Property Ratings at The Lex Apts-1146
This property is a piece of work. I will say the location is great you're close to Grand Ave, Trader Joe's, & local Saint Paul stores. But the apartment complex itself is falling apart. There is a huge bug infestation, all of the walls have cracks on them and are falling apart, and management is not good at communicating. It takes weeks for management to respond to emails and if they do respond it's vague and doesn't answer any questions. It practically takes three emails and two phone calls to get ahold of someone. The heat in the winter is not stable and some days it feels as if there is no heat in the apartment. Also, the apartment wood floors are splitting and there are exposed patches beware you might even get a couple of splinters from them. All to say beware when touring this property because it may look remodeled or clean but in reality, it's not once you notice one problem 10 more pop up.
