Property Ratings at Liberty Bell Village Apartments
The staff is not the friendliest, have themselves locked in unit B1 and no one is allowed to enter-door is locked only allowed to call on phone. Filled out the application, submitted all the necessary paperwork along with the check for the credit check-not approved-no one bothered to call to tell us the apartment was offered to someone else.
Love Liberty Bell clean quiet great neighbors save complex always well lit Staff always helpful plenty of parking walking distance to bus stop
I live in a 1 bedroom apartment which is spacious it's not too big but it's not small it's very much worth the rent I pay. The staff is great and so are my neighbors everyone is nice and respectful and we have such a beautiful scenery the grass is well kept and the gazebo is clean. This is my first apartment and I definitely made th me best choice
Awesome management... Great work staff... Always clean and landscaping impeccable!!!!
This is my first apartment after being a home owner my entire adult life, and I was very nervous with even the idea of renting! I spent months looking for just the right place and hoped I made the right choice. Turns out . . . I did! With off the street parking, beautiful hardwood floors throughout, and amazing storage/closet space, I couldn't be happier with my choice. I have had a couple of small problems that required calls to the Management Office, but they have had someone to the apartment immediately and the problems fixed within 24 hours. An impressive record in my opinion. I am located near a number of highways, stores and restaurants here in NJ, but also within a half hour of NYC and all that has to offer. Who could ask for more?! One final point . . . I recently got a new job, which is two times as far from my home, but I don't even want to consider moving. That should give everyone an idea of how great this place is!
The apartment complex gives free heating and water, all included in rent. I am paying about 40-50 dollar per month electric paymemt for running Air conditioning from evening till morning everyday. Friendly and nice neighbors, they welcomedon't me as I moved in. I am paying 1185 for 2nd floor one bedroom apartment. It's about 750 ft square feet which is plenty room for new family. Apartment community is cozy and nice. They take care of grass so it's nice for kids. Free parking anywhere and they give you sticker to placelebrate it in car. They have laundry facility for convince. They give you the laundromat card and you load money in it. For 2nd floor tenants, you need to install carpet at your cost so be aware. 2nd floor is little bit bigger than 1st floor but also cost little more about 25-60 dollar difference.
