Limestone Square/Medical Villas

I was hoping to schedule a tour with someone and they didn't even show up to it in the end.

Location is great. Directly across from UK hospital However, because it is across from the hospital, there are sirens and helicopters at all hours of the night. It is not uncommon for me to wake up to these. The walls are also thin and so I can hear my roommates conversations from all parts of the apartment, even when they are talking at a normal voice. There is also a train at the end of the block, and the complex is close to the main road so I hear motorcycles in the middle of the night as well. The walls to the outside don't block all the sound either. I've been listening to bulldozers for the past few weeks. I have had a couple issues with management not wanting to honor the lease. My lease states "Either party may terminate this Agreement at the end of the initial term by giving the other party 60 days written notice prior to the end of the term, but if no notice is given, then the Agreement will be extended on a month-to-month basis on the same terms and conditions contained in this Agreement." However, when I went to go renew, I was told "we don't do month to month at this property". They also aggressively push lease renewals by Dec 31, when most leases aren't up until August. I also am paying more than others in the same units, so do your research before signing. It's a great location. It has been very convenient for me while I've been in school, but I won't miss it when I leave.

The location is close to UKY campus, so students won't have any issue getting to classes. Despite being near a major road and the hospital's parking garage, it's not a noisy area, and management makes sure that everyone understands the rules. While the apartments aren't big, they're well proportioned so it's roomier than expected. Utilities are included in the rent, so there's only one fee to pay each month. The app that's used makes it easy to get in touch with management and/or maintenance if needed. Management is pretty good at notifying residents about changes and upcoming events. Note: there is a separate pet fee and parking fee each month that's not initially included in the rent.

This apartment complex is by far the best place I've lived since I've been in Lexington. Management is always so friendly and helpful. My maintenance requests are dealt with very quickly. Also the apartments themselves have been very well kept, and many have been/are being renovated. Overall, I am very happy I moved into LSA and I highly recommend this location to everyone.

The apartment is close to the university. Bus stop nearby. Most importantly, great roommate matching and individual leasing facility. Off street parking close to the university makes it worth the price.

This apartment complex is very local to both the hospital and UK campus in general so convenience is incredible. Parking is easy along with getting guest passes. The apartment complex is quaint and perfect for simple living and graduate student housing. I've lived here for two years and am resigning for a third!

In front of the apartment is the bus stop (14 for school, 5 for downtown and wal-mart), gas station, convenience store, and across the street is the school!

The location is perfect for a UK student. Basically a 10 minute walk to anywhere on campus. Price is super affordable. The rooms are a great size, and the place is really clean. Maintenance is prompt and the property manager is awesome.
