Property Ratings at Lilac Pointe
I am extremely pleased with my experience at Lilac Pointe. Having been a tenant here before, I chose to return because of the great management. The staff is consistently responsive and kind, making living here a joy. Whenever I've had a maintenance request, it has been addressed promptly and efficiently. The living space is beautifully maintained and offers a comfortable, welcoming environment. Highly recommend!
Management company was very professional. The apartments have everything you need. Wifi is only Xfinity. Could be better because the download and upload speeds aren’t symmetrical.
I have been living here for two years and can’t say enough good things about the property and management team. This is the first time in my life I’ve renewed a lease. I’ve never had any serious problems and anything I’ve needed maintenance wise has been handled in a timely and efficient manner. The apartments are very modern and beautiful, and the property has everything you’d need- garage parking, rooftop decks and a pocket park for the pets. Residents are kind and quiet and our friends in the leasing office are always super friendly and accommodating. This place truly feels like home!
The leasing staff was very helpful and accomodating throughout application process be it by responding to emails/calls quickly or even by offering online virtual tours. Quick mainetenance response time is a plus as well. Office promotes community events on a monthly basis which is a great way to get to know your neighbors. Fire station across the street and Wawa next door have not been a noise nuisance.
Lilac Pointe is not only a really beautiful apartment complex, but there are lots of great amenities. I have been a resident for 2 years now and couldn’t be happier. The building is always clean and everyone is friendly. It was one of very few places that are pet friendly and the only place I found that does not require a pet rent/deposit!
The place is great. Location wise it is safe and there are a lot of fun things to do nearby! Management holds fun activities and has cool giveaways. The building and amenities are always clean and the property is easy to get around!
This is my first apartment straight out of college and i must say it's the best decision i made for myself. The interior is clean and has a modern look that very much matches my aesthetic. It has white cabinets and an amazing finish. I recently just moved in and the leasing office made moving in a seamless process. I also had some issues with my keys on my first day and they helped me call the maintenance office and they arrived in 3 mins and resolved my issues quickly! This is an amazing property overall!!
Me and my fiance with our little pup We just moved in and we love the apartment! Lilac has 3 different buildings (A,B,C) and each building has roof decks. Also, they are pet-friendly so you can find dog waste bags + containers in every corner of the building which we love and the building itself it's super clean and safe!! Additionally, We had a small problem with the bathroom bathtub sink so We contacted maintenance and repond was so fast & they came the next day at the exact time we scheduled, fixed the problem right away. I was very surprised how fast their response was and how helpful compared to other management!!
The location is great. I am super close to everything... including Main Street Manayunk and other towns that I like to visit like Ardmore Square. Management is very accessible and welcoming. The area is great and so are my neighbors.
I've lived here for a year and I absolutely loved my time here. The location is great, management is accessible and welcoming, and I love how a lot of professions live in the units and the area in general. I'm definitely renewing my lease.
The set up of this complex confuses every delivery person so they never drop off packages in the right building. That’s a carrier problem but lilac pointe hasn’t done anything to fix the issue around THEFT. People steal packages here. It’s absolutely disgusting. I’ve already had $750 worth of merchandise stolen. I hate this complex and can’t wait to move out

I have been very happy with this apartment complex! It's my first apartment and I have been completely satisfied. Very friendly staff, nice family community, and my favorite part...wide, open living rooms. Also no pet fees are awesome! Only downside is morning traffic on Ridge.
I moved to Lilac Pointe earlier this year and have been really enjoying my new home :) I’m super close to everything I need, including PARKING! AND AN AWESOME ROOF DECK!! The Lilac staff has been super helpful and speedy w/my maintenance requests.I love living here and I’m sure you will too!!!
My sister and I were among the first people to move into the building and we couldn’t be happier! Our apartment is beautiful with great light and everything about the building has made our lives way easier- washer and dryer in our unit, walking distance from CVS, WaWa, and ShopRite AND we have access to a great gym in an adjacent building. The management team has been very helpful and made our renewal process a breeze. Excited to spend another year at Lilac Pointe!

Have lived here over a year and seriously regret renewing my lease. Like other reviewers have stated walls are paper thin, fire alarms go off constantly and the leasing office is practically impossible to get into contact with. No matter how many times you call or what messages you leave no o r will ever get back to you. I just wouldn’t recommend living here, not worth the money or the headache.

Brand new apartments with all the bells and whistles, no pet fees, and the gym/roof deck are included in the rent with no extra charges. 5 min drive to the train station for my commute, plus the maintenance team is always responsive, friendly, and helpful. What more could you ask for?
I’ve been living here for a year and have yet to get one night of peaceful sleep! No matter if your in building A or B the WAWA is 24 hours and you hear the trucks loading and unloading alllllllll night and day. Peoples dogs poop in the hallway! It’s congested on ridge when I’m trying to go to work and go figure their building 2 more apartments across the street so now it’ll take 10-14 min to get out of the parking lot. Also they charge $75-$115 a parking spot and I can barely get out of my car door because the spots are so tiny !!!! If you have a Jeep forget about it! My door is scratched up from the person next to me!! Not only will you be paying rent but for car damages as well. Prime definition of everything that glitter is not GOLD.
I've been a resident here for the past year and compared to the last new construction building I lived in, Lilac Pointe is a breath of fresh air! My apartment is large and well designed, and maintenance has been super quick to address the few small issues I've had. The roof deck is great to hang out during the summer, and the location is convenient to everything! I definitely recommend renting here!

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a rating! We are glad you've had such a great experience so far, as we work hard to make Lilac Pointe one of the best places to live in Philly. We hope to have you as a resident for years to come!
After breaking our lease (yes, we were that unhappy), our quality of life increased drastically. Terribly built building on a terrible, busy, loud, construction-filled road. Walls are paper thin, residents are disgusting and loud, dog pee on the floors. Seriously, countless sleepless nights because of the noise. Paid for a parking spot that I couldn’t get to 25% of the time Bc of construction. There’s also no lounge (lies) and the “rooftop deck” is tiny..I guess it’s good if you enjoy the sound of jack hammers. I could go on but there’s a character limit on this thing. Don’t live here..just don’t.

Thank you for taking the time to review Lilac Pointe. We are sorry to hear about your experience and assure you we do everything we can to address all resident concerns. Construction is now complete at Lilac Pointe - each building has its own separate roof deck, and the lounge is now open and available to all residents with complimentary WiFi. We are a pet-friendly community, and staff members are assigned to inspect and clean the premises on a daily basis. We sincerely apologize that your experience was anything but excellent! Our team truly values your feedback and would welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns. Please feel free to contact our office at 215-821-7487 or email us at service@mgmtresidential.com.
I’ve been living in Lilac Pointe for a year. It started off good and progressively gotten worse. People let their dogs go poop in front of doors, in the halls and elevator. The fire alarm goes off at least twice a week! Some people will just up and leave their dogs on the roof deck unattended for hours as if their backyards. They all say after a few months you can more but what they don’t tell you is that they’re gonna charge a fee. There has been nonstop construction since I moved in and they will block the entire roadway leading into/out of the apartments. I know they look nice but just save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about Lilac Pointe. We take resident concerns very seriously and we sincerely apologize that your experience was anything but excellent! As one of the pet-friendliest apartment communities in Philadelphia, pet accidents do happen. We impose penalties for any pet messes in the common areas, and have a number of conveniently located pet waste stations available for residents and their furry friends. As we are a brand new apartment community, there has been ongoing construction activity- however, at this time our construction is complete! We do not charge an additional fee to transfer apartments. However, the first and last month's rent costs for a new apartment still apply. We apologize if this was not made clear, and our leasing team will make an effort to be more transparent about this policy in the future. Our team truly values your feedback and would welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns in further detail. Please feel free to contact our office at 215-821-7487 or email us at service@mgmtresidential.com.
This has been a great experience so far. There is a great roof deck where you can meet your neighbors and enjoy the warm weather. I have been loving my time here and will definitely be renewing my lease for another year.

Thanks so much for the 5-star review! We're glad you've enjoyed your stay at Lilac Pointe!
My husband, pup, and I were one of the first tenants to move into the building and we have been loving it so far at Lilac Pointe! We love how dog friendly the building is and the apartment is beautiful. Perfect location- we’re only a short walk to the park and literally next to a 24 hour Wawa.

Thank you so much for your awesome review! We strive to be the pet-friendliest community in Philadelphia and we're glad you (and your pup!) have enjoyed your stay at Lilac Pointe.
I have been living at Lilac Pointe with my roommate for a few months now and it’s been a great experience! I am especially pleased with the amenities- it’s very convenient to have an elevator when carrying groceries up to the 3rd floor from the parking garage, the gym is spacious and clean and isn't too busy, and the roof has become an asset this past summer. The property managers have been very helpful and communicative.
