If you're looking for a nice units with newer appliances in a rough neighborhood with no security and you don't mind break-ins and waiting for years to get anything fixed in the complex (EV chargers, gates, etc) this is a gem!! Oh...and if you like the idea of security cameras being for looks only and no way to get footage if your car is broken into, you've found your spot!

Great unit, great workout room, nice pool and party room...but no security, constant break-ins, no electric vehicle chargers working for over 6 months, being told amenities like the EV chargers is "not in your lease" tells you all you need to know about the commitment to the community.

Great unit. Any issues in unit are fixed promptly and with care. But...ameneties?? Well those are "not included in the lease" so no responsibility to keep them operating regardless of how prevelant they are in the tour and brochure. Valet service is in the lease..but if they don't bother picking up your trash, you still have to pay and we have to contact them directly. So I guess, regardless of what's in the lease, it's not their responsibility.

This apartment used to be good in the beginning, now its is below average, the gate is always broken, and it is still broken for many weeks. People from outside can just go in and out and caused trouble inside the complex and management would not fix the gate.

My wife and I was looking to rent and was helped by Daniel. Daniel was very professional and gave us the initial tour and answered our questions we had. We needed to move in at a certain time frame and Daniel was able to keep up informed when a unit may be available. Daniel went above and beyond and kept us updated throughout the month as we waited for availability. Jonathan also showed us the unit and was professional and a pleasure to speak to. Once we received the good news that a unit had became available, Emely, helped us through the leasing process and paperwork. Emely is extremely professional and easy to talk to. Ive called and spoken to the staff several times and they were more than pleasant each. My wife and I are more than happy with our experience at Lex CTR City from start to finish! Modern style and nice amenities are what you find at CTR City. Its also located in a great location close to I5 interstate, library, shopping and Disneyland. Ill give it two thumbs up

The management is HORRIBLE!!! Especially the “manager” Daniel. He is RUDE and does not know how to talk to residents. I’ve been here since the beginning and it’s declined drastically!!! Save your money, definitely no longer a “luxury” apartment
This place is horrible. Don’t get me wrong, I used to love living here when there weren’t too many people here yet. This establishment is one of the newer ones. Once more people came, the shittier it became. Hallways smell like urine. There are stains on the carpet from god knows what. Trash is everywhere. They have this thing where you can leave your trash out your door for maintenance to pick up around 8-9pm. Before people were only allowed to leave their valet trash can outside but now people leave bundles of trash bags, chairs, boxes, etc. It’s as if you’re walking through a hallway of dumpsters and it SMELLS! Management and security are useless. Our key fobs and garage openers stopped working like four times since we’ve been here. Kinda annoying to not be able to get in after coming home from a long day of work. I had to stop getting my packages delivered here because they kept getting stolen. Bottom line, save your money and go elsewhere.

The quality of living here is not terrible but not great like it was during its first year. The 2019 building and staff with the exclusion of the maintenance crew ( they have always been great) made all the difference and really set this building apart from the rest. It has now become part of the sea of forgettable communities in the area.

I came to CTR City for a tour not expecting to move-in but decided to give the community a chance. I was given a self-guided tour within short notice and really liked the layout (Central parking structure, lots of guest parking, full size in-unit washer/dryer). What made me decide to sign was both the well-designed community and also how accommodating my leasing agent, Emely S. was. She didn't pressure me to sign and helped me find an apartment that satisfied my request for plenty of natural light and also was close proximity to the garage, trash chute, and elevators. I can't stress how great the on-site team is. This is especially important during the COVID pandemic where everyone is already stressed. It feels reassuring to know that if I ever have a question with the community or need help, that I would be welcomed by a professional team that really cares about doing a good job. If you ever come by for a visit, ask for Emely and let her know that Sam recommended you to check out CTR City!

I have been a resident here since it first opened. In the beginning I loved this place, it was amazing! The office staff were friendly and always remembered who I was and where I lived. They threw great events every month. The building was kept clean and nice. But unfortunately, now the community and building has been getting worse. I've never had an issue with mail or packages being delivered but now I constantly have issues with lost packages. Mail is left out in the open, in the mail room, for people to easily take. I work odd hours and it's hard to go to the office during their open hours. So, when I send messages and emails to office staff a response typically takes days or is sometimes never responded to. The office staff had changed months ago so now I'm just another resident and nobody knows if I even live there when I see them. Unfortunately the building isn't kept clean. I constantly smell strong odors of dog urine in the elevators or outside the building. The carpets in the hallways are stained. Residents don't pick up after their animals and unfortunately management doesn't enforce any cleanliness. Obviously, now because of COVID there aren't anymore parties or get togethers. I still pay full price even though the amenities, for months, were unusable. Now there are restrictions on the gym, pool, and other amenities. I used to really love living here, but I can't say that anymore. Unless things change I don't see myself renewing my lease again.

As you know, all indoor amenity spaces are temporarily restricted for use due to the government-mandated restrictions/closures we've been challenged with for the bulk of the last calendar year. With regard to the hallway carpets and/or odors - the care for these areas is ongoing. Noise level in this community is always moderate to high, depending on the time of day. Unfortunately, it feels as if it gets noisier from afternoon all the way till past quiet hours, especially on the weekends (even Sundays). There are always late night gatherings by the pool/fire pit area, and I'm sure half the time these are visitors rather than residents despite this being a gated community. I've heard on numerous occasions people heavily drinking, children screaming and playing with the fire unsupervised, and dogs running around without a leash. The so called "24/7" off-site security is completely useless because they take over an hour to arrive, and management has not responded to residents' concerns about the noise levels past quiet hours as well as the the threat these gatherings pose on community safety during this pandemic.
Toxic environment. People are taking drugs day and night. After continuous complaints no action was taken to resolve the issue. Amenities are good. Maintenance is good. But living in home is injurious to health. Not recommended to live on health grounds and especially families with kids.
