Property Ratings at Lexington Court
So, I was just looking for a new home post grad school, and I thought I would leave a review. Moving out of state, but had a great stay. The office girl is awesome and the caretaker was always willing to help. Buildings were quiet-which was huge for me! Neighbors were friendly, and I didn’t have any issues. It was in between Minneapolis and St. Paul which was also key for me since I was new to area. Off to Ohio, but will miss my home in Roseville:)
Keep scrolling you DO NOT want to live here. The 2192 building floods 2-3 times a year and the management just ignores it. The last time it happened it took them 14 hours to fix it. The management is absent in most regards and then they'll come after your deposit in any way they can. The building is horrible condition and should probably be condemned. Beware this crap hole, it's cheap for a reason!
The apartments a old the appliances are out of date, the floors are viynal not hard wood that's just the pattern. The windows don't open correctly and the 2 of the stove burners won't work and they haven't come to fix it within 2 months. 2 of my doors had visable damage from pass resident that were never fixed.
