The laundry is expensive and people slam the door a lot but the staff has been great, the apartment and neighborhood are nice, and I ant wait to check out the pool!

Nice place, I like it. Laundry system works well. They take care of the property in many ways, smoke detectors were checked, fire extinguisher were tested, they are quick to fix issues that come up.

A Pretty nice place; has some flaws that are pretty livable with for how much rent is. I do feel that key pick up time should be moved up from 4p because it just seems so late for picking up keys to move in

I just moved in and so far everything has been great , the move in process was cool . The neighbors are quiet, it’s clean. The shower drain has been backed up terribly since I’ve moved in as well as a closet door being broken so that’s why it’s minus 1 star but hopefully maintenance can get out to my unit soon

Best place to stay because of proximity to most of the convenient stores and shopping malls. 5 year and mostly renewing it again. Really worth the money place

I used to manage a 37-unit apartment complex in Ferndale, for 8 years,until it was sold. SO - I have experience as a manager and as a tenant. My wife and I have been here for 8 years. Overall, I'd say Lex Village does about as good a job as anyone -they take care of appliance problems, electrical issues, plumbing issues all in very prompt time. I do recommend this place if you want a safe complex that takes care of things! David

It was a decent experience. There could be better amenities and if the air and heat was controlled per unit it would be great( such as central air).

One of the best community to stay and it's a smoke free apartments with a good school district. Near to civic center, Oakland mall. Nice and friendly staff.

Nice community with friendly staff and this community is a smoke free! Maintaince staff works really great. Has good school community, pool, civic parks, near to Oakland mall, Costco and hardware shops.

I love seeing so many other dogs here. It’s super pet friendly and everyone is respectful of each others space. In terms of my actual neighbors, it’s also pretty quiet which I love because the last place I came from people were pretty loud most days. So far so good :)

I stay in a one bedroom apartments and the complaints I have is the walls are thin so keep that in mind. Taking your trash out is a bit of a walk as well.

Since I have been here at The Lexington Village Apartments I haven't had any problems nor to many complaints, the only thing I have a problem is that I wish we had a balcony porch.

Overall, it is a quiet place amid various shopping and entertainment venues. The unit location is a huge factor as some face beautiful green spaces with pine trees, and others face a parking lot with covered structures.

I overall have liked my experience at Lexington Village however I have had a few issues like my eletrcial outlets choosing when they want to work and when they don't randomly. I also have had my water turn off randomly without any notice or estimate on when it would be turned back on. When I called to workout if they could compensate me for not being able to use running water that I pay for I was told that was not possible. So overall, a pleasant time. Those two things though I feel should be addressed so other residents dont have to go through it as well.

4th year and again renewed my lease agreement, by far best place to live and many other important places are in close proximity, which is a huge advantage.

Its nice and quiet. The neighborhood is very convenient because everything is walking distance and its very close to my job . I just think updated appliances would be nice

The community is chill, met a few neighbors of mine and they were nice to me and welcoming I am enjoying the community so far, a lot of people are willing to help people move in to a new home here and I am loving that so much.

So far so good, just moved in a few weeks ago and it’s calm and quiet. Overall, it’s pretty nice. I like the convenience of Costco, Sam’s Club, and Target as well as it being right by I-75.

It's the convenience. It's near the freeway. So commuting is a breeze. It's near two malls several grocery stores. School district is fantastic.

Throwing on random fees when I was trying to handle the situation was very unpleasant. We have been trying to take care of the situation and not having the support to work with us was something that very disappointing.
