Milford Mill is a neighborhood stretching from Interstate 695 to Ridge Road, about 15 miles northwest of Baltimore. While the western section of town is made up of wooded areas and a sprawling golf course, the eastern section of town features tree-lined streets and residential areas. Renters will find moderately priced apartments, townhomes, and two-story homes available for rent. Modern amenities are conveniently located along Liberty Road within town. Just outside of the neighborhood, natural areas around the Patapsco River provide residents with outdoor recreation. Additional shopping can be found a few minutes from town off the interstate at Security Square Shopping Mall.

I've only been at Liberty Place for 6 months now and I can not wait to move . The utilities included in the rent is about the only good thing about this place . There are only a few visitor parking spots which are always filled daily with the same cars which makes it hard for my visitors to find parking being that if they park in my spot they will get towed now that's issue number 1. Issue number 2 is my neighbor above me ,I've made many complaints about my neighbor who loves to stomp and have her kids run in the morning and at night after 9 pm I was told that they would talk to her and move her which has yet to happen ,being that nobody has yet to move , now I've suggested that they either move me or let me go out of my lease because it's becoming ridiculous and it seems like I'm just getting the run around here . Issue number 3 is they have someone up front sporadically to let residents or visitors through the gate the issue here is there's only one line so if there's 4 cars in front of me who are visitors and I'm a residents I have to wait for this man to take information down fro the visitor instead of having two lines one for visitors and one residents . Maybe if they had someone to really secure the area and not up front sporadically the breaks in that we've had back to back could have been prevented .
this is worst place to live in, just because they have everything included is the only reason why i stayed and why most people stay and take the bad customer service, and i feel because they have a waiting list to get into their property, they have a certain attitude, which comes off as "if you don't like it here, you can leave because we will fill it up immediately", the property manager has the worst attitude with a fake personality, the public relations lady Alicia who i called to talk about my frustrations, well she won't return your calls, then when you go online to write your issue with on the southern management corporation page, they will tell you a representative will be contacting you in 24 hours, that's also a lie. The southern management corporation's vision, and i quote "To be recognized as a role model for customer satisfaction, team member engagement, profitability and operational efficiency", well if i had a letter worst than F, i would give them that, because they have no customer service, when you have a complaint, it's like you talking to a wall, they will tell you to write it down like you are a little kid in high school. Then lets talk about their mission here at southern management corporation and i quote again "To deliver exceptional value and experiences whether living, working, playing or staying with Southern Management", i beg to defer, i haven't been here that long, my experience has been terrible.
Management generally tries to keep the grounds looking neat. A few of the trash bins run over in the more crowded areas of the community. Electricity, gas, and hot water are included in the rent. The apartment lay-out can vary based on whether they face the front of the community, or the back. If they face the back then an apartment on the 2nd floor appears to really be on the first floor, and so on. I can hear the neighbors really well. There's often yelling and banging in the halls. There's a pool, a playground and a gazebo. Many kids live in the community, and there's a school nearby. The main street that the community is on is very, very busy. The placement of the balcony door, and the shape of the living room can make it seem a bit awkward. Depending on where your apt. is located, you may not get much sunshine in the apt. The hallways and apt. smell funny sometimes. There are designated parking spots for visitors. They can be towed if they park in the wrong spot. I suggest paying more for an updated apt if you choose to live here. There's a huge difference between those and the classic apts. The leasing office staff are usually professional.
i have been living at liberty place for a very long time moved in 2000 and over the years this is the best place i have ever lived rent has all utilities include the people are nice.they call u when u get something from ups or amazon and hold it for u in stead on letting it sit in the hallways where some on can take it the pool is up to 12 ft with diving board. when it snows clean up of the streets is done before u wake up
Apartment is beautiful, Upgraded kitchen. Amenities included in rent and also utilities. Great price!
They're kind of small but nice. They are dated. I live the modern look. But this doesn't have it.
I chose this apartment because it was a 24 hour gated community, spacious floor plan, and all utilities were included...I thought I struck gold. There was no model to view so I only had pictures to assist with making my choice and they looked great. Well, that was not what I received. I was given an apartment with a bad paint job, closets hanging off the hinges and lights flickering due to bad wiring. The gate was in fact there for 24hours but it was never an attendant there to man it. The doors leading to the apartments were left unlocked for anyone to enter. The final straw for me was the parking. There was visitor parking but you could only have visitors twice in a 7day week or their car would be towed. I am anticipating when my lease ends so that I can move into a "real" gated community with up to date kitchens and baths. I'm so embarrassed by the way this place looks that I entertain elsewhere. So beware, all the glitter is not gold.
