Property Ratings at linc245 Apartments
The day we moved in dirty water from an apartment above filled our balcony. When pictures were shared with management they said "let us know if it happens again." It has happened at least two times. I was told to clean it myself with paper towels (it is thick foul water and a possible health hazard). I am having to hire a cleaning company myself to come and clean the balcony.

When you notified us of dirty water on your balcony we did launch a full investigation and inspection on all surrounding apartments to identify the source. In addition, we had housekeeping go in and immediately clean your balcony free of charge. Management doesn’t care. They also lie about security deposit policies at move-out. It was the first time I ever had to pull out a lease and read it back (via email) to the person who asked me to sign it. It’s a decent location in terms of what’s nearby, but pretty poor in terms of safety. Vagrants yell outside at night constantly, and walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors watching movies. Like I mentioned, the location is convenient if you work downtown or go to PSU. And the units are decently spacious for what’s available in the area. Those are the only reasons it gets 2 stars out of me. It’s not the WORST, but it definitely has its problems. If you choose to move in, beware, and be ready to drop a couple hundred over your security deposit (which they “lower” to get you to move in) at move out.

Their management suck. Since day one, they show you they don’t care about their tenants. They raised the rent at the end of the 10 months “special offer” When my rent auto-pay didn’t go through one time on the first of the month, I gave them a personal check for the rent the next day. They didn’t cash it until the 10th. Still they charged me 125 late rent fee , no body listens/hears/understands or care when you complain. No wonder people are moving out almost everyday Be aware of the illegal fees #the linc doesn’t give a sh*t
Where I reside is pretty much a convenience. Where I'm close to so many things and traveling is slim to none. I must say the rent cost needs to be evaluated differently. For the majority of time spent living where I do, I was living paycheck to paycheck, money was tight! Since the end of March (2015), I've had a Full time job and have been able to start saving. A Review of my Studio apartment: It has a full bathroom, a roomy walk-in closet, small kitchen with plenty of cupboards, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and sizeable open room. Perfect for one, who doesn't need alot of space. I like it, because it's high enough up and quiet. That is why I rate it a 3 Star home!
