Property Ratings at Lexington Commons
When I moved in, there was a big leak spot on the ceiling that had been painted over. After a while, it broke through the paint and started leaking in my living room every time it rained. They didn’t do anything about it for months, even though I brought it to their attention on multiple occasions, and the leak got bigger and bigger and eventually rained on my TV and ruined it, as well as my furniture and irreplaceable vintage item. I asked for them to pay for the TV since it was ruined due to their negligence to fix the roof and they refused, claiming that the leaks were nature’s fault and not theirs. However they didn’t even put a tarp over the roof until I started posting reviews about them! Now there is a tarp to keep the rain out but they have not fixed the roof or ceiling. On top of this they were rude and condescending and messed with my TV without permission to try to prove it worked.

Both Bella & Dafne do a excellent job up front in management, they’re always willing to answer my questions and help me navigate the Portal if I need there assistance :) They both always make themselves available, I’m a little bit older and I’m not the most Tech savvy person!! Yet They both are always patient and extremely helpful!! With that said, No worries both the ladies up front have been very helpful/kind and no matter my questions they are always gracious and more than willing to help me, in anyway they can:) Jackson in the Maintenance department, I’s extremely talented/knowledgeable, I’m a retired builder so I’m definitely a perfectionist and Jackson takes great pride in his work/craftsmanship!! The few times I’ve submitted a work order, no matter how big or small the problem is?? Jackson is extremely efficient, it’s not to long and he’s at my townhouse, fixing/rectifying my problem/work order I’ve submitted!! If your looking for a apartment/townhouse and you want both excellent management and Maintenance :) I would highly recommend The Lexington Commons, The ladies up front in management, definitely make it a priority to take care of there clients staying at The Lexington Commons!! Jackson with the Maintenance department, definitely takes pride in his work/craftsmanship as well!! From my perspective as a customer/leasing a townhouse, at The Lexington Commons, The Management and Maintenance department is what makes living at The Lexington Commons, soupier to other apartments/townhouses for Lease! Falon, Bella, and Cody are amazing! They always make sure that my maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely fashion and assist me with modifications I need with my apartment.
This is a very clean, safe and well maintained apartment complex. Ample parking and very friendly staff. Would highly recommend.
I lived here for the summer for an internship. The price was decent considering they do allow pets. The service requests were always very timely. As with all apartments, you might be able to hear upstairs neighbors. I enjoyed living here for a summer.
I lived here for 15 months and loved it; I would have gladly stayed if not for a job change. The staff was very responsive on all maintenance issues, which I have not found to be the case at many properties where I have previously rented. I loved that each unit had an actual street address instead of unit numbers for the mailing addresses. This was a wonderful place to live in a great neighborhood and offered ample square footage at a competitive price. My only criticism would be that it was sometimes difficult to heat or cool our unit evenly. Pests are going to be present in any living situation, and we had relatively few. Mostly camel crickets and the occasional spider, but the units are sprayed regularly and additional servicing can be requested as needed, so that was a plus. The units are also beginning to show their age, and our unit came with some older appliances which all eventually needed to be replaced, which management took care of when they started breaking down through no fault of our own. I also appreciated the option to rent a washer and dryer through the leasing office (which contracted through a third party) which gave me some time to shop for my own. Overall, I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Lexington Commons to anyone looking for housing in Bartlesville!
