Management came in and saved Lift At Jordan Creek; resolved trash issue, now great communication, and prompt and quality maintenance. The inside of the units here are gorgeous and look brand new. My unit looks like an upscale townhouse; very spacious with a private entrance, upscale kitchen with all black appliances, granite countertops, beautiful spacious cabinets and tons of counter space. I love that I have my own washer and dryer that are like new, which makes a difference, My favorite part are the huge walk in closets and my attached bathroom. I love that I have two full bathrooms, high vaulted ceilings and wood flooring and carpet in the bedrooms. Oh yeah, there’s also a really nice pool here and my son can have his floaty, so he prefers our pool over public.

Worst management EVER. Horribly disorganized, rude, not helpful. Even for the low price not worth it AT ALL. Lived here for 2 years, there were 2 diff. management groups and both awful. I don’t even know where to begin. We got roaches in our unit and reported it to the office. They Said that our neighbors were gross and it was probably from them. They said they’d “put us on the list for when the exterminators come next.” Even then, we got “accidentally skipped” so had to wait even longer for someone to come spray. I had a change of roommates sometime in my second year living here and they both had to resubmit paperwork THREE times because it got “lost” and they still never ended up on the lease, making me fully responsible for everything when that should not have been the case. I could go on and on but you do NOT want to live here. Also rarely ever answer their phones so good luck getting ahold of them when you need something figured out. Even if you do get ahold of them they probably won’t help you. Only thing good I have to say is that it’s a low price for an “updated” look. But not worth it. Also they will lie to you and try to go back on their word saying they “never said that.”

I could go on and on. But there isn't enough space here. I would not recommend. I went from a 5 star to 1 star review in a year and a half and we will be vacating in November (if not sooner) when our lease is up
