having plenty of room to park our SUV. The finishes in our home are beautiful and all rooms are spacious—all appliances are high-end. Plenty of natural light and a private patio out back round out the list of the reasons why we love Pheasant Run and plan to remain here for the foreseeable future. Kudos to Mike and the Lewiston Team for getting absolutely everything right!

My girlfriend and I lived in the Lewiston Townhomes in New Hartford, NY this past year and had an outstanding experience. I've lived in many apartments over the years and Lewiston Properties is by far the best landlord/property management I have ever dealt with. Mike and everyone at Lewiston were incredibly responsive to my questions, and on the rare occasion when a maintenance issue did come up they would send someone over to our apartment the very same day. We received quite a bit of snow this past year and snow removal at the Townhomes (which includes the parking lot and the sidewalks) far exceeded my expectations. Snow removal was prompt and I never had an issue getting out to get to work on time (I wish the Lewiston crew could plow the rest of the local roads in New Hartford and Clinton). Aside from the thought and care Lewiston puts into maintaining their properties and responding to residents' inquiries, the price is very affordable. Moreover, the internet/cable deal they've arranged though Spectrum (which runs about $65 a month) is cheaper than anything we've found since. From start to finish, everything about our experience at Lewiston Townhomes was first rate. We can't say enough good things about it to the people we know who are moving into the Clinton-New Hartford-Utica area.

I moved to Lewiston at Pheasant Run as a young, single woman looking for a safe place to live. I cannot say enough about how great my experience was. The complex is quiet and clean, the town homes are updated beautifully and very well maintained, the maintenance staff are very nice and quickly respond to any request. Everyone is very professional and there to help make you comfortable. I recently bought a home, and can honestly say I am sad to leave the town home!! I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable place to call home!

My wife, son, and I moved to Pheasants Run after our landlord decided to sell our Utica-based rental property on short notice. The proprietor, Mike, accommodated us and found a 2-BR/1.5-Bath unit almost immediately. The property was clean, up-to-date, and quiet. Maintenance and the front office were always responsive and friendly. While we only spent 11 months at Pheasant Run, we found it perfectly adequate for our little family. I would highly recommend to any family in a pinch or to anyone just looking for smaller arrangements in the quiet of the Clinton countryside.

I relocated to central NY for business and have lived at Pheasant Run more for than two years. Although apprehensive if I would find an apartment with the space, light, and quality construction/appliances, I have been thoroughly delighted with my two bedroom/two bath home. It is modern, bright, QUIET, with a very nice floor plan - with front walk and rear patio. The Lewiston management & team have been uniformly courteous, professional, and prompt with any request I've made. Lawns are mowed, snow is shoveled promptly from walkways and streets, and the maintenance team keeps up with routine work (filters changed) and personal requests in a very pleasant manner. (As a new resident, I once locked myself out of my apartment, and Tim drove over on a Sunday late afternoon to rescue me - thanks!) I am now relocating out-of-state for personal reasons, but otherwise would call Pheasant Run my home for years to come -- Thanks to you all at Lewiston Properties!

My husband and I resided at the Pheasant's Run community for two years, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The units are spacious, modern, and quiet--the only time I ever heard my neighbors was when they were moving in or out. The appliances are fairly new, and kept in good working order. The dishwashers and laundry machines in each unit are extremely convenient, and central air conditioning makes the humid NY summers comfortable. Our unit faced back onto a little pond, which was wonderful for watching waterfowl and fireflies in the summer, and there are a few walking paths through the woods as well. In the winter, snow is cleared promptly from all driveways and walks quite early in the morning, and salted if necessary. The few times I've needed to call for maintenance, the staff have been prompt, friendly and respectful, as have all other staff members I've interacted with at Lewiston. The location is excellent--it's only minutes to the shopping areas in New Hartford and Clinton, and only a few minutes more up to I-90, with a 24-hour gas station and convenience store only a few minutes' walk away. Rent is a bit high for the area, but it was worth every cent to live in a quality apartment in a well-maintained community. We had to leave NY for work reasons, but if we hadn't, we'd certainly still be living there!

My wife and I enjoyed 3 years in the Lewiston at White Street community. Our townhome (2A) was ideal for starting our life together. It's a huge stress relief when you don't have to worry about where you live. The apartment was very spacious and exceptionally energy efficient. The location is convenient for work and play anywhere in Central New York. The community is quiet and everyone was very friendly. The maintenance and response to any issue was fast and thorough. Believe all of the other positive reviews. Lewiston Properties are the best in the area for a reason and we can't recommend them highly enough.

I lived at the Clinton Rd location for 2 years. It was exceptionally clean and updated when I moved in, and the Lewis team does a great job of maintaining the property as well. From heating and air-conditioning checks, to safety items such as smoke alarms and snow removal, they're on top of it. It's also a safe, quiet location that makes for comfortable living. We are a military family and lived in the Pheasants Run complex for the past 2 years. It has been the best place we have ever lived! The apartments are beautiful and well maintained. They are also built very well (not drafty, like every one of our 5 previous apartments). Tim, the maintenance guy, is very quick to resolve any problem and he is a very nice person to work with. The complex is family owned, which is nice because the same people that work the office when you move in are the same people when you move out. Every question or issue I had was handled promptly. The location is great too! Only 5 minutes from downtown Clinton, which has cute shops, great restaurants, and a variety of activities on the green, including a weekly farmers market in the summer. We LOVED living at Pheasants Run! If we ever have an opportunity to come back to Upstate, we will work with the Lewis family again.

Loved living here, the apartment felt brand new and has all the little things like A/C, washer/dryer, garage, patio, that make a home so much more comfortable. Owners are great and friendly as well, so responsive to needs, though there rarely are any.

This is absolutely a great place to live! The staff is very helpful and friendly. The townhomes are beautifully maintained and are in great condition. It is definitely high end living! I had plenty of storage space, the backyard area adds an additional feature in during the nice weather. Having laundry on the actual second floor is so convenient and will be truly missed. I wish I could stay longer, but my husband is stationed in Texas. Please do not hesitate to give this business a call to schedule a tour, you will not be disappointed!

My girlfriend and I lived in the Lewiston Gardens apartments for the past four years (a 2A floorplan above). We thought Lewiston had the best apartments in the area when we first looked around, and we confirmed it after living there! The apartment was in great shape when we moved in, and what little wear-and-tear occurred in our tenure was promptly and professionally handled by the maintenance staff whenever we gave them a call. In addition to the apartment itself, which was conveniently laid out and had plenty of storage room, one of the best benefits for us was its location. While the complex itself is in a quiet area with little traffic, a gas station is right around the corner, a five minute ride North will get you to I90 (essential if you're commuting to Syracuse or want to explore NY), and a ten minute ride East will bring you to Commercial Drive (Route 5A) which is great for shopping of all kinds. There's just not much more you can ask for in an apartment, and if it wasn't for moving out of the area we'd still be there today!

As our first place together, my fiance and I could not have hoped for a better place. The condition of the apartment was immaculate, the maintenance team (including snow/lawn) was responsive and the property was managed extremely well. Very quiet, peaceful and a great choice for young professionals. If not for the purchase of a home, we'd certainly happily stay at Lewiston!

Being a twice wounded and a malaria survivor, I found my Piece of Heaven when I moved into Lewiston Properties 5 years ago. No longer did I have to cut grass, shovel snow or make home repairs. The management at Lewiston Properties make living here a true pleasure, even though I still suffer physically from the Vietnam Conflict 47 years ago. The management and maintenance staff at Lewiston Properties understand my limitations and are always at the ready to assist me with any issue that needs attention with minimal waiting for an appointment. I highly recommend Lewiston Properties for people with disabilities that have special needs or anyone looking for a Piece of Heaven!.

My stay at Pheasant Run was like having my own home, it brought me peace of mind and allowed me to continue a normal life. The environment here were as perfect as you can get, quiet, clean and neat. While this is probably the nicest apartment complex in the area (which isn't saying much since it is the only one in Oneida county built this century), the rates are outrageous and significantly more if you were to own a home. The designers or Lewis brothers must have never heard of closet space or don't have wives. I have never lived in an apartment with smaller closets. Also being the northeast and this property is considered a townhome, it doesn't have a fireplace or basement. Last point, for the last year, they have been expanding and now it feels like we live in a constant construction area. It is 5 pm on a Saturday and all I hear are bulldozers running. Capitalism at its finest. Also one of the owners hate dogs. Update: The noise continues with more construction. Not one notice has been sent to occupants about the on going noise or an apology. It would be nice on a day off during the week to enjoy the nice CNY weather with the windows open except all you can hear is construction. I must have thought I was living in the city.
