Liberty Station

I am very happy that I found this property half a year ago. I live in a town house. All the issues which I found when did the move in check were fixed in the timely manner. When the bitter cold hit and there were problems with the heat at some townhomes (I was one of them) - they brought me two huge portable heaters and fixed the heat very fast. I saw somebody wrote about infestation - I didn't have any problems with it. At the end of February some company went through all the units as a preventive measure and pre treated kitchens and baths from insects. Neighbors are nice, no problems. Love the gym, didn't get a chance to use the pool since it is not open yet for the season. And the price for the footage and the amenities is great.

I have lived at Liberty Station almost 3 years. This is honestly the best place I have rented. The grounds are always kept nice and clean. The apartments/townhomes are so cozy and welcoming. Any maintenance need that I have had, gets handled immediately and professionally. The maintenance staff is caring and helpful. Amanda, the property manager will go above and beyond to help with your needs. I went through a tough time in my life and her door was always open to be a listening ear and give helpful advice. She is compassionate with any circumstances and does her best to help when she can! This is a place where I feel comfortable coming home from a long day at work and letting my kids play outside. They love the pool and playground! 5 star review for them all the way!!!!

Mice infestation and poor management. Treat tenants as another rent payment and not humans. Terrible and stressful place to live. Poor management, everything is third party, unless we were lied about that. Lies are a thing there. Water randomly turns off and not notified till hours after, cause third party. Online rent amount is not always the same because third party. More mice we had there that it was a problem and not just a “field across the road” thing. Great playground, but that’s about it.

I chose to live at Liberty Station for 2.5 years, and I highly recommend it. The only reason I left was because I had to relocate for work. Amanda and her staff are friendly and responsive to their tenants needs. She set me up in a newly remodeled two-bedroom townhome, which worked out great. The grounds are kept looking nice, and the clubhouse, swimming pool and dog exercise area are nice added features.

I have lived here for two years and I am only moving out to be closer to work and family. Office and maintenance staff have always been so kind and helpful. The renovated town houses are very nice and I have had very few issues with mine the last few years. Any small problem I did have was very promptly fixed. The property is well maintained and quiet. Rent is also very reasonable. If I could move my town house to an area of town that works better for my life now, I 100% would.

They will lie to u in the very beginning!! Stay away from the townhouses!! Nothing but problems as soon as u move in! I talked to my neighbors and every one along my line of homes in my area. Everybody had problems once they moved in! The problems varied from each person from no air or heat or no workable mircorwave to bathroom flooring comming up in spots and horrible ventilation in some rooms. They hate communicating with u if u have problems also. They avoid u like u have covid. They don't like giving proper notice either when they r about to do something in your place. What they show u in the beginning is NOT what u get when u get your keys! And also their corporate offices have their backs disgustingly. Nobody cares at that place!! Have nothing to gain by writing this embarrassingly honest and truthful review. Don't sign your name to contract!!!! Jus ask the people who moved in the last 5 months to so called renovated townhomes if u don't believe me. They will tell u.

Great management!!! Amanda will help you in anyway she can and make sure your happy with your apartment or townhouse. Great community and great renovations. Great place to call home.

I moved in to the townhouses in September and I couldn’t be happier. The management has been attentive to everything I’ve brought to their attention and cares deeply about their residents. They’re newly renovated, they added a swimming pool and fitness facility, and they’re not on a main road like most apartments. I’d recommend these apartments/townhouses to anyone I know.

I was living in Liberty Station when it was taken over by DMG, and the transformation across the past 9 months is amazing. Full renovations property wide are active and ongoing including new patios, sidewalks, complete interior remodels from the studs out. This is complimented by a friendly and active service staff led by Amanda who are fantastic to work with. Always professional, friendly, and working hard to improve the experience of their residents. Nice quiet living, the price is fantastic for the amenities, and it sits conveniently between Dayton and North Cinci. Would highly recommend.

These apartments are great for family’s and first time apartment chose they have came a really far way since last couple of years. I really like it here and would recommend anyone that is looking to come check them out. Everyone is friendly and welcoming

Kitchen is my favorite room. New fridge dishwasher stove and microwave. Countertop looks great and lots of space. Carpet is so soft I love the way it feels. Nice closets and balcony. Brand new school opening up in the fall.

Liberty Station is the place to be! New owners, excitement all around for what is being done and for what is coming. On sight management team are so friendly and easy to work with, always with a smile and will help in anything needed. The units are fresh with new carpet, tile, bathrooms are bright and spaced to fit your needs. I adore the kitchen. I love the stainless steel appliances, now with dishwashers and plenty of counter space for prepping food for your family or just yourself. Blinds on the windows are real nice, no strings, magnetic adjustments and I like that. No fear of little ones getting tangled. The outdoor patio for those of us on the second and third floor is enough space to enjoy a sunny day. I highly recommend Liberty Station for the price, space, management and all around friendly environment. Come join us here, Liberty Station can be your next home.

Carlisle Crossing Apartments is a great place to live!...Where there’s plenty of open space...I’ve been living here for almost 4 months and I just love it!....the price is worth it!....this location is pet friendly...the staff and management are also friendly and super helpful....this apartment complex has some exciting changes happening....which I’m excited to see happen!....this apartment complex will be getting a club house which includes a gym and a pool....this place will also have a cute friendly doggie park for your pets to socialize with others.....you don’t want to miss out on this opportunity to live somewhere safe, affordable, and with a fun atmosphere!

I couldn't of asked for a better place to live. DMG rentals sent an excellent representative that made it super easy to start the process of applying for a unit. the service is super reliable as well I'm never neglected. the units appliances were all new and in excellent working condition. I definitely reccomend applying today !

With new management/maintenance the place has completely turned around and become very responsive, fixing anything within days and answer any phone calls. Had I not moved into a house I would have been confident signing another year lease.

Seems to be very clean. People seem friendly. Great prices. Pretty interior.

The Carlisle crossing apartments are not high end, but greatly make up for that by being flexible, being well located, and being cheap. A two bedroom is 500$, with plenty of space and a small balcony. The management is good enough, keeping the grounds clean and addressing any issues you might have. Each building has 1 washer 1 dryer, and water is included in rent. My brother and I have lived here 2 and 1/2 years and have had little to complain about (mostly just about neighbours) if you are looking for a cheaper place to get you by, Carlisle crossing is great.

Like every apartment complex it has its issues. Choosing to live there is a financial decision. Not bad enough location but not good enough zip code, so just right for a starting out college student.
