Should be Zero star

Poor management Everything is filthy No lights in parking lot(Car tweaker magnet) Laundry room has mold Building structure has cracks everywhere, one post in particular is eaten by rodents You will not get mail Manager will only talk to you about rent, renewal and fees

Read the reviews before coming here

Roaches, rats, washing machines were down for 6 months, bridge had to be closed due to damage. Manager will talk to you for the first couple months than ghost you unless it's an emergency. But even then good luck getting ahold of them.
