I've been living at Lexington for almost a year now and have enjoyed living here. Management is communicative and maintenance responds in a timely manner to get my work orders completed. I haven't had a chance to use the gym or pool but it looks clean and maintained. No major complaints here!

Overall my experience living in the Lexington have been good. I am coming up on a year, my lease is 15 months. If I find something a little cheaper I might consider moving.

Living here has been a terrible experience; we are paying for a 2 bedroom apartment while only having access to 1 bedroom as the other has been inhabitable since December. When there are maintenance issues, the staff doesn't seem to care and the issues are not resolved in a timely matter.
Apartment manager is not friendly at all. And staff likes to point fingers at each other never owning up to their faults. I’ve spoken to several neighbors that share the same feeling about these overpriced, trashed condo complex.
Too expensive. Apartments are old and not up to date. No parking. Cheap fixes and appliances. Not worth living here.
We have a beautiful outdoor environment. I enjoy the year round green trees, shrubs and grass areas. It has great walkways for my dog and me. I also enjoy our large patios. It is my favorite living space. A place to relax after a hard night at work. It is very quiet after 9pm. Lights are out and everyone is inside.
Lexington Townhomes is a wonderful community to live in. The residents are kind and helpful and the staff are very welcoming. This quiet hidden treasure is a great safe place for children to enjoy and thrive with schools nearby. The amenities are the best any complex can offer!
I have regrettably lived here for about 2 years and have regretted every moment of it. When we moved in they did not tell us the roof leaks. My stuff was destroyed and when we called to demand a discount they told us no because then they would need to to it for everyone else with this problem. Which they absolutely should but whatever, they claimed to have “fixed it” and then a month later two of our other rooms were leaking so yeah thanks for nothing. No one ever answers the phone. Good luck having guests over if they park on the street they get a ticket or towed. Worst place ever.
This is the place to live because they care about their residents.
I am extremely comfortable here, it is very peaceful here. Management is great they are very helpful and polite.
The total environment is quiet. Families are very respectful of others. The outdoors is green and clean. My patio is my retreat.
Overall the the place is ok, considering the rent its kind of pricey. Maintenance requests take along time to get resolved. They dont really want to spend money in proper repairs/replacements.
We live very peacefully without any issues, everything is very well maintained.
Been here less than a month. Shower dials just fell off. We have like 5 maintenance requests in. The guy showed up once, said he did not have the right tools and that he would be back same day, never showed up since. The townhouse was constructed cutting every corner possible in terms of quality of materials, resulting in a place that falls apart from even the most everyday mundane use.
Theyll charge you to replace carpet when you move out, so say goodbye to your deposit and say hello to debt. If you park on the street youre likely to get broken into. Their gym and pool are small compared to most places.
I called 4x, emailed 2x in 3 days. no reply or answer. I finally get someone on the phone. And now want more money than what's posted on there website. And was rude.
We are fairly new tenants to these towne homes and before even moving in the management staff has been amazing. We had to change our move in date numerous times and management sent us new paperwork within 15-30mins each time, they have provided amazing and quick service. We are also minutes from the freeway and large shopping centers. Overall we have had a very pleasant experience in every aspect of these towne homes.
We moved in about a month ago and it's a cute, quiet little community right across the street from the mall. The rent is not too high and the staff is friendly. The only draw back is the units are not well insulated so they get a little warm during the summer. So far I like it.
Cozy, townhouse feeling. Great diversity in community. User friendly paperless system. Parking could be better.
