As a result, many residents enjoy easy commutes in North Dakota’s third-largest city.

Property Ratings at Library Lane
There were cockroaches, and they sprayed for them. Well the spray didn’t do anything and the problem has gotten worse in a couple of days. This is awful because I’d like to have an apartment without cockroaches and it seems like the only way to get that is to move out.

Updated and spacious apartment for the price! Central location that is within 10 minutes of everything in Grand Forks. Responsive maintenance and courteous management. Cons to consider before renting: poor water quality, thin walls, and loud outside traffic noise.
It's a good place to be and I'm happy living here.
These apartments are pretty good for the price point. It has everything I need, and the building is pretty quiet and well kept.
I love the location. I'm very close to a lot of stores. The building also has a keypad security door that makes you feel safer.
Great place to move in and neighbors keep to themselves, rent amount is decent,
Library lanes has been great for me so far! Ive had no issues with anything from applying to now living here! Management is great and professional, the building is quiet and is a great environment to live, and its a great area in town to live!
My growing family and I love living here. Quiet neighborhood that feels safe to go on walks in. Clean and secure building that never fails. Friendly neighbors in the building that make it feel more like a community. We love living here!
The apartment complex is clean and regularly updated. The office staff are friendly and quick to respond to requests or issues.
great location, peace and quiet, I would recommend anyone to move into library lane apartments
everyone at the office to the maintence has been always kind and fixed things for me right away.
I just moved into my beautiful new apartment at Library Lane. I enjoy the spacious kitchen which has a ton of cupboard space and nice countertop space. The neighborhood seems nice, but I have not had a chance to meet any of my neighbors. I am next to the laundry room which I thought might be a problem. However, I barely hear the washers and dryers. I really enjoy that the washer and dryer can be paid by credit card through an app and tells you when machines are done. So far I have enjoyed living here and the property manager was very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns in a timely manner.
The renting process was quick and easy and the management staff is very friendly and professional
It's very quiet and peaceful here.
Overall really impressed with library lane apartments. Everything was clean and well taken care. And moving in was a breeze.
The location is fantastic, the apartment is clean and friendly (especially to pets!), and best of all, it doesn't break the bank either! As a college student, this apartment was probably the best choice for me and my dog, Max.
Overall excellent experience prior to my move into library lane I hope to enjoy my stay here. From the apartment tour to my move in was super wonderful. Very nice management. Was so amazed on how politely they respond to questions in a prompt manner.
Office Staff is WONDERFUL so kind and always go above and beyond of me. Really make this little old lady feel cared for
Great staff to work with. Nice apartments and affordable.
Excellent place to live
Customer service is great. Anytime I've had an issue they have been quick to respond and provide support. Some of the best staff that I have dealt with over the years.
I love the location, and the girls in the office, but not impressed with apartment building.
I love the location!
Friendly staff and great apartments make living here and enjoyable experience. I felt safe and secure here, even through numerous blizzards.
So far is an excellent place to live.
I really enjoy living here its clean and quiet they try to fix any issues that arise as soon as they can.
Office staff is excellent! Most people say they don't like their landlord well I'm glad that isn't the case here. WE love our landlord!
Nice little apartment that has a garage, cant really go wrong with that. Doesnt smell in the halls like most apartments do. I believe they truly care about the quality of living here.
Very close to stores and secured building helps me feel more secure, especially with a kid! Very peaceful & nice place for a pet as well! Staff is wonderful & understanding!
Me and my hubs have been living here over 3 years now soon to be 4 years in June 2019; and continue to for awhile. When have issues with things, Andy fixes the problem right away and he does a great job. We are very pleased with him! We also enjoy living here at Library Lane. I guess the only issue we are having is the hallway smelling like weed. It makes me sick. :(
Loving this place so far. Staff was friendly and the neighbors have been great. The staff ensured that the utilities were on before I moved and it's been a smooth process. They provided a little goodie bag to help with the cleaning after moving.
The apartment are great. The community that you are living in becomes a second family and all of the pets are friendly towards everyone.
The best thing about this apartment is the location. Super convenient if you work at the hospital. So far, no complaints!
