Mountainside features 3 unique studio floorplan options along with single-bedroom and double-bedroom floor plans. Basic studio at 330 sf., the deluxe studio at 350 sf., and an alcove studio at 380 sf. which tend to go quickly due to feeling similar to a Single-bedroom without the price. At 450 sf. the single-bedrooms unit features a large walk-in closet, and finally a double-bedroom layout at 625 sf. Included in the cost of rent is a dining experience (2 meals a day), monthly housekeeping, all utilities, and basic cable. Mountainside is the perfect balance of not being too big yet having plenty of comfortable common areas and outdoor patio spaces to relax or gather with friends. Our goal to help you enhance your independence. Leave the cooking to us and enjoy chef prepared meals twice a day, and monthly housekeeping at no additional cost.
