Property Ratings at Lexington Apartments
I have been living in the Lexington Apartments for more than five years. I love and enjoy living in this community. Location is perfect and very convenient. The entire Staff in the Lexington apartments is incredibly friendly, they are dedicated to providing excellent customer service, always addresses maintenance issues promptly. Miriam (Property Manager) and Tyler (Assistant Manager) are absolutely caring, helpful and knowledgeable. The Gym and the Pool are well maintained. The Grounds are impeccably maintained. The community feels very quite and safe. After hours they have a courtesy officer for immediate assistance. The surrounding neighborhood are very quite and safe. It’s a controlled access gated community and 24 Hour on call emergency maintenance.
Property Manager at Lexington Apartments, Responded To This Review
We appreciate your positive review and are happy to hear that you're enjoying your experience with us. It's wonderful to know that our team's dedication to service and the community's amenities have met your expectations. We're here to continue providing a comfortable and convenient living environment. Thank you for choosing to make our community your home.
Don’t walk, run. The staff at the office does not know how to give any other answer to residents other than NO. They may fix your AC if it’s broken but that’s about it. They won’t pick up around the property and let the garbage cans overflow all time. Any good reviews you are seeing are probably their own people. Run as fast as you can

I Just moved in a few weeks ago and so far I’m loving my decision. Property is well kept and just over all beautiful. Tyler was a great help during the whole process, I’d definitely recommend especially if you’re looking for some where quite and safe.
the property is not well maintained (dog poop everywhere, dirty pool, I'm sure the gym hasn't been cleaned for years...). People living there are messy and you can't rely on the leasing office in anything (but they take your money when you move out for carpet cleaning and repairs - repairs you've sent a request for but they have been denied due to Covid since not urgent). Leasing office people are dishonest and disrespectful. Buildings are old with pest issues and extremely thin walls - you will hear everything
Very unprofessional crew. The place is going downhill in the last few years. The winter storm damaged some pipes causing leaks around the complex and the office couldn't contract repair for 5 weeks, making a small pond in the middle of the complex. It killed all the grass and literally all ducks from the neighborhood moved there. Gates doesn't work almost half the time and they don't bother repairing those either. The leasing office constantly bugs people about what can they store on the patio and that they can't grill outside - while their own employees living there can do whatever they want, rules doesn't apply. Such hypocrites. Avoid this place.
Dishonest and unprofessional staff. They will try to charge for anything they can think of and then charge for more. Wave good by for your deposit from the get go. We left the apartment clean and in good order and they charged for a full cleaning, right after they painted the apartment. What's more we haven't got any carpet cleaning due to COVID (while the managemment members had theirs cleaned) and then charged us for cleaning when moved out. Outragous managment, stay clear. In addition you can't win your battle against cockroaches, there are so many around.
I’ve lived in the Lexington Apts for 4 years and I love it!! Fabulous management staff, super efficient maintenance crew, wonderful neighbors! The property is beautiful! It looks like a lovely village. It is very quiet, even though there are plenty of children and pets living here! I’m a senior citizen and I always feel very safe here! Rent is very reasonable for this area!!!
I have been staying at this property for last 3 years. It was all great when I moved here. Management was great, property was well kept, I would even get a note in my mailbox if I had a package delivered. And then, management changed! Now, it's a different picture. The main gate is always broken, only first floor corridors are cleaned (Go to 2nd or 3rd floor and see it for yourself). I live on 3rd floor and I think I still have some leaves and tree droppings from last fall season in my corridor, management is slow to respond, property lacks amenities, and if you stay by the pool side, you may hear people swimming at 4 in the morning on the weekends etc etc. This used to be a great location and I even remember property manager telling me that I will have to wait 6 months to get an apartment because they are full when I first moved here. But due to new management and new apartments in energy corridor with better amenities, I don't think I can recommend this property anymore.
Front desk people are just rude and loud. Apartments are nice, but the service is very poor.
I have been living in Lexington Apts for 3 years now. It is nice community with nice crowd. I have felt safe. Area is also very nice. Bathrooms are nice with mirrors. Rent was low before, now its market rate. Maintenance is good. Office staff is average. Not great, not that bad either. Management has changed few times in past 3 years. I will recommend you this apartment if you looking for something which is good, but not necessarily luxury apartments.
I've been a resident at the Lexington apt for 6 years. The grounds are well kept and the scenery is absolutely beautiful. Maintenance staff is so fast and they get the job done in a timely manner. Office staff is professional and friendly. I love living here and have no intention on moving until I purchase a home. I would recommend The Lexington to all my family and friends. Keep up the good work guys!!!
These are a great set of apartments if you love living in the west area of Houston. Conveniently located to Beltway and I-10. I've never had a problem. I have lived on the property of 8 years.
