My apartment looks like it’s from the 70s. Old plumbing, old styling, nada carpet with speckled colors, on the second floor and the floor creaks every time I walk. There is a literal motor in my toilet. The shower head is fixed with plumbers tape in a ghetto way that makes me nervous to ever touch it - shower head is also so short I have to bend down to shower. Nails are sticking out of shelving units in the closet and was simply painted over to try to make it look like it was fixed. Absolutely disappointed.
?????????? Lexington has a “home nestled in the woods” cozy charm about it with beautiful, tall trees surrounding the buildings. The property is very quaint and cute while still being close to all conveniences. It features a dog park with benches and an obstacle course for your 4 legged friends to enjoy, a gym and 2 separate pools. A new management company bought the property just under a year ago and are constantly making upgrades to the property. Some of the most recent are a newly upgraded gym and a soon to come package receiving locker system. I had a similar locker system at my last complex and am so excited to have this luxury at Lexington! The assistant manager Marie is phenomenal. She goes above and beyond. I’m wheelchair bound and always go into properties built before the FHA with low expectations for accessibility, but Marie made sure my new apartment would be handicap accessible for me. The maintenance staff has been very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. For those with kids, there is a junior high directly behind the property and an elementary right across the street. This puts both schools within easy walking distance. I-45 is a quick drive away, but far enough to avoid any traffic and sounds from the highway. There are several restaurants and stores for shopping all within a 10-15 minute drive away. Lexington is at very convenient location that allows quick and easy access to entertainment venues such as The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. It is the most I’ve felt at home in an apartment complex before. I would absolutely recommend Lexington to be your next home!
Inflates water and utility bill and does not provide gallons of water used. I requested to look into this issue for over 3 months now and still not resolved satisfactorily.

Good residential complex the treatment of the staff is good they give you immediate answer Elena the maneger congratulations for your work you are doing a good job in improving the residence I recommend it to live.
I currently live here now! Over the last three months, we have insisted to all of them that they need to resolve the problems we are facing in regards to the cockroaches. The staff definitely not qualified to keep tenants satisfied nor qualified to solve anything at all. I am sorry and regretful because we signed a contract with some people who do not respect our health. Please find attach -just a few- of the photographs that will serve as evidence of the serious infestation that we live -and have lived for the last three months. We make this public complaint in order to stop them from lying and deceiving more people like them have done to us, because that is truly how we feel, betrayed and disappointed of them.

I have been visiting my friend’s apartment with so much frecuency. I always see roaches on the apartment’s walls which is so disgusting and also u can see the outsides areas pretty dirty. It’s looks like a real inappropriate environment to bring your family to live there. My friend Gaby is another friend who also lives there too. She has a child and he always find roaches on his bed. She is really scare about her child health because they need to close all the recipients very well to try don’t get in the Roaches inside of the fridge. So I think these two families they have been requesting help to the lease office and the answer is We can’t do anything! Which is so baffling. Please I would love to let you know. This is not a great place to pick as your new place to live!

No person in the world deserves to live in this place, unfortunately we still have a few months living in this disgusting place where cockroaches are our guests day and night, in our room, kitchen, bathroom, room, they are more numerous than us. The worst thing that I can take away is the indolence of the team at the leasing office, we have not even received a call from the manager.

Mirian, Tana, Kaitlyn and Kylie..everyone in the office are so very helpful. They make sure your needs are attended too! Kaitlyn and Kylie made my move so easy and stress free! This apartment complex gets a five star review because of the apartment itself, the grounds, one of the leasing managers, and the maintenance team. I cannot judge the rest of the staff, as I have not had the chance to converse with them. The leasing manager, Charlotte, gave us an amazing deal on a two bed one bath apartment with a poolside view and a washer and dryer. Bear in mind, some of the units have washer/dryers, some do not, so be sure to ask which ones are which when you are getting your quotes. Also bear in mind, the washers and dryers are on the porch in the units that do have them. My husband and I just moved in a few weeks ago, and when we moved in, there were a few issues; the dishwasher was not connected to the water, and there was an outlet that was not working. The maintenance team was very competent and friendly, and had our dishwasher working for us by Tuesday. (We had submitted our request online on Labor Day weekend: I would suggest going into the leasing office and talking to the staff personally for quicker service.) The pool is clean and we'll kept, and has a kiddy pool nearby, along with two gas grills and plenty of patio furniture for family get togethers. There is also a playground with a bench swing, perfect for your inner kidult. They have a dog park with an obsacle course. It is small, but well maintained, and the complex itself is pet friendly. Like most complexes, they do not allow aggressive breeds such as pit bull or dobermans. The apartment complex is within a few miles of a VERY nice Walmart (which is unheard of) several restaurants, the Woodlands Mall, Market Street and the Pavilion. It is within walking distance of several schools, and is situated on several miles of biking/jogging trails. There are lots of hidden parks nearby, which makes exploring the area that much more fun! As close as this apartment is to a lot of desireable locations, and as many amenities as it offers, it is also surprisingly quiet. I would recommend this complex to small families, couples just starting out, and college students who want a quiet place to study. All in all, I love this apartment, and I'm sure you will too!
These apartments are conveniently located near so many things in the woodlands! Very close to I45 and different stores! Maintenance is pretty good when it comes to service orders although they do not let you know ahead of time when they will be arriving. The floor plans are very spacious and again the prices are very reasonable and a plus is that their prices change every 48hrs sometimes sooner! So as soon as you see the price you like you can go ahead and save that apartment online if it's after business hours to make sure you lock in that price! Front office is friendly and always help you with anything min a timely manne. I have nothing terrible to say about this complex.
Great location near town center and bike trails! Every year rent goes up, but no extra amenities. Upkeep outside is great, but apartments are a little outdated with poor lighting. Walls a re a little thin and you can hear your neighbors sometimes. There are two pools that are nice and parking is never an issue. The apartment complex always makes an effort to keep tenants up to date on weather warnings and apartment gatherings for events.
