Property Manager at Lexington on the Green, Responded To This Review
Hi, our staff always enjoys reading reviews such as the one you left us! It lets us know we are making residents happy and doing something right! We appreciate your feedback!
If you’re truly desperate for a place that has a reasonable price within this area of Raleigh try your hardest not to move here. The reviews on this place are outdated. If you check Google almost everyone gives it a 1 star wishing they could give less. The community only cares about your money. If you call almost never answer. The are tons and tons of roaches. I have to get the pest control twice a month and buy bills of my own pest control traps and the fill up like crazy! Maintenance here is a joke! A literal joke. I have to have my AC fixed on almost all warm months. It took them two months after what should have been my 60 day notice to get all my paperwork set. I’ve been lied to about community policies and no one seems to know exactly what the policy is for anything from noise, to parking to repairs or anything in the office. The community is not peaceful or quiet. People are loud, robberies happen often. And my mother and I were basically robbed at gun point by a man who would not move his vehicle from in front of ours and had a gun on his waist until we gave him some change and acted like we didn’t speak English. And even with all that the maintenance team has ignored request to fix all of the lights onto the front entrance of the apartment after two request have been submitted. Don’t waste your time or money move somewhere else!!

I was pleasantly surprised with how nice my apartment was. I like all of the grassy walking area and the pretty pool. The ladies in the office are nice and helpful. Just not enough open parking spaces and would have liked a digital thermostat not the old kind. Overall good place to live.
Love the changes happening, new look love the color change, pool furniture, maintenance of the gym and laundry room and the breezeways being pressure washed. A good start to Improvement!

I am so happy to see this awesome review. Thank you for the kind words....high 5's all around to my team. Thank you, Candice Customer Care
The past year has been a wonderful experience! This is my first apartment and the staff helped make it an easy transiton for me. They actually listen to you and assist you to the best of their ability. If i had any problem with my apartment the responce was pretty fast. I had the same maintenance man(James) work on my apartment since day one; he always went above and beyond the call of duty! All the amenities listed an the website was available at all times and when broken was fixed within a reasonable amount of time. Parking wasnt too bad and it was pretty quite. I never had any issues with neighbors. The rent was extemely reasonable for the location and for what was offered. You were literally minutes away from everything walking or driving. I will definately consider renewing my lease!!! :)
I've lived in my apartment for over 10 years and I love it!! It is so convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and the mall! You name it, it's nearby; my teenage daughter found a job that she could walk to!! We have a pool, tennis court, sand volleyball court, and a 1/3 mile walking trail. The grounds are well maintained and the maintenance staff fixes repairs within two days of my request. We've even got security patrolling the parking lots at night. I've got everything I need right here. You'd love it too!!
great staff and a beautiful place.the pool is clean and the gym is complete.
