Property Ratings at Liberty Court
Almost have been here for a year. Clean and friendly complex. Smells very good when walking into the building. Made a great choice coming here.
Great location. Very close to shopping and heart of Waterbury. Management and staff was great. Never had any issues with the apartment as they came to check and ensure satisfactory of the living conditions. Very friendly neighbors.
The stress of life overlooks ONE of the most basic needs, that you wished you had more of, KINDNESS, and living here has shown me exactly that with the neighbors here. I look forward to a smile from them as they kindly greet me everyday.
Very true advertisement, after calling many other place and no one never responded, I called this place asking for availability and the lady answered all my questions very patiently, set up an appointment for a tour after I saw the apt. I got the application, right the next day I got an answer with an approval. Thank you for a such fast and attentive process.
This are great apartments, clean ,friendly neighbors the superintendents are good people they treat you with repect, I recommend.
I lived at Hilltop Manor. The management and superintendent staff are very pleasant. The super regularly cleans the interior and does spring and fall cleaning outside. Grounds are clean and lot is regularly maintained, Management clearly cares about how the place looks. There are washers and dryers in the building with relatively low prices. The option of having a garage is a major positive. One of my favorite things is that in the winter the snow is plowed by the super ASAP, unlike other places where you may be stuck for hours before a service comes around. Rents are competitive and reasonable compared to other places. This is a great place for a single person looking for a smaller sized place in a great location.
Está en una buena área, es privada, tiene sus parqueos, me siento segura allí . Los encargados siempre están dispuestos a resolver los problemas de cada inquilino.
I lived in liberty court for 3 years with no issues. The process was pretty smooth. The apartment that I had moved had been freshly renovated and was exceptionally cleaned before my move. Property manager was approachable, kind and professional. Tenant expectations , responsibilities, policies, and notices were always posted and made clear with contact information for any issues or concerns. Building was safe secure and clean along with grounds. Maitenance was available when needed . Property manager addressed issues with reliability and fairness. Building conveniently located near shopping center and bus stops. My tenancy was peaceful and comfortable . Thank you Liberty court for the opportunity you gave me !
The property manager is respectful, kind, reliable. She provided all the info regarding the apt. The apartment is very nice and clean. It's a nice quiet area. There is a lot of parking space for tenants and for visitors in designated areas. The super of the building always pick up the calls any issues and he take care business quick. I gave this place 5 star cause is worth it and never had any issue. Been here over a year.
I'm going on 14 years at this complex & I've enjoyed every minute of it. The move-in was smooth & easy due to a spacious elevator & wide hallways. (Easily fit my sofa on-end). The grounds are meticulously landscaped & maintained with an abundance of care providing pleasant views from any window. During holidays, festive decorations brighten the lobby, & in spring/summer, flowers grace the entrances: evidence of the care the manager & super prize. Halls are vacuumed weekly. Delivered packages are kept safely within a tenants-only area covered by cameras. No need worry about stolen packages. The parking lot is also well-lit & camra-covered to maintain safety. The super is courteous & pleasant & responds to texts or calls quickly. (even on weekends!) The few repairs that popped up were taken care of quickly & efficiently. Winter snow is also quickly & efficiently plowed, sanded/salted to provide safe walking/driving. The building manager is pleasant, courteous, & diplomatic. She goes the extra mile accommodating tenant schedules for meetings & other tasks (replacing parking passes, handing off paperwork, etc). She is also understanding & goes out of her way to make tenants feel welcome & wanted. Absolutely a big part of why I have been here so long. I have so many good things to say, & I haven't gotten to the apartment itself. The layout of the rooms is designed to create open, free areas maximizing space. The kitchen is equipped with an oven w/hood-vent (and light) & broiler, refrigerator/freezer, sink, & a generous cabinet/drawer space. The living room has a convenient air conditioning sleeve, to save you from fumbling with the window or worrying about it falling. The floor is carpeted & comfy to bare feet. Because its fibers are short, it's easy to vacuum or even sweep. Wide, horizontally-sliding windows provide ample sunlight & breezy air circulation. The bathroom has a nice size medicine cabinet/mirror with shelves, 2 towel racks, clean appliances, & the water in both the sink and shower is always immediately hot! The bedroom has a large walk-in closet for storage & clothing. The floor is carpeted nicely like the living room, & likewise has cable access. Each room is also has baseboard heating w/ separate thermometers for the living room & bedroom. There is also an intercom to communicate with guests/delivery people & to allow access. I can honestly say I'm happy in this location & can easily recommend it to prospective renters!
Liberty Court is a safe, peaceful, quit place to live in. Also In a great location, there a shopping plaza which is in one minute walking distance. That plaza has a Walmart! Also the Landlords of Liberty Court are so nice and friendly.
Welcoming staff, easy application and move-in. Superintendent (David) is exceptional, very nice guy and always on top of things. Very comfortable living space and in great condition. All the neighbors are extremely kind and friendly. I love it here and hope to stay many years.
Wonderful living space. Nice and pleasant neighbors. I love it so much I helped my father move in.
Good evening, I found this place and called immediately after. The office manager was very professional/helpful , she also tries her best to help out we spoke on the phone schedule an appointment and less than a month I was ready to move into my new apartment. Let’s not forget the superintendent is very nice as well and the building is very quiet I’ll definitely recommend to others.
I have been here almost a year now and the apartment lobby always is clean and smells good, it makes it feel like a nice homey space and maintenance requests are always taken care of promptly and with a sense of urgency. Great building and staff!
Everything is walking distance from apartment banks , shopping, restaurants . great staff perfect if your single
I was looking for an apartment for myself in the Waterbury area. I called the owner and was able to schedule an appointment to see the place the next day. During the appointment, she answered all the questions that I had. Once I selected the apartment, the process to move in was smooth.
My experience was really good, I called the rental office the lady was nice and patient with me, she helped me providing all the info regarding the apt, I totally recommend this place,
I called to inquire about the studio which has been listed continuously for the last six months. When I phoned, the woman who answered was extremely rude & ignorant. Going off on a tangent for absolutely no reason. I could barely finish my sentence when she started her temper tantrum then rudely hung up on me. I tried sending an e-mail as well, which went unanswered. Do yourself a favor & don't bother, trust me.

I called the building and asked about the one room apartment and she ask how many people I responded 3 Because I have an 8 month old and she basically give me attitude and said there’s nothing available now and either in the future. When my fiancé called told her the same thing she laughed and said keep looking hun.

While we appreciate your observation, there are occupancy regulations that we abide by. More than likely, we would be able to accommodate you in a larger unit.
