Cleveland is a city where spirit meets sophistication, and nowhere is this dichotomy more on display than Downtown. This lakefront district packs a whole city’s worth of attractions and amenities into a fairly compact area, making it easy for folks to walk or bike anywhere quickly: to work, to get a bite to eat, to a ball game, even to catch a flight (Burke Lakefront Airport sits right on the shore of Lake Erie). Like many Midwestern cities, Downtown Cleveland features a skyline filled with grand architecture, from the historic public buildings to the vintage skyscrapers to the magnificent monuments dotting the landscape.
Quicken Loans Arena, FirstEnergy Stadium, and Progressive Field are all only a few blocks away from anywhere in Downtown, giving residents direct access to professional sporting events and major concerts year-round.

Property Ratings at Lexington Village Apartments
I've been staying in this community for quite some time and i can honestly say that since the new Management and office staff things are improving. Progression take time but within the little time the staff took over i can see the changes. The office answers the phone every time i reach out in regards to concerns. Maintenance responses are quicker. They have updated lighting in parking lots and even got security.
Stay away from this place! The contract you sign with them might as well be a piece of trash. Their management is unprofessional and irresponsible. Throughout the lease, there were no prior notifications, and they arbitrarily raised the rent without adhering to the contractually agreed prices. Whenever you question this, their only response is impatiently telling you to either move out or accept the exorbitant rate.
We asked for a virtual tour and the new manger-Madeline- offered the best experience we could ever have. She showed us all the spots while driving her car, and made sure we could get a gist of the neighborhood. She was very kind, helpful, and considerate. She answered all our questions, showed us the apartment from different angels so that we knew where we are going to reside. She also showed the office, the pool, the gym and other surroundings. It was an impeccable tour we had with Madeline.

We are glad that you had such an awesome experience with Madeline! Thank you for leaving this review. We hope you will continue to enjoy Lexington Village.
The property manager that we toured with was very friendly. She gave and kept offering us hot chocolate and water. She gave us any information we asked for and more. I really hope we get a unit there. We filled out the application information and hope to turn it in this weekend when we pass through or on Monday sometime when they're open. Great people and the apartments and townhomes looked great.
Miss. Madeline was wonderful and gave an honest/cheerful/lovely tour. She was so accommodating and flexible. It’s worth coming just to take a tour and meet Miss. Madeline! :) It was truly a pleasure to come to the Lexington Village Apartments.
The Lexington Village property manager(Madeline)and her team worked in a quick and efficient way to resolve the problem in my unit, and she called me on Saturday to make sure I was satisfied. Best customer satisfaction ever!

Under new management. I've been here for a few years. I don't care for the new management. Soon as that took over everyone started moving out. The updates to the EMPTY units are nice. Sucks for us tenants who've been here already. We dont get an updated unit can barely get maintenance to fix anything. our rent goes up tho??????????????
My apartment is nice. The neighbors are mostly friendly. I feel kind of safe living here.
