*DO NOT MOVE HERE* We have had nothing but struggles with the front office. The office staff had/has such a high turnover rate they do not keep track of anything. We had to provide and prove we had renters insurance at least 6 times. I (resident) was asked by a staff member where an apartment was located. They put money towards unnecessary things instead of providing better help and service to the residents, such as us having to wait 5 days in 100+ degree weather for maintenance to fix our ac. Maintenance is a joke, April of 2023 maintenance (middle aged man) had walked into the bathroom while I 23(f) was taking a shower to tell me he was servicing the apartment. I’ve had to call multiple times to get one issue resolved. The key to my mailbox was not working, it took 5 weeks and multiple phone calls to get it fixed. I have only horror stories from living at this place and I am so thankful I was finally able to get out. I do have screenshots and receipts to back up everything as we have been screwed over too many times by Lexington in the last 5 years. Please find a better place to call home.

We attempted to resolve this by following up and adjusting our records as soon as we received the necessary information. We have loved living here for the past year! We have 2 sons, and enjoy the amenities it has to offer! Because of being an air force family PCSing here they provided pictures, a video of the property and unit, as well as our lease all online! The staff has always been accommodating and polite, especially our new management team! Any work order put in was taken care of in a timely manner and no reoccurring problems! Yes, the gates are open during the day, but I was advised that's to allow potential residents to tour the community, and current residents to enter the property easily during business hours. They do close the gates at the end of the day, so they are closed all night!
**ATTN AMN** These apartments have been flagged as DO NOT RENT when you move off base(by the base). Very unprofessional staff. When you put in a work order, they won’t come until you call 5 times and when maintenance does come, they don’t knock. They just come in. Recently moved out thankfully, and was billed a ridiculous amount for stuff such as all carpet replacement even though they do that anyways after someone moves out. We cleaned the entire place and we’re still charged for “trash” “dirty dishwasher” (how does a dishwasher get dirty? It literally cleans itself. If you have so much as a fingerprint left on the appliance they will bill you. They also will bill you if someone else doesn’t move in right away. They advertise that they have a gated community when 90% of the time, the gates are broken. Terrible environment. Terrible management. *DO NOT RECOMMEND*
Safe secure gated community with friendly, helpful staff. Maintenance crew is professional and timely. Neighbors seem friendly and look out for each other without being intrusive. Great location in Bossier with gym, 2 pools, a dog park, and washer dryer inside the unit. Apts are spacious and everything works like it should. Online payment makes life easy.
Office management has always been great to us! Never had an issue! Maintenance were great! We would call whenever there was an issue and they would fix it right away! Nice and quiet apartment complex.
Let me preface my review by saying I've only been here a week. But you don't know bad apartments or poor management until you've lived at St Charles Place for a year. So far, my air is beyond cool, and yes the gates are faulty at times but I believe it falls more on the gate company rather than the complex. I'm only paying about $200 more than I was at St Charles place and it's been well worth it. Everyone in the office has treated me with kindness.
I completely hate this place I can't wait to head back home to New York. They are extremely lazy, poor costumer service. The gym machine NEVER WORKS, I have complain to the manager maybe a total of four to five time and they haven't fixed it. The gates are always broken, the pool are dirty sometimes. They don't respect privacy; I just had an inspection and the guy walked it into my apartment with out knocking. JUST DONT MOVE HERE!!
We moved out of Lexington Place last month. It used to be a decent place to live, but we definitely noticed a substantial decline in the quality of tenant they were signing over the past few months. Inattentive new management, lazy maintenance, booming bass music pounding through the thin walls, pets not cleaned up after on the lawn, and a car break-in all experienced in the last few months we were there. Definitely not worth the money or the nuisance. Look elsewhere.
Terrible!! Absolutely terrible. My 3rd story apartment is 80* at 9:00 at night and they think that's normal. $210 power bill last month for a 2 bedroom.....The AC units are undersized and won't cool off the apartment. I've never lived somewhere where 80* air is considered livable. Front gates do not work either, which also lets the riff raff in from nearby neighborhoods. My lease can't end soon enough.
I signed a six-month lease during which I was never late on rent, always paid via certified funds, and never caused problems or had any complaints issued against me. I mentioned to office personnel that I would be leaving due to both a new job and cheaper rent. At the time I did not have an exact date to offer, and agreed to keep them updated as to my situation. Because I did not sign a "written" notice to vacate, I'm still having to give a "written" notice which will mean I'll have to pay roughly half a month of rent - during which I won't even be living in the apartment. I had hoped that they would offer some consideration to a model resident but it appears I was mistaken. They appear to be lost on the fact that I cannot secure new housing without my rental history. They took their time supplying this to my new landlord. And given that I did not have the logistics configured for a move, I could not offer them an exact date. They're nice and inviting when you move in, however that appears to be the end of their "consideration". And finally, do your research. A previous manager was fatally wounded. Had I known this before considering Lexington Place I would not have given it a second look.
