At first, it was amazing living here. Building is near to all. Unfortunately corporate accounting changes caused over collection of auto rent payments. Managers say they open tickets with corporate and never follow up. Ive sent 10+ emails, left messages. I’ve now been waiting 33 days for my final move out statement. The building manager won’t ever return a call herself. I emailed again, was told they would review and again, no response. Unfortunate experience, no aloha here. Hopefully better for others.

The Waikiki area of Honolulu is known for its beautiful beaches, luxury resorts, and lively nightlife. Amidst this bustling city. Lilia, located in the best part of Waikiki, is a sleek, modern high-rise with stunning views of the ocean and Diamond Head. I recently moved into the apartment building Lilia, and I have been thoroughly impressed with my experience so far. The front desk staff is fantastic - always friendly, helpful. Tanya, the building's manager. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the property and always goes above and beyond to ensure that residents are happy and comfortable. Tanya is also great at keeping the building clean and well-maintained, and she is always available to answer any questions or concerns that residents may have. In addition to the fantastic front desk staff and management, the building itself is also top-notch. The apartments are spacious, modern, and well-appointed, with plenty of natural light and great amenities. The fitness center is excellent, and the outdoor areas are beautiful and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend the apartment building Lilia for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home.

The building and apartments are gorgeous, the amenities brand new and the property provides everything you need to live comfortable, we will be living in Honolulu for work, and the process to apply for the lease was super easy and well guide, Clarissa was helping us all the time and giving all the information we needed. We are exited to move in!

Lilia ?Waik?k?? is such an incredible place to call home. The staff are so warm, welcoming, professional, and friendly. The amenities are wonderful, and the forward-thinking technology built-in to the building like Latch make everything so simple.

From Adam at the Concierge desk to Korey in Leasing and Cordell as Property Manager you will receive top-notch service and be impressed by the touring and leasing experience. The building is undoubtably the nicest and certainly newest in Waikiki, but the connection is what makes it a great long-term option.
Amazing & special opportunity for luxury living in Waikiki (Honolulu). First new construction building in decades, a pool, amenity space, and luxury finishes in the units. European look and feel in the apartment which allows for the neutral palate necessary to make a space feel like your own. Tour then rent at Lilia. You will not be disappointed!
