Property Ratings at Lilac Village Palm Beach Gardens
I lived here for a year and it was a wonderful place to be with my Aussie dog. We had a 2-bedroom duplex apartment near the canal. The management of this complex is top notch. When I ordered maintenance, it was done within a few hours! I had no issues with my apartment. The landscaping is lovely and well maintained.
I moved in on Jan of 2019. I love this community and house. The staff is warm and friendly and maintenance request are promptly attended too. I hope I never have to move!!
Could not ask for a better place to live. Very quiet, well manicured and close to everything Palm Beach Gardens has to offer. Ideal location for families since park is right next door.

When I moved to S Fla in 2005 I lived in Abacoa for 11 years. I moved to Royal Palm Beach for a year for personal reasons, but couldn't wait to get back to Eastern Palm Beach Co. I had known about the work the owners of Lilac Village had done at other locations in the area, and thought I'd check out Lilac Village. From the moment I walked into the rental office, and took a look at one of the available units, I felt like I was "home". I'm on my 2nd lease at Lilac Village and it has been the best decision I've made for living arrangements! The neighborhood is quiet and SAFE and so convenient to the area amenities. There are plenty of options for walkers or cyclists, and the Burns Rd park across the canal is an easy walk across a foot bridge. Having a duplex is wonderful compared to living in an apartment building. The management and staff are friendly, courteous and responsive! The units were built in the 70's but the rennovations, including new roofs make them appealing. I've had some minor issues at the unit, but maintenance is on the spot and very knowledgeable of the property and how to "fix" issues (he's been working there for a long time). Yes, other local complexes have more amenities and are "newer", but if you want a clean, attractive, quiet community don't overlook this Palm Beach Gardens GEM. I hope to be a happy resident here for years to come! If you don't at least visit and see the property, you are doing your search for a new home a disservice. I'm so glad I took the time to stop by and visit the property in 2017!
After searching for some time we stumbled across lilac Village through the internet. The pictures that were posted looked very appealing, and after driving through the neighborhood we decided to stop and talk about options at the leasing office. From the first moment we met Kimberly and Jill renew the assistive element was going to be for my family and I. They were so thorough and finding out what our needs were, answered every question with ease, never pressured us interlocking into any type of contract or agreement. After leaving the leasing office they continues to touch base with us and see if there is anything else that they can do to accommodate us. I could go on and on and on about how wonderful Kimberly and Jill are. I decided to take the unit with my two children, the monthly price is extremely Fair compared to what the market in this County is currently at. Even though he's had our deposit and I've been living here our first month we're still treated like future residence by the leasing office, they do anything that they can to accommodate correct or fix any problems or issues that come up. The maintenance staff is on top of everything, if there is an issue it gets fixed and dealt with immediately. I feel very blessed to have found this town home, for so many reasons but what really caught my eye was the attention to detail that the staff stays when you're looking and how well-kept the community itself is. I would highly recommend neighborhood if you are looking for a place, ask for Kimberly and Jill they would be more than happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. I should also mention that we're directly across from the community center, the public pool, and the police station as well. Again if there is an opportunity don't miss out, and I would be more than happy to talk to anybody about my experience with Lilac Village.
Beautifully redone interiors with marble countertops stainless steel appliances and wood cabinets. Great neighbors who are willing to help anyway thay can. Also it’s close to 3 good parks for kids, which my little girl loves and a local dog park. The property manager and maintenance guy live in the neighborhood and are very quick to help you with any problem you might have. I’ve lived her with my girl my girlfriend and daughter for over a year and I love it. If you’re looking for an apartment it’s definitely good place to live.
Been here for 3 years, went through the transition of remodeling. Well worth it. Quiet , friendly. Apartments are clean, everything is new. With all new appliances comes lower electric. New roofs, flooring. Professionally landscaped and maintained. Mai tenancy team is spot on. Love this place!!
Units infested with roaches, windows paper thin, hardly any insulation so in the summer it's like living in a hot box, cheap vinyl flooring that rips as easily as paper are just a few lowlights not listed above. Rent jacked up this year and they try to justify the excuse that it is in range with the current gated community market, which this is far from. Meanwhile the current market has amenities to offer which makes paying the higher price justified, here they offer no amenities at all so why waste your money. Here they are just rasing the price each year out of greed. Units are old and not as nice as they seem. Look elsewhere and you will find better places to live and nicer, the reason we are not renewing our lease.

Hi - We are so sorry to hear of this issue. As you know Pest Control services are included with rent. Should you still have this issue we would love the opportunity to make it right whether you stay for another day or 30 prior to your vacate date. We have very few pest issues here on site due to our excellent service bi-monthly to the interior of the units as well as quarterly to the exteriors. We would have happily worked with you on rent had you chosen to stay here, unfortunately we can't compete with the communities that have on-site pool & fitness centers as ours is still in the planning phases. We have made it a point to put our time into updating all the unit interiors, landscaping and exteriors as well as other amenities to keep our tenants happy which is our main focus. We hope to have our pool and windows updated soon! We value your opinion and wish you all the best in your new home.
