Located in Stark County, the city of Alliance sits about 20 miles northeast of Canton and 60 miles southeast of Cleveland. Most of the city’s buildings were built before World War II, lending character and charm just like Glamorgan Castle.
Alliance is a town rich in history and home to the University of Mount Union. The campus is centered in town, and the city has grown exponentially around it. Nearby you’ll discover a great botanical garden, restaurants on East State Street, and even a cat museum! Alliance is also associated with the scarlet carnation, the state flower. It’s painted on a mural in the historic district, which is a great area to explore. In addition to well-maintained parks, residents love the college-town atmosphere, convenient amenities, and homey apartments.

Property Ratings at Liberty Heights
I had a good experience living here. The staff is accommodating. The common spaces were always well kept. They except dogs which was a plus.
We ended up buying a house because we needed more space. Management and staff were excellent! Would recommend for apartment living is this area.
Doesn’t accept co-signers or months in advance rent. Not every college student has 800 credit score. Especially for a place that isn’t even that nice. The property manager is way more respectful than the leasing manager. Whatever this place is very very sketchy anyways and so is the management. Absolutely horrible. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star but this website makes me give it to them... pathetic
The apartment was very clean when we moved in. Maintenance requests were addressed immediately. The office staff are very courteous and responsive. The shared laundry room was surprisingly clean; maintenance kept that up well. The storage space in our unit was great in all the rooms; we had extra room left over. The light into our unit was good; we didn't feel closed in. The building we were in was really pretty quiet and our neighbors were friendly. Maintenance really kept the grounds clean, too. And when we moved to a different county in December 2015, we got the full deposit back.
The apartments are very spacious and very reasonably priced. The amount of open area outdoors is incredible. My only take back is that there is one laundry unit per building, which makes it a little bit of a hassle at times. However, it has been a great place to stay so far and with the college community close by, everything is accessible within a walking distance.
They keep raising the rent every year, I dont believe these apartments are that great, that they keep raising rent all the time.
