This place is poor, any suggestions made are never taken into consideration. They careless about the tenants. Poor customer service. It is a shame, I only stayed for 4 years because it was very convenient for my commute to work.

I'm going to give a real honest review here. The location is absolutely gorgeous, it's decently private, secure and safe. I will list the pros and cons CONS: office stare rarely answer the phone lines for prospective and existing tenants. ( this is really unprofessional) Maintenance requests are the WORST of any place I have ever lived. They can take days to over a week or longer, even if its an emergency work order. They don't appear to be very concerned or experienced. Rents are too high for the LACK of amenities not under construction. When asked they always give excuses, yet no discounts on move in fee's or lower rents. The pictures on the site are NOT accurate or up to date. We DO NOT have a volley ball court, or a sitting area as they originally had in the blueprint plans. Office staff are nice, but ultimately you're bothering them, so don't think your concerns will be addressed or cared about. I see more people moving out than in ( probably because of the lack of promised amenities.) Who wants to pay high rents without amenities? PROS: construction is good you rarely hear your neighbors. People who live here are nice and respectful. The view is absolutely breathtaking. We are in close proximity to a decent amount of stores just across the bridge in Portland. I have never seen a roach in my apartment, or smelled cigarettes or weed.

Unfortunately I haven't moved in to the property yet so I can't comment on the quality of the facility itself (though I'd imagine it is just as excellent), I did just want to express my gratitude and appreciation of the amazing staff that have helped me through the application process. Matthew in particular went above and beyond by sending me pictures of views, videos of the units, and being available at almost any time I needed him to answer questions and clarify things for me about the complex. I'm moving from out of town and therefore haven't been able to view or tour the place myself yet, but Matthew and the rest of the Lighthouse Pointe staff made it barely an inconvenience. If y'all are reading this, thank you so much!
