If you’re looking for quiet. You’re right on it!!! I had to stay on them but it was worth the wait. I’ve been here since September 2022, it’s perfect for me. I’m comfortable and happy with my unit.
I moved here in August and I hate it here, they’re unprofessional. God forbid you actually need maintenance to come you’ll be waiting weeks, and when they come they’re here for 5 minutes. I’ve been waiting for my toilet to get fixed, my door to get fixed and my AC it’s literally 80 in my apartment and I have an infant. I’ve been having to find other places to sleep because it’s unbearably hot in here. The ONLY manger leaves early on Friday so if anything breaks hopefully it’s between 9 am - 4:30pm Monday- Thursday
I've been living at the property for many years and have been astonished by the transformation of the from Woods Edge to Lighthouse Hill. The new management has been much more attentive and greatly improved many problems with the property. Last year I was planning on moving out, but based on all the improvements I now plan on staying for many years to come.
