not happy
Unprofessional staff starting with the manager. Would not recommend this property to no one. The manager is so rude and brushes you off, like no business. Looks down at everyone. She needs serious training. Simply rude, how did she get a job dealing with people if she is not a people person. "Ugly and bad mannered. Have called San Antonio to make complaints, apparently nothing is done to correct the problem.

Office staff needs training on how to greet and treat customers and people in general. Don't even let you finish a sentence. Just quickly tell you whatever and like get going, I'm busy!!! Very Rude!!!
